Very nice hotel, we only stayed overnight but it was perfect; clean, quiet, and a pretty big room, and we had a nice view out the back. They had a restaurant in the hotel but we walked into town instead, but the breakfast was good, lots to choose from and the staff was very accommodating.

Toda a experiência no hotel foi fantástica. Começou no atendimento excelente, simpatia e cuidado com o cliente. As instalações são fantásticas, o conforto dos quartos, a limpeza e todos os pormenores, tudo ajudou para exponenciar o conforto da estadia. O pequeno-almoço variado, saudável, de uma qualidade muito superior. A experiência no Aquadome foi igualmante excelente. A localização do hotel em plena Serra da Estrela é absolutamente deslumbrante, porporcionando uma envolvência total em toda a experiência vivida. Não consigo perceber como um hotel destes apenas está classificado com 4 estrelas. Toda a experiência vivida foi de 5 estrelas.
