I was absolutely amazed when I first saw the room! The ambiance was fantastic. The hotel even upgraded our room for free! There's a huge tub perfect for soaking, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a spectacular night view. The room has a very artistic feel, and the private hot spring tub comes with disposable bath liners. However, if you let the water run for too long, the hot water might run out. It was clean and tidy, with no noticeable odors. The hotel pays attention to details, providing complimentary water, coke, and snacks, among other things.

The room was very clean and quiet, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a great view, including a river view. The service was also very comfortable. The toilet and bathroom were separate, creating a clean and tidy wet-dry separation. This hotel's hallways feature many art pieces to enjoy, and there's a barbecue restaurant conveniently located on an upper floor. It's also very close to many attractions. You can even connect via Bluetooth to watch TV here. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room is located on the hillside of the Jingangbei Hot Spring Ancient Village Scenic Area. There is a shuttle bus to various scenic spots in the scenic area, which is very convenient. The room is also very clean. The village is very quiet and there are not many tourists. Soaking in the hot springs after a tiring trip is the best way to relax.

The location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get a ride, catch a bus, or grab a bike nearby. Plus, the scenery is absolutely stunning! The front desk staff was so warm and professional; one of the guys even offered to help with my luggage during check-in – excellent attention to detail! Although the room wasn't huge, it had amazing natural light, and the bedding was as soft as clouds ☁️. They even provided a complimentary foot bath, which was such a thoughtful touch! Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and you don't even have to wake up early to enjoy a satisfying meal. All in all, everything from the environment to the service was impeccable. This will definitely be my top choice for my next visit!

She was all smiles and provided meticulous and attentive service. Even more surprisingly, Xiao Chen offered to upgrade my room for free. The upgraded room was more spacious, had a fantastic view, was spotless, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – a truly wonderful stay! The hotel's overall environment is also excellent, with complete facilities and a convenient location, making it incredibly convenient for both getting around and relaxing. I sincerely thank Xiao Chen for her thoughtful service, which made the entire trip even better. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time and will recommend it to my friends!

An amazing experience! The room was cozy and comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and spotlessly clean. We also bought hot spring tickets; the hot springs are surrounded by beautiful forest scenery. This stay at Tianci Huatang Forest Hot Spring Hotel was such a delightful surprise! Living next to the forest, with a scenic view from the window, it was so peaceful and pleasant. The room quality was high, and the hot spring pools were clean and unique. I also had a SPA massage, and the technique was very professional. Excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place for my future vacations!

One evening, I requested hot water, and the waiter brought it to me shortly after I hung up the phone. They even carefully scalded the cup with hot water—a truly special touch! This is a lovely garden-style hotel, conveniently located right next to the Sacred Land Hot Spring. It's also quite close to the popular Xiahaoli attraction, just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The rooms are spotlessly clean and well-equipped with all amenities. Complimentary washing machines and dryers are available on the second floor. The front desk staff were very warm and welcoming.

Our butlers, Xiao Zou and Xiao Chen, provided excellent service. Before we even arrived, they sent a video of the room to confirm the room type. During our stay, their responses were incredibly quick. Because the weather was so hot, I mentioned that the mini-fridge wasn't cold enough. They offered to bring some ice for my drinks, and to my surprise, they brought a huge box of ice! It hadn't even completely melted by the time we checked out the next day. 😊
