Hotels With Gym in Samarqand, Uzbekistan

We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.) What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.” This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service. By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!

The location is great, the facilities are great, and everything else is great. However, the breakfast is lacking. It's not enough for vegans. I didn't try the gym, but it says it opens at 8:00, which I thought was too late. But other than that, I was satisfied with everything else.

Beautiful lobby area, great location, lovely selection at breakfast, little disappointed with the actual room, it didn’t reflect the exterior or public areas, but it was manageable. Over satisfied with our two nights stay.

I really didn't expect this Hilton Hotel to be so cheap, and it was far beyond my expectations in every aspect. 1. It's not far from the train station. It's about 30,000 to 40,000 yuan by taxi, more than ten kilometers away. 2. There are very beautiful artificial lawns around, and a clear river. There is also a cement road by the river, where you can take a sightseeing bus. A few yuan is enough. 3. There is also a large children's playground nearby, the fee is super cheap, one project is about 5-10 yuan. There are also some street snacks. There are also dances and other shows in the evening. 4. There is also a ”mosque” connected to the playground, where you can shop and stroll, and there are also very good restaurants to eat, mainly local barbecue, sacs and other real things. The outdoor dining room is very beautiful, with a white marble column base and a carefully carved wooden beam directly on it, supporting the entire roof. This pavilion is by the river, and the side is full of flowers and plants. The environment is very beautiful. The most important thing is that there are no mosquitoes! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is also very rich and beautiful. Children aged 5 are free, and children aged 11 are half price. Of course, you can also buy your own breakfast. 6. It is not far from the famous attractions, and it is very cheap to take a taxi here. 7. There is also a super large water park next to the hotel, which is open from 10:00 to 20:00. This hotel is perfect for staying and playing with children.

I had a really good stay. The hotel was new, clean and the price was truly reasonable even included the breakfast. The staff was really friendly and kind. I would highly recommend to others. if I travel to Samarkand again I will definitely stay there.

The hotel lobby service is very average. The bellhops who drove to the lobby door were not enthusiastic and did not greet guests quickly. You had to call them. The check-in staff were also not enthusiastic and inefficient. Shouldn't they be enthusiastic and quick when you stay for two nights and extend your stay the next day? But the woman was impatient and perfunctory👎; the price is not low for local consumption. A very small room costs more than 1,500 RMB a night. Hilton is a five-star hotel, so shouldn't it provide corresponding services? The hotel's hardware facilities are good, but the soft service training is very poor. Because the hotel is remote and similar to a park, the driver who picked us up could not reach the hotel entrance due to the road closure caused by the local sports meeting, and the hotel shuttle bus was needed to take us out. After the bellhops sent us to the parking lot outside, he didn't even bother to help take the luggage out of the car, and just stood there waiting for us to take it ourselves. I really don't understand how the staff are trained. The service is very poor.

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

I chose the hotel based on its location. It is very convenient to get to Samarkand City - there are traffic jams in the city in the mornings and evenings. The hotel pleased me with everything, starting with the exterior. Beautiful both inside and out. The room is spacious - with two!!! Very clean! Bed linen and towels are soft and snow-white. The room smells clean! There is a separate temperature regulator in the bathroom, it is super comfortable. For breakfast - a lot of different fruits, a fairly large selection of food, halal food. All the staff are very responsive, but I would especially like to note the young man at the daytime reception, I did not remember his name, to my great regret. Because his attitude towards visitors is better than in a 5-star hotel - responsiveness and customer focus at its best! In general, all the guys are very responsive and professional! A separate plus is the 24-hour coffee shop, where there is a table with USB chargers. The spa complex is quite large, but I did not have time to visit. Although the price of accommodation includes several procedures!!! Sauna and salt room, for example. I will gladly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back myself. Another important point - if you get there by taxi, you must definitely mark the hotel, because there is another location on the map at the same address. I stayed for one night on Samarkand sightseeing. Amenities are also substantial. The room is clean. The breakfast was delicious. The restaurant in front of the hotel was delicious. There are convenience stores, and I think it is perfect for sightseeing.
