I read all the comments and I am a little scared ... The true Checkin theme is that I had to contact them to send me the welcome email to be able to register those we installed there. Once completed, you will be sent another email with the buttons that open the entrance door and room, all directly from the phone. There is a QR code that you are supposed to follow the steps by scanning only, I didn't have to use it because I could already access the email. If you don't get an email, ask you the welcome email. The room was okay, it's not a hotel, but I was already good for what I was looking for.. the perfect bathroom and the room also. We have sleeped well. I will contact them via the next email ***************, giving them a booking.

The hotel feels modern and well kept. The location is just perfect! Just the attention could improve a little, the ladies at r the front desk don’t seem too friendly. But my experience overall was positive. Oh the rooms are not too spacious either

We were a group of 11. The rooms and reception area were spotlessly clean. The garden is beautiful and a lovely spot to sit and relax with a book. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating and let us store our luggage in one of the rooms at the end of our stay.  The location is excellent- a short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and the beach.  If we return to Nerja we will book again.

The room was great. It was clean, tidy and bright. The service attitude was good. However, there was something strange about the drain in the shower room, which bothered me a little. The air conditioner didn't seem to work very well and failed to produce hot air.

The Room was good clean and comfortable, the attached bathroom was very small, felt uncomfortable when credit card details were asked along with the expiry date, even though full payment was done. Aminities wise it was lacking as there was no provision of hot water, or any one for immediate response as there's no reception for this hostel. Felt safe. Close to the tourist attractions.

The staff of the hotel was super nice. The hotel was very well located, it was just a few steps from the shopping streets, flats of coffee, bars, restaurants, stores, supermarkets, etc. The hotel is located about 15 minutes walk from the border with Gibraltar. The hotel was very close and the water was very cold, warm, boiling, unable to adjust.

I am not very satisfied with the room I booked this time. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no one to greet me and I had to complete my check-in through WhatsApp. I waited at the door for nearly 40 minutes before someone came over. From waiting to checking in, it took me more than an hour. I probably won't book a hotel like this again in the future.
