Great service at the hotel and very cheap fpr the quality. It’s also very close (walking distance) to the bus station for the South Entrance to the mountain. Unless you stay on the mountain itself I would assume this is the best hotel. We stayed in January. The ”hot springs” are great after a day on the mountain. The bigger outside pool was not in use, as would be expected.

Such a lovely trip! Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Huangshan, they provide all the kits you need for a hike including rain coat and hiking stick. We also had a nice upgrade for the room which was offered for free. We came from the UK and glad that we stayed here, the staff are all super nice and hospitable! My wife enjoyed our second trip to this hotel and the hot springs next door. Last time we visited in the winter in the middle of the week, so there were limited options for food at/near the hotel. This time, we visited during the weekend, and although it was a bit busier, we enjoyed ourselves a lot. Some of the staff at the hotel speak English very well, and they are all very kind and accommodating. The hotel is a bit out of town, but otherwise it is set up very well for all sizes of groups or types of travelers.

I saw this room on Ctrip, and I happened to want to go to Jiuhua Mountain. The hosts in this hostel are incredibly kind. They drove us everywhere, including to the hospital to do our pcr tests before our train back to Shanghai and before going to the Huangshan park. They provided us with fruit and baozi on request and laid out the best route for us when visiting the park. They even allowed us to cancel one night at their place in the middle of our stay so we could stay that night in Huangshan Park. The breakfast was simple but generous and the evening food is home-cooked and delicious. I can recommend this place to anyone that wants to visit huangshan and stay for a couple of extra days as well

During the New Year, I stayed with my old father for one night. The hotel housekeeper learned that the old man was staying and specially arranged a room on the first floor, which was very heartwarming. The hotel has a strong cultural atmosphere. After coming down from Huangshan Mountain to stay in the hotel, I specially booked a room with a soaking pool, which comes with disposable soaking bags and clean sheets. The cooked mandarin fish is very authentic and tastes like home-cooked dishes. It would be perfect if there was an elevator. After climbing the mountain, it would be so refreshing to climb to the fifth floor. The boss's service is very good. He took the initiative to help us carry our luggage to the fifth floor. 上海出發，自駕敦煌的第一站。意料之外的驚喜。路過合肥是為了吃上朋友推薦的餐廳，吃完已經很晚了，準備找酒店住下。攜程很聰明，很清楚我的喜好，推薦了我這家酒店。看介紹環境不錯，就定下了。晚上開車來會有點沒底，會有大段沒有路燈的鄉村小道。但是靠近酒店，驚喜就來了，極其寬敞便利的停車場，設計感的大堂，我就知道，八九不離十，訂到不錯的酒店了。酒店服務前置做的非常好，管家會主動加微信，並組建服務團隊的微信羣。酒店遇到的所有工作人員的精神面貌都非常棒，會主動打招呼。十點到達，管家會打手電引導入住。進房間後有衹蒼蠅跟着進門，管家小姐姐二話不説去提着蒼蠅拍就回來沖上去打掉。酒店房間出乎意料的大，地暖空調，這幾天降温，很舒服。關鍵中的關鍵，房間晚上幾乎一點設備噪音都沒有！難得沒帶耳塞就能睡的好酒店。早上很早就醒了，精神很好，早餐後從車裡取了漁具，興致很高的甩了幾桿，天冷，空軍。吹了一上午風淋了雨，回房間舒舒服服泡個澡，愜意。臨走特別不捨，居然把釣魚墨鏡落在酒店。告知管家孫平，小孫姑娘特別認真，幫我從釣魚地到停車場到房間找了個遍。最後在沙發靠背後找到了。主動提出快遞送達到方案。服務意識和能力遠超此價位酒店。值得專門寫一篇評論來表揚。往再接再厲，保持水平，已成為今後合肥出差的指定酒店。再次感謝管家孫平。
