GGuest UserI really loved this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; everyone was so kind. The cats, Jinli and Caicai, were incredibly well-behaved. The location is super convenient – the subway exit is right there, and Huaqing Palace is across the street. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' at night, it's just a quick walk across the road! The breakfast was delicious, and the lady who made it was so sweet. If I ever get the chance to come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

JJianguo911005Selected Dessert Mystery Box (delivery time 21:00-21:30, please be patient during peak hours like weekends and holidays): This was a bit disappointing, as shown in picture 8. Facilities: I've stayed here many times, and this time I specifically chose a game room because my child wanted to play. Coincidentally, it was the same room we stayed in before! The environment is always good, and soaking in the hot springs is very convenient. This year, they even added safety railings to the hallways, which is a thoughtful touch. Service: The butler sent a separate fruit platter for my child and even helped arrange car washing in advance. When we came back from the hot springs at night and asked for ginger tea, they brewed a whole pot – excellent!

GGuest UserI rarely leave reviews, but today I'm making an exception to give everyone a reference. I've had the Huaqing Yutang Hot Spring Hotel on my radar for a long time, and I finally visited this week – it was absolutely worth the trip. First, the location: it's inside the Huaqing Pool 5A scenic area. This is a five-star hotel with five-star service. You get to enjoy the same hot spring water as the imperial concubines! I tried the private bath; it was well-sanitized, the water quality was excellent, and bathing was incredibly comfortable and relaxing. Sipping on the snow pear and tremella soup provided by the hotel made it even more delightful! Next, staying at the hotel includes unlimited access to Huaqing Pool, which is a fantastic value. We also used the complimentary travel photography service provided by the hotel to take photos in the scenic area – the results were stunning! The travel photography is definitely a major bonus for this hotel. The makeup artist was quick and skilled, and the photographer's follow-up shots were superb. The final photos were as good as those from a professional studio! We received three complimentary photos, all beautiful, and I even purchased a few more to keep as a lovely souvenir for my family. Thumbs up to the photography team! Finally, let's talk about the hotel facilities: free parking and a shuttle service that comes whenever you call – how many hotels can offer that? The interior decor of the hotel is excellent. There's a book bar with high-quality books; I was amazed to find a complete set of 'Jieziyuan Huapu' (The Mustard Seed Garden Manual of Painting) there. This truly is a quality vacation! Highly recommended!

MM423351****The layout is well-designed and the stay is very comfortable. The bedding is of excellent quality, very soft and comfortable to sleep on. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety of options and tastes quite good. I booked the private hot spring bath, which was reassuring and relaxing. Overall, I'm satisfied 👍. The only downside is that the weekend price is a bit high; I recommend coming during the week for better value.

CCameo19An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

GGanenhuanThis was a spontaneous, short trip, a perfect reminder that plans often yield to the unexpected. Here I am in Xi'an, at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, longing to open my arms and embrace nature. I soaked in the cool breeze, the fragrant blossoms, and the gentle chirping of birds that seemed to whisper secrets. Every tiny flower here possesses a unique beauty; they don't need to be dazzling, yet their charm is utterly irresistible. It served as a beautiful reminder: you don't need to please anyone, and true happiness isn't given but earned through your own smile. I cherished the tranquility, the white swing nestled among flowers, and the vibrant green pomegranate trees adorned with their distinctive red blossoms. The shaded courtyard was a delight, featuring brightly colored rocking chairs, sun umbrellas, and a small pebble-built stream with stone and wooden bridges. In the stream, around twenty fluffy, super cute ducklings swam playfully, even hiding under lily pads when the sun grew strong. Two brown goats contentedly grazed on the lush green grass. I even playfully called out, 'Hello there, goat, can we be friends?' Haha, a unique soul indeed! The 'Eight-Point Black' rabbits were a constant favorite with the kids, and a proud white fox enjoyed its spacious cage – perhaps not its ideal home, but certainly one where its neighbors posed no challenge! Then there were the flocks of big white geese, honking away with gusto. There's also a vegetable garden, still growing. I hope to taste its fresh produce when I return – what a lovely thought! The evening scenery was enchanting, with countless small lights twinkling like stars in the sky. If you're feeling musical, you can even grab a microphone and sing a few songs. The rooms themselves were very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. For those with energy, brewing a pot of tea and chatting about life is a wonderful option. I love this place so much that I'll definitely be back. It's a perfect spot to record life's beautiful moments and ponder its many inspiring mottos. **Facilities:** Excellent, adorning the rooms like works of art. **Cleanliness:** Impeccable, with great attention to detail. **Ambiance:** Beautiful and spacious. I particularly enjoyed brewing tea by the floor-to-ceiling window while admiring the natural scenery outside. **Service:** The staff, especially one kind lady, was incredibly thoughtful and attentive. **Parting Gift:** Upon check-out, they even prepared a lovely gift for us, including a variety of snacks that children absolutely adored.

GGuest UserWe were in this hotel 2 days. Breakfast was very tasty, Chinese and European food and drinks. The staff is very friendly. They helped me with all the requests we had. We visited the hot springs and were very pleased, the temperature was from 30 to 50 degrees, with various additives inside: herbs, fruits and even wine. I also visited gym, its simple but functional. I recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to visit this city and enjoy good service.

MM641655****An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation.

CCameo19FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.
