"I love how they will organize my Taobao and pdd packages in one big black bag that it is convenient for me to retrieve once I reach the hotel, in that way I do not need to wait for the staff to find for the parcels.
I like how their service does not need to be “told” but rather they would do it routinely for example our food deliveries are automatically sent to our room without having to call the front desk to bring it up
They also upgraded our room size because we are first-timers and considered that the room we booked is too small for us
It is generally pretty clean, just a little cramped considering the space to put our luggages

"The room overall was great, with the swimming lane right outside the balcony. The surrounding environment is beautiful, with Swan Lake and Baojing Palace scenic area, making these three days very fulfilling and satisfying. The room also has an air purifier. During our stay, there was a guest group chat where we could request anything we needed, and the customer service staff were very quick to respond. Manager Chen Jinling provided excellent service; she contacted me before arrival to send the hotel's location and explain many of the hotel's services, as well as restaurant opening hours and locations. The housekeeping staff were also wonderful; on the second day, I requested a change of bed linen, and they promptly took care of it without any hesitation. Overall, both adults and children were quite satisfied."

"This is a group of sunken post-modern style buildings. It should be a multi-story guest room building plus dozens of individual very exquisite small houses. The scenery changes as you move around, surrounded by the waterscape in the middle, and the waterside is quietly hidden. There is a seal stone exhibition room, and most of them are of high quality.
Many landscapes have hot spring pools, and the bathrooms should be equipped with floor heating, so bare feet feel comfortable. The soundproofing of the room is not particularly good.
The hotel is surrounded by Wanshaoyuan, Dongguan and Shaoguan Economic Cooperation Zones. There are many scientific research and trade institutions next to it. The landscape is designed with trails, which is great for running."

"The mountain view villa we booked exceeded our expectations! Opening the window revealed an expansive view of the entire forest, with incredibly fresh air. In the morning, we could see the mountain mist, and the sunsets in the evening were absolutely stunning. The villa is fully equipped with all appliances and kitchenware, and it was spotlessly clean with soft, comfortable bedding. The yard is spacious, perfect for barbecues, tea, or taking photos. The host was warm and thoughtful, provided clear check-in instructions, and responded super quickly to any issues. Guest UserWe were celebrating my child's birthday here, and when I informed the hotel, the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and decorated the room for the little one. I really appreciate that. They mentioned we could claim a complimentary birthday cake with my child's ID, but only if the birthdate on the ID matched the current date. Since my child's birthday is celebrated according to the ***** calendar, it naturally didn't match. I feel like this policy could be a bit more flexible. Luckily, I happened to run into a delivery person bringing a cake to the hotel lobby, and I was able to order one from him right away. It arrived in about an hour. Overall, everything was excellent, and the environment was lovely.

1. Plenty of activities, so you'll never get bored. Of course, just relaxing and enjoying the sea breeze is also a great option.
2. The room faces the beautiful Twin Moon Bay, so it's worth setting an alarm to wake up early and step out onto the balcony to watch the sunrise.
Cons:
1. The room design is really odd. There's no separation between the wet and dry areas. It's the first time I've seen the washbasin directly behind the bed, and shower water even reaches the foot of the bed.
2. The beach directly in front of the hotel has two downsides: first, the water contains a lot of black mud and sand, and second, the sand on the beach is so coarse it hurts your feet.
Other:
If you don't want to go out for breakfast, definitely book a room with breakfast included, otherwise, 108 RMB per person is really painful. Luckily, the butler was thoughtful enough to send over some fruit.

ShiwodeyueliangSeriously unearthed a hidden gem! The environment is incredibly healing; opening the window reveals stunning views of green mountains and trees. The air is fresh, it's wonderfully quiet, and it's so relaxing to be away from the city hustle. The room was clean and tidy, decorated warmly and elegantly, and the bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The host was very warm, easygoing, and provided thoughtful, meticulous service with great attention to detail. The surrounding scenery is absolutely breathtaking, perfect for photos. Dining and staying here were both very pleasant, and it offers excellent value for money. I'll definitely come back for my next vacation and highly recommend it to everyone!

