The hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful as they willing to go extra miles to help us (the foreigners) with our taobao parcels (i.e. contacting the sellers, chasing the logistic and even helped us to collect the parcel from the taobao station). They deserved this 5 stars hospitality and we will definitely come back to stay in this hotel if we ever come to Kunming again! The buffet style breakfast was fantastic with variety of choices among all the hotels that we stayed in yunnan. They even offered us free lunch/dinner each day throughout our 3 nights stay! The hotel is very clean and it is located very strategically from the train/bus station, airport and also the tourist attraction (old street). We felt extra welcomed when the staffs brought us welcome fruits and upgraded our room to bathtub room. We really enjoyed the great hospitality by this hotel!

I came to relax with my family during the Songkran holiday and stayed at Pullman Lijiang. The hotel has a stunning view, is very clean, and most importantly, I received a warm and cheerful welcome with great attention to detail from the service manager, Ms. Rita. She speaks English well and gave us helpful advice, such as drinking plenty of water before going up to high altitudes. She also recommended a Thai restaurant for us, checked in on our trip, and let us know we could easily reach her anytime via WeChat, which was super convenient. Thank you for making our stay here a memorable part of our journey!

This was so far the best stay we had in China! The hotel is new, very clean and in a great and calm location just 5 min walk from the old town. The room was big and very comfortable with great heating system and amenities, the bed was comfortable and toilet clean and big. Shower was great with hot water and good pressure. The breakfast was delicious, with many choices from western and chinese cuisine. The laundry room has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers, maybe considering the size of hotel would be great to add more, but still we managed to take care of our clothes. The hotel staff is professional, provided us daily everything we need in the room. The room was cleaned every day. Everyday there was a new fruit plate in our room which we enjoyed a lot. Simply the best!

I saw reviews online saying that the boss was very nice, so I placed an order. When we arrived at the station, the boss came to pick us up in person. The boss is really nice, warm and friendly, and takes the initiative to introduce Shangri-La tour routes. It also specifically explains the regional environment and safety. We are going to charter a car for a tour the next day. The boss contacted the car rental company to reserve a vehicle. The next day, the tourist spots were sent to the driver’s mobile phone and he sent us to the car. I wish the boss a full customer base and more and more prosperity.

During our check-in day, there was a power outage for some parts of the Shuanglang old town, including this property. He kept apologizing sincerely even though it was no fault of his and he did everything within his abilities to ensure we are comfortable. Thank you, 小杜 and your team! Location: A short 2 minutes walk through the old town from the vehicle drop off point, do a right turn into an alley and you will find the amazing property sitting just on the bank of ErHai lake, with a superb view of the sunset, be it from the garden, lobby, breakfast area or the roof top. Just before the entrance to the alley, at the main street of the old town, you could get food even at 1030pm! Certainly a 5 stars for the location! Rooms: Quality bath robes and slippers to keep you warm, comfortable bed to snuggle in, free minibar and snacks replaced daily, what more could we ask for? Breakfast & Night snacks: Breakfast was delightful and also a tasty night snack to warm your tummy before sleep! All were great! Overall: For the two nights of stay, we absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Not just for the services and the clean rooms, also for the picturesque location where the architect has put in much effort to maximize the visual impact of the scenic Erhai view for all visitors! We had sooooooooo many nice photos taken at the amazing property! Strongly recommend this property to anyone who wants to stay in Erhai!

The service, amenities, extensive grounds, and rooms are all top tier. The location is great for the West Lake scenic spot (other than that it's quite far from the city hubbub... to be expected when the hotel grounds require a fold-out map!). The dinner & breakfast were excellent (although all the fanciest dinner options were seafood, if that matters to you). Pay the little bit extra, stay at this hotel, you won't regret it.

