Definitely worth every penny. Will absolutely recommend to anyone planning a relaxing day at Huaqing (and/or intending to visit the Terracotta Warriors). Regrettably we did not spend enough time (only an overnight stay). To truly appreciate the hot spring, would suggest 2 nights if time permits, so as to really make full use of the hotel facilities. We visited on the last day of the performance for the outdoor show - The Song of Everlasting Sorrow (长恨歌). Tickets were organized through the hotel concierge. Best to ask for middle section to the back so you have full view of the huge stage (including the actual mountain as the backdrop). The hotel organizes meet-up and then a slow stroll into the garden and then back to the hotel. If you plan to use the public hot spring, bring a swimsuit. Stunning hotel. Just do it.

Due to my schedule, I only came for one day so I had to go back and make an appointment for afternoon tea. Originally, I thought that it would be excusable for the afternoon tea to end so late. I waited until we arrived. It was already late in the room and we were preparing to pack our things in a hurry to catch the flight. Unexpectedly, afternoon tea was delivered. I was so moved that I cried to death. The breakfast was also very rich! I have already recommended Amway Hotel to my friends. I really love it. The service is really great.

The staff were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special mention to the manager, Roland, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. He could speak English fluently, which made our experience so much smoother. This level of service is a bit different from some of the other Chinese hotels we’ve stayed at. The hotel is big, the rooms are new and beautiful, small but complete, the service is good, the staff are enthusiastic, especially the housekeeper Miss Dundee, who gave us instructions after get off work. My phone fell on the battery car, and the hotel called to find it back. Thank you very much! Also: takeaway can be delivered to the room, it's so friendly, Xi'an is beautiful this afternoon!

Quite an attractive hotel, nice gardens, albeit small. Room was lovely, bright and modern with a super cute hammock chair. Breakfast was sufficient. None of the staff spoke English but we were able to communicate via WeChat. Hot spring pools were nice, but note there are only four, and I was bitten extensively whilst sitting in there. The gym and pool are located in a building with the wedding/function room, which made it awkward as there was a day time wedding on my second day. Gym is well equipped, however the pool seems to cater more for the local community. No towels for the pool are provided which is not acceptable for a 5*. It’s a decent hotel and was pleasant for one night but they can improve on some things.

Facilities: The room facilities were generally good. It would be better if the toilet seat could be heated. Service: The service was very nice. The service group set up by the housekeeper responded to any questions in a timely manner. Everyone responded to us actively. For any questions that might arise, they would inform us in advance in the group, which gave me a very good experience! Master Chang from the concierge department sent us to the underground garage next to our car and helped us move our luggage into the car one by one. We didn't have to go to the front desk to check out. The efficiency was too high! Management brings benefits. The hotel manager should be very experienced and have a great sense of management! I also like the breakfast of the hotel. It is worthy of the name of the breakfast of a five-star hotel. The coffee machine is fully functional, with timely milk addition and cleaning. All coffee types in the function menu can be produced. This is very reflective of the management level of the catering department. It's great! There are many types of food. Personally, I think Roujiamo is the best in the whole venue.

The hotel is in a prime location, right at the foot of Mount Hua. You can see the scenery of Mount Hua from the room. The parking lot is spacious, suitable for novice parking and charging piles are available. It is within walking distance of the tourist center, which saves parking fees. You can also order a lot of takeout in the county, which is a good place for self-driving! The hotel public area is very large and there is a children's play area. The room is exquisitely decorated, the bedding is soft and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the details are superb. The bathroom is large and separated from wet and dry. After climbing the mountain, I also went to soak in the hot spring. The water temperature was just right and the water quality was clear and clean. Soaking in the hot spring, it was steaming hot, and the fatigue of climbing disappeared instantly. The overall check-in experience was very good, and the service was excellent. I especially praised the front desk lady, who was warm and thoughtful, checked in very quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities intimately. The check-in needs can also be met in the first time. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time I climb Mount Hua!

It is the only hotel in Dongda Village that foreigners can stay in. Everything is very formal, clean, and sanitary. There is also a parking lot with plenty of parking spaces! It is so convenient. There are all kinds of milk tea shops and snack shops downstairs. It is very convenient to do anything! It is the best choice for traveling to Xi'an University of Technology or the surrounding areas!

The hotel front desk is very enthusiastic and the service is thoughtful. The guest rooms are in good condition. Many facilities in the room are automated and can be reached with one click. The hotel's services are quite satisfactory. There are many choices of hot springs, which are clean and hygienic. I especially praise the housekeeper Ma Qiaorong, who is attentive and thoughtful and answers all questions. I will choose here again if I have the chance in the future.

There were several English speakers, and they did a superb job making us feel welcome and comfortable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the views were breathtaking, and the amenities are great! This stay was very pleasant. The location of the hotel is very convenient, with many dining and shopping options around. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities and comfortable beds, which makes it a good place to relax. The private housekeeper, Miss Ren, is super nice, with a friendly attitude and thoughtful service. The private hot spring is cleaned and disinfected before taking a bath, and the food is also delicious. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay and I will patronize it next time.

First of all, I would like to thank the two elder sisters for their 24-hour attentive service. Because we had children, they disinfected the inside and outside of the pool in our room, saying that we must be clean and hygienic when we have children. I also specially picked vegetables for the children to feed the rabbits... Living in this B&B, I felt extremely comfortable and satisfied. The room was neat and clean, and the bed was soft and comfortable, allowing me to have a good night's sleep while enjoying the hot springs. Here, I found true relaxation and leisure. Because of this service, I will go there again if I have the opportunity...

