Not all staff is friendly and helpful. But on the whole the hotel decor and living arrangements is great. The long bath come with spring water option . To be rated for hotel us 8/10 - location is 7/10 and friendly staff is 6/10 .

Although there were some positive aspects,the negative experiences significantly overshadowed them. As someone who values cleanliness, especially when traveling with a child, I was extremely disappointed. The toilet was incredibly dirty, to the point where it was obvious it hadn't been scrubbed for a long time. The floor was covered in dust, making it impossible to walk barefoot, and the towels had visible stains. I reported these issues to the front desk, and they sent a cleaning staff to address the problem. However, when she arrived, she only wiped a few surfaces with a cloth. I checked the bathroom while she was still there and pointed out the dirty areas. There were hairs stuck to the glass, yellow and black stains on the walls, and even what appeared to be urine stains on the floor. When I asked if she had cleaned, she said yes, but it was clear that proper scrubbing and disinfecting were necessary. I had to insist that she scrub the toilet, and although she did so reluctantly and hastily, it was evident that she wasn't thorough. I understand that there are many rooms to clean each day, but that doesn't justify rushing such an important task. Even after scrubbing, the dirt was still visible, and she seemed to view me as a difficult guest rather than someone who expects basic hygiene standards. I’d be ok with the rooms having a fresh plain smell of nothing since not so many people enjoy the smell of diffusers, especially Asians, but for a claimed five-star hotel, it smelled like dust mixed with very old furniture and stuffy place. On the bright side, it wasn’t as crowded as I expected since it was during holidays. The breakfast was pretty decent but lacked options for non-pork eaters. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful, especially Lily.

Mission hills is the great place to relax and enjoy the beauty of the nature. It is located away from all the hustle of the modern cities. The room is spacious, there is a huge bath with the tub and a seperate shower. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The service is up to its five star standard, especially I would like to thank you Miss Lilian Du 杜琼兰， who was very kind to help me with my request

My family had an excellent stay at the Sheraton, so much so that we extended an additional night. The resort leads onto the beach which is kept very clean. At the hotel the hot springs were the highlight helping keep us warm from the chill. As previously mentioned, Erin did a fantastic job of supporting our stay and helping us when ever needed. The free activities for children and diverse breakfast make it a deal for families.

There is a mall beside the hotel, but there is nothing much there! Check in and out is very efficient. The room decor and furniture are old. The sound proofing is not very good. Can hear footsteps, dragging of furniture and sound middle of the night. Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. The service staff is polite and one the supervisor/manager can remember where we were sitting previously and know what coffee we wanted. Chatted with her and know that she was from Hunan province. The hotel can consider not to have the mini bar inside the room, instead, to have vending machines i.e. drink, snack and food at the hotel lobby. The gym is good but not 24-hour. Overall, we had a good stay in the hotel. Keep up the excellent work.

The best thing about this hotel was room service. They don't wake you up early or disturb you. Cleaning was top notch. Beach was very close so you can go there daily. Unfortunately the pool was closed and that was the amenity that i was hoping to get in.

Hotel guests think that the community residents are large in size and have no privacy and leisure experience. Community residents think that they are owners and hotel guests are outsiders. The pool is marked ”no scrubbing”, but there is a large piece of rubbed mud floating on the water, which is disgusting. I don't know which side is responsible. The water in the swimming pool and the hot spring water are not clear and muddy. I went back to the room after a circle. There is an employee managing the swimming pool who does not look like a hotel employee. He has a blank expression and an impatient attitude. I just stayed in a hotel with hot springs and swimming pools in Xinghai Bay. The experience in this regard is a world of difference. Fortunately, the gym is on one side of the hotel, but I don't know if the residents of the community can share it. Breakfast is OK.

The room was very clean, and I was upgraded to a suite for free. It was very comfortable with my children. The breakfast is very rich, which solves the problem of eating. The swimming pool is very clean. My children come here every day to play in it and refuse to come out. Next to it are the hot spring pool and fish therapy pool, which are clean. We booked a villa next to the swimming pool, which is convenient for watching the children playing in the water. The B&B can provide airport pick-up service.