The location is excellent, immediately across the road is the Lancang River, the music fountain, the white elephant beach, the hotel is clean and the service is very very good, from the communication before check-in to the service after check-in, every detail makes people feel very satisfied. Wife and I booked a 360° cliff sea view room and we were extremely pleased with our stay. Location was good as the Villa was situated atop the hill which provided a magnificent view of ErHai with Chang Mountains as a beautiful backdrop. You can simply enjoy this view from the comfort of your bed or simply chill with coffee or tea on your balcony. The room has a large sunken bath that you can enjoy the view from as well and it fitted both of us very well as we are both quite tall. Bathroom facilities and amenities were very good as well. The owner, who was on-site, provided very nice touches to our stay like a simple Japanese afternoon tea, welcome fruit platter, tea tasting, dessert soup at bedtime which my wife liked, perfume testing station and even a Pu'er tea package as a gift. Special mention to all in terms of their excellent service levels from their front desk, chef, waiters, and even the owner, who were all genuinely friendly and welcoming. They sorted out whatever queries or little issues that we had during our stay and went well and beyond. Kudos to this young and vibrant team. Felt like a really nice homestay.

The staff as always have gone above and beyond our expectations with their amazing service and care for our young family. We have been coming for over 10 years and have been impressed how the staff are improving their customers experience every year!

Great hotel, right next to Xishan. We live on the second floor and have a small balcony. It is very comfortable to blow the wind without getting sun. The room has slippers, a dressing mirror, and a scale, which is very considerate. The bathroom toiletries are also complete, and the toothbrush is very easy to use. There is also a disposable toilet seat, which is clean and hygienic. The hair dryer has a large power and blows the hair very well. The housekeeper responds very promptly and replies in seconds. Haha, in the evening, I reported that Xiaodu could not turn on the air conditioner and came to deal with it immediately. It turned out that there was a remote control hahaha, so sorry to bother to run a trip. The breakfast is also great, with a buffet area and a pasta area. The watermelon in the buffet area is very sweet, and the various side dishes are also delicious. Love it. You can see Dianchi Lake next to the restaurant, and the scenery is very good. The whole hotel is very large, worthy of being a garden hotel, and the various landscapes are very suitable for taking pictures. It would be better if the hotel toiletries could include a body lotion, the weather here is still relatively dry hahaha. There are small black floating hairs on the quilt cover in the room, it would be better if you can pay attention to clean it up. The sound insulation effect of the room facing the road is not very good. You can hear the sound of traffic outside when you sleep at night. I hope the sound insulation can be better. I saw in the comments that the hotel has a package for the Xishan Cable Car and so on. If you have good things, don't hide them. You can recommend more. The housekeeper can take the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and travel guides to the guests. I really need it hahaha, but I didn't ask. The hotel where I stayed at the first stop in Kunming. It takes about 50 minutes from the airport to the hotel. The scenery of the hotel is very good during the day. There are not many people during the stay. It is very quiet. There is a big lake next to the hotel, but I didn’t see pigeons. The attractions around the hotel are very convenient. It takes more than ten minutes to get there by taxi. Overall, it is okay, suitable for families and elderly people, quiet, green, and travelers who do not require high room facilities.

The hotel's interior decoration is exquisite, the facilities are complete, and the natural hot spring water is clear. The room is spotlessly clean, and the details are carefully considered, such as the warm reminder card prepared at the head of the bed and the free mineral water neatly placed. Location was a little far from the town center (approx 25 minutes), but it was quiet and near a mountain. I couldn’t find much reviews on the hot springs room. The person hot springs is not as private as you think. Unfortunately, as we didn’t book a villa, the room above us could easily look into our hot springs or walk over to look at us. Would recommend to bring a bathing suit. Take note that the water temperature is above a degree lower as compared to the onsens jn Japan. The room itself was lovely and clean, the reception allowed us to have a slightly later check out timing. Overall, would recommend for its price point, and was a much more comfortable stay compared to boutique hotels.

I have been to Dali several times, and this time I was really surprised by the accommodation. The hotel is located on the Erhai Tianyu Mountain on Dali Binhai Avenue. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the edge of Erhai Lake. When you open the window, you can see the panoramic view of Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake, which truly realizes the dream of ”sleeping by the sea”! The surrounding environment is quiet, away from the hustle and bustle, but it is convenient to reach the city or airport, and the location is excellent.
