A very beautiful hotel, except for its somewhat remote location, everything else is great. Regarding the guest rooms, I would appreciate it if the bathroom near the entrance had hand soap and hand towels; otherwise, it felt very inconvenient. Most people wash their hands and rinse their mouths immediately upon entering a room, and without hand soap or anything to use, you have to go into the master bedroom's bathroom to find these items, which is a bit frustrating. How could a hotel with such excellent facilities overlook these small details? The private hot spring had good water flow and temperature, and you could even smell the characteristic mineral water aroma. However, the hot water came out very slowly from the sink, and the shower water was inconsistent in temperature. Finally, the TV couldn't play any programs due to a persistent network problem; I ended up only being able to stream content from a mobile app.
My biggest worry about the high altitude was lack of oxygen, especially since it was my first time there. The room at Banlan had 24-hour oxygen supply, so I slept soundly until dawn without any problems. The room's details were even more surprising: a smart toilet, an air humidifier, and even face masks. As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I've stayed at this hotel more than anyone else. The bathroom glass door wasn't even wet. The most amazing thing was that the carpets in the public areas and corridors were vacuumed daily. The newly renovated hotel had no unpleasant odors. The front desk service was exceptional; they treated guests like family and were incredibly welcoming. They even gave me special advice on things to be aware of at high altitudes, as if they understood me perfectly. It's a truly perfect hotel, and I would easily recommend it to anyone.
Room hygiene: I smelled something as soon as I entered the door. The concierge said that it would be fine if I opened the window for ventilation. I guess it is a common phenomenon. When I entered the bathroom, I found a curly hair on the bathtub, and then I found another one on the toilet. I reported it to the front desk to clean it again, and then we went to take a hot spring bath. As a result, the two foreign objects were still there after we came back from the hot spring bath. I reported it again to the front desk and was told that the room had been cleaned again, which shows that their hygiene standards are there. Finally, the room was arranged to come again and take a hair remover to remove it.
Breakfast: There are many varieties and the supplementary meals are also timely, but there are many people and you need to wait for a seat.
Environment: In the river valley grassland, you can see sheep, horses, and streams on the hillside opposite the door, but there is construction around.
Facilities: The sound insulation of the sewer pipe is not good. It may be that the upstairs is using water. The sound of water in our room on the first floor is very loud. Please be cautious if you have poor sleep and need to go to bed early.
Others: The toiletries in the room were very useful, the outdoor hot spring was not open, mushrooms grew on the chairs in the indoor hot spring, and they were not cleaned. After taking a bath in the hot spring, I couldn't find the service staff to open the cabinet door to get clothes.
Just entered the table was dirty, and there were oil stains for the aunt to clean. He took a towel and dried the towel. Well, he said he couldn't wipe it off, I said take the venom, he said no. Then a supervisor came and brought the paper towel and cleaned the disinfectant for me again. There are a lot of hair underground. I feel that the attitude of the supervisor is okay, but the aunt's words are not in place, and they are all fooling me by mopping the corners of the floor. The front desk service is very good, the last 03 of the two Uighur little girls is also good, and the wake-up service has called me. Well, breakfast is a bit early, we have the exam earlier, can't eat, and then greet the front desk, the aunt will also get two steamed buns, that milk or something, I think it is very good. I will live again next time, I hope the sanitary conditions can be better. Auntie cleaning can be more thorough.
This stay left a lasting impression on me. The location is excellent, close to the airport. Our room was spacious, the service excellent, the room clean and tidy, and the facilities were new. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The staff was friendly and professional, and the experience from check-in to check-out was wonderful. It was excellent value for money. The room was clean and tidy, with a well-organized layout. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept soundlessly. The bathroom had separate wet and dry areas, and the soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out any outside noise. I used the hotel's gym, which was very new and well-maintained. The breakfast was extensive, combining both Chinese and Western cuisine.
The room was clean and tidy. The stay was very comfortable. The front desk service was very good. Very active. The breakfast was rich. The variety was complete. The hotel was well equipped. The location was convenient.
My self-driving journey to the winter wonderland of Narat left a wonderful impression. The guesthouse was right by the river, offering excellent views of the snow-capped mountains and expansive vistas. The spacious parking lot made parking a breeze, perfect for drivers. I arrived just in time for a heavy snowfall, and the grasslands and valleys were blanketed in white. Opening the window revealed a breathtaking panorama of ”thousands of miles of ice and snow,” a truly magnificent sight. Walking along the riverbank in the snow, the crunch of snow underfoot and the rising steam from the nearby stream felt like stepping into a fairytale. Even more amazing was the night sky. Free from urban light pollution, the Milky Way stretched across the sky, clearly visible to the naked eye. Sitting on the terrace wrapped in a blanket, gazing at the stars with the silhouettes of distant snow-capped mountains instantly soothed all my fatigue. I also want to thank the owner for the thoughtful afternoon tea and hot drinks; the service was impeccable. The room was warm and comfortable, and they even shared some less-traveled winter driving spots. This snowy, starry night trip was definitely one of the most unforgettable self-driving experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend it!