For the May Day trip to Taibai Mountain, Qilin Mansion saved my mood (I had booked Taibai Meihao Lizhi Hotel 10 days in advance, but I was furious when communicating with her and almost cancelled the trip to Taibai. My previous slogan of choosing Meihao as the first choice for business trips was severely slapped in the face. I will tell you more about the details when I have the chance. In short, I will never go to Taibai Mountain Meihao Lizhi Hotel again in this lifetime. The biggest problem with changing hotels at the last minute is that the price is too high. Back to the point, we arrived at the hotel around 3:30 in the afternoon. It was drizzling. There were 3 or 4 security guards holding umbrellas at the entrance of the hotel to help direct parking and hold umbrellas. Their attitude was very good 👍. After checking in, we entered the room (a parent-child room booked by a family of three). The room was large enough, the bathtub was deep and clean, and there was a tent next to it. It felt very good. After checking the time, we quickly changed clothes and went to the hot spring (accommodating guests can soak in the hot spring an unlimited number of times). The hot spring has two major indoor and outdoor areas. It was drizzling and the outdoor area felt beautiful. Although it was the May Day holiday, we could basically find empty pools outdoors, which had both beautiful scenery and a certain degree of privacy. We took a red wine bath and an angelica bath, and took a bunch of beautiful photos of the baby. By the way, there is also a swimming pool outdoors for swimming. The indoor pool is a large pool with massages of various water currents. The water bar has self-service fruits and unlimited drinks. We also played three games of billiards with a temporary opponent (1 win and 2 losses 😂). In short, I give the hot spring 5 points. In addition, the hotel's buffet breakfast impressed me the most. It is no exaggeration to say that it is comparable to the standard of a 5-star hotel, comparable to Sheraton. I just don't know if it is of this standard on weekdays. An amazing hotel with wonderful staff. The bellhop was great, they came to meet me from my taxi and carried my luggage in. After checking, I was shown to my room and then given a tour of the facilities. A big shout out to the restaurant managers Ricky and Martin who were very personable and assisted me as I don’t speak Chinese. Everything was superb, the room was lovely with a huge tub, and the hot spring pools were excellent and not crowded which enhanced my mood and helped me to relax. The hotel really knows how to look after their guests, they have happy hour, daily fruit, a free mini bar and welcome snacks in the room including desserts and candy, plus they give a checkout gift of permission fruit in a lovely gift bag. Additionally, I had a wonderful (and free) meditation session, the instructor explained in Chinese, and a staff member translated, highly appreciate this level of customer service. They also have buggy to take guests to the car park, and waited with me until my taxi arrived. The hotel staff also manage their pets well, often taking the dogs for a walk. Breakfast and buffet were extensive and enjoyable, and the a la carte restaurant serve lovely food. This is a very special place, will come back for sure.

This is the second time I have come. Several room types are very good. The children like to come to the hot springs and warm their bodies after soaking. Bring hot pot, barbecue ingredients, eat, drink and play, beautiful bags on weekends. Their butler service is also very good, breakfast is delivered to the door every day, and the handmade bread they make themselves, the taste is superb, they will definitely come next time.

北京到西安的一次古蹟探尋旅程，法門寺是定不能少的，將近十天，一路走來住了很多縣城酒店，各有千秋，到這裏第一印象本也是非常好的，規模環境整體的設施設計，都很不錯，到房間朋友還在誇讚窗景內院的園林景色，距離扶風縣城十分鐘車程，縣城不大吃喝都有很方便。第二天因身體不適沒能按原計劃8點退房出發，8:30左右就開始出現施工噪音，原以為哪裡維修一會兒就好了，誰知不斷且更大更響，本就不舒服的我就更加煩躁，聯繫前台後，噪音沒停，反而是派客房阿姨來搪塞我們，而且第二次聯繫前台明顯不耐煩！客房阿姨兩次過來給出兩個方案，1是延時退房讓我們下午再休息，2是換到其他樓去，整個溝通過程噪音沒有停止，我的訴求自始至終衹想安靜的休息到中午，如果不那麼難受我肯定出門開車就走了不會找這個麻煩，我的認知，這樣大型且複雜的施工，酒店方面不可能不提前知曉時間，既然有不受影響的房間，為什麼不能入住時候就安排我們到其他樓去，或者我們辦理入住時候就告知我們，如果我們認可那這些我們就是自願承受的，再者説酒店作為甲方我認為沒有不能暫時叫停施工的可能…無奈之下還是聯繫了攜程介入溝通，但最終客房經理來後還是説解決不了退我房費…説真的，出門在外休息好非常重要，更何況還是身體極度不適的時候，誰也不想找麻煩，退費更不是目的，解決問題的態度尤為重要吧

FYI, this hotel is not the Radisson, it’s called Landison, hope this gets updated on Trip. The hotel is quite large, the foyer is fancy with many statues and ornaments. The room is a good size, clean and comfortable. Staff left a small bowl of fruit, nice gesture. I personally didn’t like the reddish stained floor which matches the furniture, but it’s typical of local style. The hot springs are lovely, and not super busy, fruit and savoury snacks provided in the chill out area. The pool is suitable for both kids and adults as it has lots of stream jets. Breakfast was standard. Hotel staff were pleasant and a couple can communicate in basic English. Lots of restaurants around hotel. Overall a lovely and relaxing one night stay.
