Your hotel's exceptional service, transcending perfection, combined with these exquisite imperial gardens, has utterly captivated us and made our dream of experiencing Chinese culture come true! As a professional tea ceremony artist in Russia dedicated to spreading oriental tea culture, seeing the exquisitely prepared tea set in the room immediately filled my heart with warmth. While I typically use traditional wooden tea trays, I was genuinely amazed to find that your room was equipped with a remarkably beautiful and incredibly rare metal (iron) miniature tea tray! I have never seen such an ingeniously crafted material in Russia. This metal tea tray is perfect for brewing tea; there's no need to worry about it cracking or deforming from prolonged tea soaking, as wooden trays often do. The user experience is incredibly comfortable and elegant. Moreover, its size is designed with exceptional precision, perfectly accommodating two precious pairs of tea cups (including tasting cups and aroma-sniffing cups). To be able to personally brew a pot of fragrant tea with such a sophisticated tea set, which combines modern practicality with classical grandeur, after a tiring journey, truly touched the soul of an international tea connoisseur with your utmost respect for the details of tea ceremony and your impeccable taste. What moved our entire family even more deeply and will remain unforgettable are the unparalleled human touches and care you all provided in every small detail: 1. What truly astonished and delighted us was that your hotel meticulously selected and reserved prime, central VIP seats for us to watch 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' live Tang Dynasty dance drama! Our seats were perfectly aligned with the central axis of the stage, offering a grand and unobstructed view. Tonight, we were able to fully appreciate the awe and romance of this magnificent spectacle from the most perfect and esteemed vantage point. Our hearts were stirred for a long time afterward; it was an unparalleled artistic enjoyment! 2. Upon hearing that my son's sunglasses were accidentally damaged, your team not only showed no hesitation but proactively and incredibly patiently helped him repair them with glue. The summer sun in Xi'an is scorching, and my son is extremely sensitive to light. What you repaired with your own hands was not just a pair of glasses, but you saved his most beautiful, clear memories of this ancient city! 3. Whether it was my request for ice or any other small request, all the staff members responded perfectly every single time with the quickest speed and the most gentle, respectful smiles. 4. When we returned to our room, a little tired after a fulfilling day of intangible cultural heritage experiences, we were greeted by a steaming hot, incredibly delicious bowl of white mushroom imperial porridge. "The room was very comfortable, and it was super convenient for visiting nearby attractions. It's a short 7-8 minute walk from the subway station and also very close to the Shaanxi History Museum, just two bus stops away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. The entire room was smart, with everything controlled by Xiaodu, which I loved – it was so convenient! Having a robot deliver items was incredibly handy. The front desk service was excellent, always accommodating. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!"

Before checking out, I was resting for a bit when a staff member knocked, and thinking no one was inside, swiped their card and opened the door. However, when I mentioned this at checkout, the front desk handled it very proactively, offering a generous amount of complimentary gifts. I could really feel their apology and sincerity, so I'm still giving a definite good review. Even the best hotels can make mistakes; what truly matters is how issues are addressed and resolved. "Service: From the moment we walked in, a greeter helped us with our luggage and guided us through check-in, even offering plum juice – a fantastic first impression. We could also request staff to disinfect our private hot spring tub, which was done very quickly. At the public hot springs, staff would bring fruit plates and other amenities, so the service was quite good. Facilities: Both the private and public hot spring facilities were good. The kids' play area, arcade, and cinema were also nice, catering to all ages. The only minor issue was that the shower water pressure in the fifth-floor room was a bit low. Restaurant: The buffet breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of dishes and pastries. The Qishan Saozi noodles were particularly authentic and delicious. There was also a chocolate fountain, which the kids loved. Overall experience was quite good, and my kids were very happy – they even enthusiastically wrote a five-star review!"

"I booked this hotel for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival and was incredibly impressed! Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. It even had a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided a disposable liner so I could soak worry-free. They also offered a foot spa tub with herbal sachets. The suite was huge, and to my surprise, the bathroom offered panoramic views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – absolutely stunning. It wasn't until the second day that I discovered the bed was an electric adjustable bed, allowing me to find the perfect position to watch TV. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience. For this price, enjoying such a suite was amazing. I've stayed in places over 1000 yuan in other major cities, and none compared to this. It rained during my two-day stay, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a very considerate touch. I had planned to switch hotels for the next two days, but seeing how great this one was, I promptly extended my stay for another two nights. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Xi'an. **Location Convenience**: The hotel boasts an excellent location, super close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. You can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the window, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is just a short walk away. It's also very near Xi'an Film Studio. There's even a bus stop for tours to the Terracotta Army Museum. Next door to the hotel, there's a convenience store, Wei Jia Liang Pi (cold noodles) is open 24 hours, and Old Li's Biangbiang Noodles and Old Ma's Paomo (bread in mutton soup) are all nearby – super convenient! **Room Facilities and Cleanliness**: The room facilities are modern and well-equipped, including smart voice control and a separate wet/dry bathroom area. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, with attention paid to every detail. **High Value for Money**: The customer service is excellent, and it offers exceptional value for money. Especially during peak tourist season, the hotel maintains high service standards and reasonable prices, making it a top-notch choice."

This weekend, I finally got to experience the hot spring getaway I'd been dreaming of. As soon as I opened the door, I was amazed – the room had a beautiful Tang Dynasty-inspired elegance! Wooden window lattices, gauze curtains, a tea ceremony setup, and even the hot tub was tucked away behind bamboo screens. The best part? Outside, it was gently raining. I was soaking in my private, steamy hot spring, with the window cracked open. The cool air, carrying the sound of the rain, drifted in, chilling my face while my body was warm to the core. This is exactly what a rainy day should feel like! The pool water was genuine hot spring water, smooth and silky; my skin felt so much softer after soaking. The room also came with rose petals and aromatherapy scents. After soaking until I had a light sweat, I wrapped myself in a bathrobe and had a hot cup of tea. It felt like all the week's fatigue was washed away by the rain. I have to say, rainy day + private hot spring + ancient aesthetic = triple the healing! "An excellent private hot spring experience! It's very convenient to get here from Xi'an, whether you drive or not. It's just a few hundred meters walk from the subway exit. The courtyard is decorated with great taste, and the whole environment is very quiet. Before they filled the hot spring, two staff members came to disinfect and clean it. I was initially worried the pool wouldn't be big enough, but it was perfectly spacious for two people. They filled it around 5 PM, and we could soak until bedtime. You can heat it yourself or ask a staff member to do it; the water felt incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious, and the heating was excellent. Plus, it's a dream for those who don't like to eat out! I feel like I had three meals in one day. There was afternoon tea upon check-in, and dinner, late-night snacks, and lunch could all be delivered to the room. Both the taste and portion sizes were excellent. Finally, the staff truly deserve praise; everyone was very professional and had a wonderful attitude. I plan to bring my family here again next time I'm on vacation."
