The service offered by your hotel is par excellent. This was compounded by the staff commitment which made my stay at the hotel a comfortable one. Refreshments serfed were so refreshing and this assisted us for the good of our workshop. The delivering of the modules or workshop material was made is as the projector was of good quality. However the only challenge or shortfall was on the unavailability of the aor condition in room 16 A, sometimes it was very hot in the room

My stay at the Caribbea Bay Hotel was quite intriguing since it was my first time. I enjoyed the service in general, from reception to the canteen. My only concerns were with regards to backup power, which was not instant when the main power went out. Also, the table that was offering activities like parasailing had a minimum number that was restrictive, so I ended up not being able to do it.
