Very modern, clean hotel with great amenities. Gym, pool, sauna and hot mineral pool were all amazing. Room was spacious, well decorated, super clean and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Location is across from many restaurants and a couple of big malls. No complaints. There was no loud music as noted in other reviews. Very satisfied with my stay!

Me and my wife stayed here and they treated us so nicely, the staff were very friendly and even decorated the bed with flowers as a surprise! The staff were very helpful and polite, they answered the phone when we called and responded very promptly! The room itself was very nice, neat and tidy with an amazing bathroom. I am looking forward to staying at sheraton again in the future.

Stayed here for one night to explore the city centre area and the Mount Uludag for ski, the hotel is near to bus stop so it’s easy to get to the city centre. Other facilities and the staff are very welcoming for foreign tourists. Since it’s not situated in the middle of the city, so the surrounding area is pretty quiet and easy to get a good night sleep

The hotel is excellent near services and tea is free in the street-viewed outer hotel board, close to services and shops, free parking, and order the mountain-view rooms, and there is a laundry shop 200 meters away from the hotel and cheap price, and the clothes are in the room and the breakfast is excellent. But the rooms have no place to wash the dishes because they are small, the bathroom is excellent, and the cleaning is perfect every morning I advise young people, not families.

It was absolutely perfect for the price. Cleanliness and hygiene was good. It was comfortable. Since we left at 6 in the morning, we could not have breakfast. The hotel attendant said we can prepare a breakfast plate for you despite him. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority. If I go again, I definitely don't need to look for a different place. The location you are looking at on the maps is incorrect. Call the hotel and ask for a location .

It is located a little far from the center of Bursa, so you will need to take a taxi to get around. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the center by taxi, about 100TL. About 20 minutes by taxi from the bus terminal, 200TL The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly. Honey is served at breakfast. A satisfying selection of other fresh fruits and vegetables. I only stayed for one night, but I think you can feel the comfort of this hotel if you stay for two or more nights with two or more people. Next time I would like to stay with my partner.

There are two large hot spring pools. The temperature is slightly warm at 40 ℃. Although it is a little far from the center (Kozahan and Urjamy), there is no problem if you use a taxi (about 20 lira) or Dolmush. There are many restaurants and shops in the downtown area. Breakfast was abundant and delicious.