It was almost 8 PM when we got back from Shantou, and the hotel even thoughtfully called to remind us about check-in. The hotel was conveniently located not far from the highway exit. The room layout was well-designed; though not super new, it was perfectly adequate. Soaking in the hot spring tub on the balcony was a great way to wash away the travel fatigue. It's a shame that guests upstairs were still being loud late into the night, but thankfully we're used to going to bed late. In the morning, you can look down from the balcony and see the hot spring pools; there aren't many, but the environment is lovely. Breakfast was decent too. Upon checkout, they even gave us some Longmen local specialties. I'd definitely recommend this hotel as a good rest stop during your travels.

1078369251This place is excellent! The hotel service is great, the rooms are clean, and there's a balcony for drying clothes. They offer convenient shuttle services by electric car to the hot springs, Mystery Island, and the Pony Club, among other places. The hotel's Chinese restaurant isn't expensive, the food is delicious, and the ambiance is lovely. The Western restaurant also serves a good breakfast. The hotel's kids' club is perfect for younger children, and the pool is nice, though it seems people from outside the hotel can also use it for swimming. If you're booking a hotel package, I recommend getting one that includes the hotel buffet. Definitely avoid the package that comes with lunch at the 'Small Fish Restaurant'; the food quality isn't impressive, and the selection is very limited. The hotel buffet is much more upscale. Oh, and the performance in the hotel lobby at noon is absolutely stunning! I'd definitely visit again.

Located in the valley at the entrance of Conghua Street, the campsite is very large. The whole valley is full of lychee trees. It should be nice to come here in summer.
We booked a mountain stream tent, which is quite large. There are two 1.5 beds. The family of three slept very comfortably. There is a large hot spring pool on the balcony. It is very comfortable to take a bath at night.
The children went fishing. There are so many fish in the small pond in the campsite. They caught a lot of fish in one or two hours. It was very fun.

I'd previously stayed at the Jiahua Hotel in Jin Hai Wan, but this was my first time at the Baishui Village location. We went during the Qingming Festival, and even though it rained, the mountain views with the mist were absolutely beautiful. The hotel's overall decor is lovely, and the hot springs are of high quality, with the water being changed and cleaned daily. A tip for breakfast: go early, ideally before 8 AM, otherwise it gets very crowded. My family booked a family room and a mountain view room. We were assisted by Xiao Wu (Wu Mingxi), who was incredibly patient and responsible. Not only did he process our check-in quickly, but he also upgraded one of our rooms (to be closer to the family room). He also provided detailed and patient answers to all our questions about luggage assistance, pet travel, and restaurant information. And the best part is that we brought our dog! Jiahua allows pets in all room types for just a small cleaning fee – that's a huge plus in my book! We'll definitely be back when the kids are a bit older!

lxhhelenLooking for a summer getaway with the kids and settled on Xiangjiang after comparing a few options. Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel itself is a bit dated, but the main building room we stayed in had been renovated, which was nice. The large balcony was super comfortable. They have outdoor pools, a wave pool, a kids' splash area, and hot springs – all great for children. There's also a small indoor pool. The hotel grounds are quite spacious, and even though there were a few tour groups, it didn't feel overly crowded. Plus, the hotel provided lots of tickets. The rafting looked like a lot of fun, but with the kids and the heat, we didn't get to go. We did visit the non-powered amusement park in the evening, which was huge. Hopefully, we'll get another chance to visit next time!

Guest UserI've stayed at Sanying many times; it's a well-established hot spring hotel. The buffet dinner offers great value for money and is definitely worth it! Breakfast also has a wide variety, meeting five-star hotel standards! After a hike, soaking in the hot springs with the family is always a joy. The surrounding amenities are also getting better and better. I'll definitely be back!
