Great staffing with great service.
Able to catch multiple free shuttles from/to Wado-Kuroya station. I just have to make a free call through the Trip.com app to contact the hotel, although the staff speaks little English, we were able to communicate using google translate, make sure to use simple language to make it easier for everyone if you are only English speaking.
Train at this station is not frequent so best to plan ahead.
Only to improve on is i wish we have bigger room for 4 people with the price we were paying. But overall it’s a nice traditional Japanese Ryokan.
It's close to the station, so it's easy to find and I didn't get lost. I was there after an event at Saitama Super Arena, so it was great that it was close to the arena. However, the amenities included lotion and emulsion, so I bought them at a nearby convenience store. It was good that the convenience store was on the second floor, but it would have been better if they had lotion and other items. I'd like to use it again next time.
I think the hotel people and service amenities were good as they were. However, the room was not very clean. The refrigerator contained drinks from the previous person or the toilet paper was not replaced, so it was finished in one volume. It's not good because there is a change ...
I definitely want to stay here again! I don't think so
This hotel offers great value for money for business trips to Kawaguchi. There's also a hot spring on the first floor that you can use during specified hours. The rooms, like most Japanese hotels, are small but have everything you need. The only quirky thing was that there was no charging outlet by the bed. The only place to charge anything in the whole room was under the desk, across from the bed. I found that a bit odd.
The hotel is stunning. Breakfast was great. 3 onsen pools (2 outdoors, 1 indoor) and sauna. Clean and spacious. Service was awesome. Staffs friendly and helpful. Big parking lot for those driving to Chichibu. Within walking distance there is AEON, some shopping (ABC Mart, Daiso etc) and cinema
Facilities: Well-equipped. The hotel has a large public bath on the 2nd floor, as well as a laundry room. The public bath is separated for men and women, but you need to bring your own towel.
Cleanliness: Good, very clean.
Environment: Very good.
Service: Excellent, dinner was delicious.
I stayed at this hotel for two weeks. Although the room was a bit small, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The front desk staff were very helpful and even used translation software to answer guests' questions. The hotel offers complimentary coffee and facial masks. The hot spring is open from 3 PM to midnight. Breakfast includes curry rice, grilled fish, tamagoyaki, and juice, among other options, all of which are well-balanced and tasty.
Highly recommend!
We had 2 rooms, one with a private bath, the other was the special room on the 6th floor. The special room appeared to have the original materials and fixtures, which we appreciate. Everything was maintained very well. If I could suggest one thing, it would be having the carpet replaced in the room, as well as in the public spaces.
Breakfast had a good variety of western and Japanese foods. The fixed course dinner was exceptional, from the presentation to the taste.
One memorable experience for us was the table tennis. Our whole family had such a good time!
Last but not least, the service was top-notch. From the moment we stepped in the hotel, Kitabori was there to welcome us and ensured that we had everything we needed. His professionalism and attention to details truly enhanced our stay! We would definitely stay there again.
Booked this hotel for overnite stay while on the way to Nikko. The are is quiet at night time. The room is just a standard Japan hotel room, though size is bigger compared to those in Tokyo downtown area. The hotel spa (or onsen) is actually few mins walk away (and need to go up to footbridge to cross the road). We drove to the spa mainly because there is a restaurant that we could have dinner. As we arrived late, we didn't try the onsen there. The spa looks good and staff there is very nice.
You can walk from Omiya Station. There are no buses passing by. The hotel is good and has all the amenities. There is an onsen. The staff is friendly. The hotel is quite modern. No key card is used. You need a code to enter the room. The breakfast is tasty. Everything is good except when booking, the information said the room size was 23 square meters with 2 large beds. But when checking in, the room was really small. Not sure why the room information didn't match what I wanted. I booked through Trip because I wanted a room with 2 beds and was a little disappointed.

PPo ching ChengThe hotel provided an exceptional experience during our week-long stay. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met. The daily dinners were a delightful surprise, offering variety and quality. The room was clean, and the hot spring was relaxing. Everything we needed was readily available.

My mother and Ashika went back from Flower Park! The bath was very good! My mother was wondering which one to take. I was happy! There was also a rice shop and it was very easy!
I went there for the first time, but it was good to be here!
