The environment is great, and the staff are mostly young, professional, and have a good service attitude. However, I felt the communication about the package services could be better. I booked the room, and my friend arrived first, but it seemed she wasn't aware of the photography, drinks, and entertainment included in the package. When I arrived, I was only told that the entertainment needed to be booked in advance and couldn't be done online, which was quite inconvenient. Another minor issue was that the tissues in the hotel were very thin, which wasn't a great experience. Although the hotel is a bit secluded, you can still order takeout, and it even gets delivered right to your door. I recommend 'Jindi'. The breakfast stands out from other buffet breakfasts, but the overall taste was just average; there's room for improvement.

Service: Excellent! Anything I needed was delivered promptly. They always helped with luggage, and the golf cart would drop me off right at my building. Check-out to the parking lot was also handled smoothly. Unlimited access to the Onsen (hot spring, allowed one child under 1.2m): Plenty of towels, always available for changing. Various drinks and sweet soups were also provided free of charge. Temple Fair Buffet: Service was impeccable; a wide variety of dishes, but not worth the price. The quality was quite mediocre.

It anticipates the hidden pain points of family travel: providing bed rails and sterilizers for toddlers, preparing rest stations for the elderly, and even offering light meals for guests arriving late at night. This comprehensive care, even before being asked, significantly reduces the mental burden on trip organizers. What impressed me most was its 'scenario-adaptive capability.' Whether it's sunny or rainy, the hotel can quickly convert outdoor experiences into equally engaging indoor activities. Whether you're a boisterous family group or a solo traveler seeking tranquility, everyone can find their own undisturbed space here. It's like a brilliant director who has prepared the perfect stage for entirely different scripts. Although the room had closed windows, it gave people a Hakka walled house style. The night view was particularly beautiful! The Four Points by Sheraton Bavaria was beyond expectations. The environment was beautiful, the facilities were well maintained, not as scary as the reviews said, and the hygiene was also very clean. The accommodation is quite close to the Hot Spring Palace, and all the staff I encountered along the way had a great service attitude – a big thumbs up! 👍 Plus, the hot springs are very comfortable to soak in, making it perfect for a winter trip with family and kids. Both children and seniors were very satisfied. Breakfast was also quite abundant, with both Chinese and Western pastries available. The hotel building features traditional Huizhou architecture, full of Chinese charm, which I really loved! They also offered a complimentary travel photography service.

This was my first time staying at the Sanying Hotel. I was initially in room 5406, which was quite noisy due to its proximity to the road, making it impossible to sleep. After an upgrade, I moved to room 2511, which was much quieter. I'd like to give a special shout-out to employee number 8300, who provided incredibly thoughtful and attentive service. A truly wonderful stay! The hotel boasts excellent natural surroundings with fresh air, peace, and comfort. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff are incredibly warm and friendly. They upgraded us to a suite and promptly provided a bed rail for the baby. We even received complimentary dessert soup in the evening! The private hot spring pool in the room was clean and convenient, and soaking in it melted away all my fatigue, significantly enhancing the joy of our stay. Whether for relaxation or a gathering with family and friends, this is an outstanding choice. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

The hotel's bedding was excellent, and I slept soundly. Every day, I could enjoy the hotel's hot springs, which was very relaxing. There were also deer for the kids to interact with, which was quite fun. It's very close to the attractions, within easy walking distance. In the evening, my child wanted to set off fireworks, and there was a designated area for it, which was a lot of fun. We can't do that in Beijing, so it was a real treat here!

This hotel is definitely the best in the Liuzu's Hometown Resort. Although it's been open for nearly ten years, the environment and facilities are very well maintained. You can enjoy hot springs in winter and water activities in summer, and the nearby Guo'en Temple caters to those seeking spiritual solace. The two-bedroom, one-living room villa we stayed in was quite spacious, and the gentle, soothing aromatherapy in the rooms was a hit with the whole family. If I had one suggestion, as it rained during our stay, it would be great if a transparent roof could be installed over the private hot spring tub so it could be enjoyed even on rainy days.
