"Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The location is great, right in the city center, and you can easily reach everywhere by walking. The reception team was wonderful; they were very warm and helpful. Our room was a bit small but quite clean and functional. I also suggest having breakfast at the hotel; even though it costs extra, the taste was superb."

"Hello!I liked everything, but want to complain about one of your workers. His name is Elsit Koraj. In my room was not brush and toothpaste. I asked in reception about it, then Elsit Koraj said that he will tell workers to provide me. Then after 10 minutes he came by himself to my room, I wanted to take brush then he said “Can I come in? “. I thought he want to put by himself. But he entered to my room looked around then asked am I alone. Then asked if he can seat, it was very strange . Then I asked to leave my room. After 15 minutes he called to room phone and told “I was in gym, I ran, can I take shower in your room?”. I was angry and told that I will complain to him. That day was afraid to go down because thought only he is in reception and locked my door. Next day I wanted to complain and asked him to call administration. Then he blamed me that I allowed him to enter my room. what is this? What kind of service is this ? When I asked his full name he replied that no need to complain and than he has family and kids. I don’t care about it. You have to prevent others girls from it. That fact that I am young alone foreign girl not means that he can and tell anything he wants. I paid for what? I chose the best hotel for myself, paid not little money for what? For harassment? I was so annoyed and will leave my review everywhere and wil complain. You have to prevent others from him! Also when I asked to invite someone higher rank, he invited sale director. But he was just protecting his colleague telling how long he working there. He even didn’t listen me. I was post in instagram and tiktok, I have enough followers! If you will not take action in relation to him. Also he justified his actions by saying that he was checking whether I was a ********** or not and also accused me of letting him in!!!! What a humiliation!!!"

"Loved the pool and vibe there! A quick bus ride to the city centre (Skanderbeg Square) and buses 8 and 11 both go there (40 lekk in coins to catch it) and a good store across the street and a pizza calzone place up the street. If walking, I recommend walking from the square rather than to the square as going to the square is uphill. A nice place overall! :)"

"The interior design is truly elegant and the breakfast was delightful. For a 5-star property, a wider selection at breakfast would elevate the experience even more. The addition of a pool and a refined bar area for evening drinks would perfectly complement the hotel’s atmosphere. Overall, a refined and enjoyable stay."

"I had an excellent stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. One thing I really appreciated was the small fridge in the room stocked with drinks—you can simply enjoy what you like and pay for it at checkout, which was super convenient. The rooftop was definitely a highlight. It offers a stunning overlooking view that’s perfect for relaxing, taking photos, or enjoying the scenery day or night. Downstairs, there’s also a great bar where you can chill, unwind, and grab a drink without even leaving the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, comfort, and amazing view. I’ll definitely be coming back and with friends next time!"

"Superb location, friendly staff, and spotlessly clean. The decor was classic and understated. The bed was comfortable and very spacious. The breakfast was excellent, though I might have wished for a bit more fruit. Otherwise, it featured scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, burek, plenty of vegetables and olives, a wide selection of bread and spreads, Belgian waffles, yogurt, muesli, a huge variety of jams, and more. However, there were no extra amenities (such as a pool or a sky bar), just a single restaurant. While that's not a dealbreaker, it's a bit of a shame considering it's quite a pricey place to stay."

"The overall vibe was pretty good; it's a hostel setup, and a lot of people hang out and chat on the balconies on the first and second floors at night. The room I booked was huge with three beds, and had all the basic necessities, though it wasn't particularly aesthetic, which didn't bother me. The front desk was really helpful and arranged my airport pickup! It's quite central, so I could walk to the starting points for my day trips to North Macedonia and Kosovo. Overall, I'd recommend it; it's good value for money! I also highly recommend the fish restaurant just a three-minute walk away (look for the one with a 4.9 rating on Google Maps, on the street corner)—it practically became my canteen, haha!"

"Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely. Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on. Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied. Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem."

"The staff were very friendly and the facilities looked very well maintained and new, although I was not happy to enjoy the pool since it was closed. I would have liked to know this before I arrived. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. Thank you for everything. I recommend."
