The room was great, and the breakfast was quite abundant. It was so comfortable to go for a hot spring dip in the dead of winter, especially since my head was hurting from the cold at home. My back and leg pain felt much better. I'll definitely visit the hot spring bathhouse several more times this winter. Just a suggestion: the bottom of the pool had some green algae that I think should be cleaned.

Before the New Year, I took a break from my busy schedule and went to Wuqing, Tianjin for a vacation. I stayed at the Wisconton Hot Spring Hotel. The hotel has a beautiful environment, a small river next to the hotel, and convenient transportation. It takes more than an hour to drive from downtown Beijing. The room facilities are very good, the waiter service is very thoughtful, and the receptionist, Miss Wang, is very warm and considerate. Five-star praise!

Areas for Improvement: 1. **Facility Maintenance:** The billiard table had noticeable issues that affected gameplay, reducing the overall experience. Additionally, some areas were dimly lit, giving a slightly dated impression. 2. **Uninspired Breakfast:** For a hotel in Tianjin, the breakfast unfortunately lacked local specialties (e.g., Ga Ba Cai). The limited selection of stir-fried dishes also made it feel somewhat monotonous. 3. **Slow Emergency Response:** After using the hot springs, a family member (my mother, with a more severe reaction) developed an allergic itch. Although the hotel promised to arrange medical attention when we contacted them, there was no actual follow-up. They later only offered a small gift as an apology. Guests truly need prompt attention to health concerns, not just post-event compensation. This aspect of the experience was quite unsatisfactory. 4. **Hot Spring Water Quality:** Given that multiple people experienced allergic reactions, we strongly suggest closer monitoring of the hot spring water quality and more frequent water changes. Overall, the hotel has a solid foundation and is well-suited for family getaways. However, with improvements in facility maintenance and service responsiveness, it could be even more highly recommended. We hope the hotel genuinely values guest feedback to offer a warmer, more considerate service.
