"No one cleans the room for you. The blankets are used by others and are not changed for each guest. They are very dirty and covered with sand. We had to buy large bath towels from the supermarket to cover ourselves. No matter how many days you stay, no one will clean the room for you. Even if you say you will clean it yourself, they don't have the tools to give you. The sheets are given to you every three days and you have to change them yourself. It feels like living in a garbage dump for a few days."

"The room. It’s very near the metro station, and it’s a nice area to walk around location. It’s perfect everything it’s near. The room itself was very small, but for one person or maybe two. It’s gonna be OK. The walls between the rooms. Need isolation. Because sometimes you can hear the neighbor. It’s not really a big problem because you are always outdoors. And you only get there to sleep and take a shower. It’s a perfect place to rest and sleep "

"Spent only 1 night in a luxury tent. Camp site had just opened and had very few clients. Did not get the chance to enjoy the pools and amenities but I’m sure you can spend some great time there! I would definitely recommend to try out the La Bassa pool. It’s a quite steep walk but you’ll be rewarded with a beautiful pool overseeing the surroundings."

"This was my absolute favorite hotel apartment during my entire trip to Spain! The location and hygiene facilities all exceeded my expectations! It had an old-fashioned elevator and a classic exterior, yet the decor was incredibly modern. What I loved most was the huge kitchen, equipped entirely with Italian appliances made of 304 stainless steel. The biggest surprise was the balcony; it overlooked Passeig de la Grace, fulfilling our wonderful anticipation of Barcelona!"

"The apartment was okay, great location, about 15-20 mins walk to Pg. de Gràcia & Plaça de Catalunya. There is no staff at the apartment, the entrance code was received before check-in. There is an elevator for travellers with luggage.
The apartment was tidy but some areas were a little dusty. Soundproofing was pretty bad even with the windows closed.
There is a welcome pack given with oil, salt, pepper etc. Dishwashing liquid and 1 laundry pod was given as well. There is also dishwashing tablet, even though there's no dishwasher in the apartment. However, there is no kitchen towel. Bathroom amenities were also very minimal for our 4-night stay. Drying rack was also broken.
Additionally, there is a security deposit of €300, they only returned it more than a week later after messaging and reminding them. I doubt they will return the deposit if I didn't ask."

We invite you to familiarize yourself with the rules of living in our apartment. If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible.
1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM.
3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash.
Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM.
Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time.
4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of 50 euros.
5) We take neighborly relations very seriously, so any noise that may disturb them is prohibited, especially after 10:00 p.m.
6) Parties (drinks) are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
7) Guests who are not included in the reservation are not permitted to stay overnight.
8) A separate shelf in the refrigerator is designated for your room; in front of it, there is a number corresponding to your room number.
9) At the end of the stay, the tenant agrees to leave the kitchen utensils (plates, glasses, pans, cutlery) clean.
10) When leaving the apartment, always make sure the lights are off and the doors and windows are closed.

I like that I have my own room with window and private bathroom for a very affordable price. It is also near the TikTok-viral restaurant, Colom, where I ate Paella twice. 🫣🤣❤️ It is also near Barcelona Cathedral! ❤️

DDmitry ENDOMy girlfriend and I pretty much enjoyed staying at this accommodation since it has almost everything you need for a good stay!
It has a relatively good location with easy access to the metro and is not too far from the center of Barcelona. It's also surrounded by good and very affordable cafés and restaurants.
One thing we wished for during our stay is that there was no kettle, so we couldn't make our own tea/coffee or just hot water.
And I didn't understand if there was supposed to be everyday cleaning, because we stayed there for 3 nights and had none during the whole stay.

IiwanderStaff doesn’t speak English so if you don’t speak Spanish, you can use Google translate in your phone to communicate with them. There are two shared bathrooms. They have a pantry (free to use anytime but limited space) with free cold drinking water from water dispenser, hot water in an electric kettle, instant coffee and tea. Plates and mugs can be used too. They will knock on your door if you are making noises after midnight. Tax to be collected at the property can be paid using card. They are located in 1st floor and there is also small lift just for the luggages. Reception is 24/7 so we were able to check out early and leave our luggages which were stored in a closed room near the reception. Location is walking distance near Poble Sec metro station. The street of the hotel is being reconstructed so you can only walk on the sidewalks. Our room was just right outside the shared bathroom so it was really accessible. Felt safe as the receptionist is just there 24/7. Need to press Elkano doorbell to enter the building. Room was spacious for us 3 compared to the other Triple Room we booked during our Europe trip. This was the cheapest stay available during our dates and have mixed reviews. This was a good deal.

Sound insulation is not as good as expected, and I hear the sound of um ah ah every day.

GGuest UserWe booked a quad room, and the environment was fantastic. The external bathroom was also very clean and convenient. The room itself was tidy, beautiful, and comfortable, featuring one double bed and two single beds. The room was spacious with high ceilings, making it feel very grand and comfortable. We were immediately impressed by the two floor-to-ceiling balcony doors – they added a wonderful touch. Opening the doors revealed a truly lovely balcony with a beautiful view. The surrounding area has excellent public transport links, and we could walk to Casa Batlló and Casa Milà in just a few minutes. It’s very close and convenient to many nearby attractions. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, and we could store our luggage for free, which was very kind of them.

VVegan in ChinaGreat location and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. One thing we didn't love was that the concierge desk was literally right outside our room (actually even blocking half of the door) which didn't allow for much privacy and slightly awkward interactions when having to leave the room for the toilet or to go out (and not great if you're a couple wanting some alone time 😅). The other rooms might have been fine, so I'd book one of those next time since the accomodation was otherwise good.
Check-in and out was seamless. Would stay again!

AAnonymous UserOur first impression was how clean and well-maintained everything was—from the front desk to the small lounge area, the room, and the bathroom. The bed deserves a special mention—it was exceptionally comfortable, and we had a truly restful sleep.
The bathroom, while compact, was dry, hygienic, and well-kept. The shower had strong water pressure and consistently hot water, which we really appreciated. The room also had a heating function in the air conditioner, making our stay warm and pleasant.
We were also warmly welcomed by the staff. Although the lady who helped us with check-in and the gentleman at check-out didn’t speak much English, they were both very kind and had such friendly smiles. It made us feel genuinely welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.
