The hotel is very close to Tottori Station. From the North Exit, you just cross the underpass and pass the Maruyu Department Store. Perhaps because it's in Tottori, the single room isn't particularly small. The room facilities are typical of a Japanese business hotel. On the second floor, there's a large public bath and a relaxation area. Washing machines are free to use, and they even offer complimentary ramen at night. The breakfast is also quite substantial.
The room was spacious, they provide daily cute snacks and the staff was kind (they could speak basic English). They have free parking on site that is really convenient. However, we were quite disappointed by noticing that our room was on a parking lot view and not as advertised on the website. We weren't aware that the separate shower and bath were the onsen. It was an amazing onsen - with 2 private ones for families, but we needed to walk a bit and with a baby wasn't the best. Quite pricy but nice room.
The hotel is conveniently located, about a 5-minute walk from Tottori Station and a 5-minute taxi ride to Hokkaido Kaiten Sushi. It boasts a nice onsen (hot spring) and was very clean. Complimentary disposable amenities were readily available for guests. On the downside, the breakfast was quite disappointing – very basic with limited variety, and many items weren't restocked, which certainly didn't justify its price. Also, be aware that if you're staying with a child in the same room, there's an additional charge of 3000 JPY per night, and breakfast for the child is extra.
It's a bit far from the station, but there's an underground passage with escalators in front of the station, which is convenient for people with luggage. The room is fairly spacious, but the layout isn't great... To fit three beds, there's only one path leading to the door... There's a hot spring, which is nice for relaxing, and breakfast includes mountain milk, but everything else is just okay. 😅
Great location and super spacious room. We picked the option inclusive of breakfast and dinner & truly enjoyed it. Walking distance to JR station with lots of good food around. 10/10 would recommend. The onsen comes with private or public bath which is great for people who don’t want to be in the public with strangers but still want to enjoy onsen
I received room upgrade. I could the see from my room. When I arrived at hotel, a staff welcomed me in front of the front door. All staff were very nice and the hotel was very clean. I was drizzling on my face and soaked in the hot spring water and enjoyed a healing time like heaven.
The front desk service was excellent, including the friendly and welcoming driver! There's a free shuttle service. Tell the hotel in advance to schedule a time. There are four shuttles daily, with the latest arriving at 11 AM!
The quiet environment makes it a relaxing hot spring hotel perfect for enjoying the tranquility of nature. ❤
The prices are reasonable, but the restaurant is a bit pricey. You might consider dining out. Laundry service would be even better. Besides the hotel's hot springs, there's also a free open-air footbath right outside, which is great! I'd definitely stay for a few days next time I have the chance. 💕☺️👍
Building just minute away from Tottori Station! Very closed and I was happy to stay here!
There is breakfast for free and night drink. Room with bathtub and they provide iPhone/Android cable at room and it was point plus for us. They have alot amenities and Onsen (too bad I wasn’t tried it since we just arrived from Kinosaki) Staff not really good in English but they really supportive. Closed to Aeon as well and so far two thumbs from us and if I come again (definitely I’ll come back to Tottori) I will stay here again🫶🏼🫶🏼
A great variety of adorable yukata were available for us to choose from. After a relaxing soak in the onsen, it was truly splendid to quietly admire the garden. The service was also top-notch. The only slight letdown was the food; while plentiful, the seasoning wasn't quite there.
The food and drinks were absolutely delicious!
Everything at the buffet was delicious, and I was especially impressed by the bamboo steamed squid served at dinner.
The carbonated drinks and plum wine I enjoyed in the lounge on the first floor after meals and after a bath were also delicious.
The room was clean, and the view of the snow and hot spring town from the window was amazing...
The shuttle service to Kurayoshi Station on my way back was also very helpful (reservations required, 140 yen).
Overall, it was a great hotel!

Amazing
GGuest UserThe private bath room was booked, and the room and the pool were very clean.
I made an appointment for the pick-up one day in advance, and I saw the driver when I got out of the station. It took 15 minutes from Kurayoshi Station to the hotel.
The service attitude was very good, and they would lead and introduce the hotel facilities and various locations.
There is a supermarket directly opposite the hotel.
GGuest UserThe station shuttle service was excellent, and the hotel reception staff were very welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered stunning views. They even provided fun onsen tamago (hot spring eggs), and the lobby offered drinks and coffee, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel also had a wide selection of souvenir shops, and a morning fruit market was very convenient. The meals were plentiful and delicious.
The location of the open-air onsen changes in the morning and evening, offering different lake views.
This is a highly recommended hotel.
GGuest UserOverall, I was satisfied. The parking lot is large enough, and there are two lounge access hours. The hot spring closes at 11:00 PM. Breakfast may require queuing if there are many people, and the elevator may take a long time if there are many people. There are self-service water dispensers on each floor, which is very convenient.

MM14569****Facilities: The hotel has all the standard amenities, including an outdoor private onsen, and the room is very spacious with a sea view. The large outdoor bath also offers a breathtaking sea view, providing a truly refreshing experience. Don't miss out on the delicious Oyama milk from the vending machine.
Hygiene: The indoor areas are clean. Since there are many insects in summer, just remember to close the outdoor door promptly, and you'll be fine.
Environment: Located in Kaike Onsen village, it's a seaside hot spring with a white sand beach below. The sea water is clean, perfect for swimming, and kids can enjoy digging in the sand.
Service: The staff were incredibly thoughtful. As soon as they saw us from afar, they proactively ran over to greet us and helped with our luggage. On our departure day, they even arranged a car to take us to the station, despite it being only a 3-minute drive. They insisted on providing a dedicated car according to our schedule to protect us from the summer sun, which was very heartwarming. The welcome afternoon tea in the lobby offered a variety of drinks.
The breakfast and dinner truly deserve special praise. We booked a half-board plan, and the dinner was exquisite and delicious, featuring seasonal seafood like oysters and three different doneness levels of steak, all incredibly tasty. We enjoyed our meal while watching the sunset. Breakfast was amazing, a buffet with both Japanese and Western options, an incredible variety. There were so many desserts and ice creams that we couldn't even try them all, and everything tasted excellent. They even provided small trolleys to help us carry our food, which is a rare thoughtful touch I've encountered in the many onsen hotels I've stayed at.
BBulanqibaopakemeilisuoIt's a very old hot spring hotel. There's a smell in the corridor and the hardware is really bad. Sanchao Hot Spring is average and not worth a special trip.
Of course, the hotel also has good features, such as providing free pick-up and drop-off services. Dinner was also prepared with great care

The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient for exploring the area.
Dining
One of the highlights was the free ramen offered at night—such a nice touch! Breakfast was also fantastic, featuring a wide range of choices that catered to all tastes.
Amenities
The onsen was a perfect way to relax after a long day. The soothing hot springs really added to the overall experience.
View
The views from the hotel were stunning, providing a beautiful backdrop during my stay.
Overall
This hotel exceeded my expectations with its great location, delicious food, and relaxing amenities. I highly recommend it!