This is a newly opened hotel, next to the Shuimogou Scenic Area. The intelligent guest rooms are also very comfortable and warm, and parking is very convenient, which is quite rare in Urumqi. This dragon fish is probably worth a lot of rice. The flowers and plants placed at the front desk create a sense of atmosphere. Downstairs is the breakfast restaurant, which is open all day, which is very good.
Service: The front desk service of the hotel is very intimate, especially good, very warm, solve the problem in time, make the guests feel warm and comfortable, the hotel is fully equipped, the network is super fast, the lobby is simple and atmospheric, the room is well lit, there is free parking, and the breakfast is rich. The overall feeling is particularly good. I will choose this hotel next time [rose][rose][rose]
The hotel is indeed close to Tianshan Tianchi, which is a plus. There are also the following problems. The facilities are a bit old and need to be renovated. The hot spring water quality is not good, it is very dirty, and the bath towels are hung everywhere. The hotel breakfast does not match the hotel grade. The only thing that tastes good is boiled ramen.
The most important thing is the service. It can be said that the hotel basically has no service. Maybe it is too busy and the service staff are a little emotional, or maybe it is the only hot spring hotel in the surrounding area, but every customer is innocent, and there will always be competitors. I hope the hotel management will pay attention to this issue.

This was the most satisfying hotel of our entire trip. We specifically booked the Cloud Ridge Villa with a private hot spring, and it was absolutely stunning. The true hot spring on the terrace faces the wetlands park and Alatau Mountains. We even got to watch the sunset's fiery clouds and the golden glow of the sunrise on the mountains from our room.
The hotel in the mountains is very secluded, the hot springs are very comfortable, each room is very large, and the breakfast is also very rich. It is very convenient to get to the hot springs from the hotel room, and there is a special passage. In winter, the outdoor hot springs are recommended. It is very comfortable to soak in the hot springs when it is icy and snowy outside~
Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is super close to General Mountain Ski Resort, just a 10-minute drive away. The free shuttle service was always available when we needed it, and the driver was incredibly friendly. The freshly made noodles at breakfast were delicious. We'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserBecause of participating in swimming competitions, I arrived in Tacheng by car all the way to the snow and dark. I booked a hotel near the swimming pool in advance. The hotel service is very good, the floor heating is hot, the room is clean, and the humidifier is also equipped. The stay experience is very good. The free breakfast buffet food is quite rich and the nutrition is good. The hotel also has a children's entertainment area, which is friendly with parents and children. We sent Tangquan experience coupons when we were tired and didn't go to the bubble. Many guests took their children to go. It is estimated that it is very comfortable. Because the game needs to photocopy the certificate, I asked the front desk casually, enthusiastically helped to photocopy, ready to pay, the front desk lady said it was free service. Ah! Too intimate, like 👍 This hotel is very cost-effective, highly recommended ❤️

The room is large, the bedding is very comfortable, and it is very close to the Dushanzi Grand Canyon. The front desk and restaurant staff are very attentive and meticulous; The public hot spring was under maintenance, so they helped to upgrade to a private hot spring room. The kids had a lot of fun, and the hot spring was super large~ The view from the restaurant is amazing
Loved it, loved it! The Nuanhuawan HyinSai Resort Hotel is located within the Nalati Scenic Area and boasts a unique design, with each courtyard offering a different theme. This trip, I stayed in 'Horizontal Flute Autumn Moon,' and the room was quite spacious with a private courtyard where you could play in the snow. Our hotel butler, Xiaoba, was incredibly warm, proactive, and attentive. The hotel grounds are extensive, so you need to take a shuttle buggy, which is readily available by calling the front desk – very convenient. The breakfast buffet met all our dining needs, with standout items like yogurt zongzi (sticky rice dumplings).
Beautiful hot spring county, warm Xinjiang people! The hotel is in the painting! Snow-capped mountains, flowers surround, open the window to see the scenery! Beautiful environment, hygienic and safe, warm and considerate service staff! The best stay in Xinjiang
Facilities: Clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Service: The front desk lady was incredibly thoughtful, and the breakfast made by the auntie was delicious. The owner was also very kind, offering pick-up and drop-off services and recommending economical and tasty local food.
