Room with carpets in very poor condition and looking filthy, painting on one of the walls in need of repair, furniture in the bedroom obsolete (old), when turning on the water in the bathtub, it came out half brownish (rust from the plumbing)... no I recommend it at all, the room only deserves the 4 stars of the hotel for the areas, everything else is a 2 star hotel at the most. I will not stay at this hotel again unless it undergoes extensive refurbishment.

We stayed 5 nights in this hotel. Let's go one by one. Room: There was not exhaust system in the toilet. The smell of the sheets was awful since the very first day. The design was nice. Cleaning service was a joke... We had to ask up to three times for making up the room... Every day was a drama knowing when it was going to be done. Breakfast: A 5 star hotel does not deserve such a bad breakfast. Orange juice was not even fresh. Spanish Ham was awful(really low quality and bakery... just speechless) Restaurant: Extremely short variety of dishes. Again, not at expected level of 5 star hotel. Facilities: There were many rooms yet to be finished and not completely built. Surroundings are really ugly.... Additional comments: We saw many couples&families who had a booking in the frontdesk with no room available... Hotel was offering other room in other hotels at 17km!! We went to play to the pool (billiard) and there was a leakage on the ceiling... A new hotel with leakage??? Summarizing, the best of this hotel was the staff ...Poor them, trying to ”extinguish” all the fires caused by the hotel & hotel management. Specially front desk staff: Thx for doing your best! I provide 3/5 star coz I want to believe that they will fix all this issues in a short time and it will be good by then.

Excellent hotel overall. Great location and friendly staff and great grounds/view. The experience there could be dramatically improved with just two small changes: 1. Poolside service - as it is, you have to get your own food and drink. Adding an app or call system would be awesome. A pool waiter/waitress would be amazing. 2. Better mattresses. They felt quite hard, like a budget mattress not appropriate to a nice hotel.

We were very happy with the service. The receptionists were all very helpful, especially Bruno, and the room and beds were very comfortable too. When we requested a mini fridge, they efficiently provided us with one. The only thing we didn't like was the fact that we, as hotel guests, still had to pay €4 to park our car inside. This should have been free for hotel guests.

Beautiful views at this hotel, the service is good. One night. The laundry service there lasts 36 hours, had to wash the spot on the pants in the hand. The territory is large, with an outlet to the ocean. The sand is black, very beautiful. There was wind in February, but because of the small number of guests in the hotel there was a shining. I recommend it to everyone. Breakfast continental, with a choice of cache dishes, omlet, dessert. It was delicious. Dinner at the restaurant at the hotel in the evening, everyone liked it. They rested with the company in the evening at the pool drinking portwain )

The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is polite and beautiful 👍 The restaurant guests have discounts and offers. The breakfast is rich and varied. The location is very convenient. Look at the mountains and the sea. 👍

The hotel is located near a botanical garden. Thermal pool, 2 open jacuzzis and an indoor SPA creates a wonderful atmosphere. The ladies who clean the room deserve the highest rating as it is tough to keep everything perfect while the guests are using the thermal pools with iron (volcanic spring) water. Nice breakfast and terrace.

It is the best hotel for the whole trip. The hotel staff are warm and the room is very clean. I stayed for three nights, and the new bedding was replaced every day. The room has a good view.

Very good hotel to stay, either for a getaway or for a longer stay. Provide a pleasant experience. Very good facilities, nice decor, good cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms and comfortable bed. Spa area, pool, jacuzzi etc is nice. Breakfast is good and varied and the dinner buffet is great, with lots of options and tasty food.

We had a lovely stay at ANC. We spent 2 nights there after flying in from NYC. It was nice to have the pool, the terrace and be in walking distance to the beach (even though when we went there was too much seaweed to swim) most of the people at the front desk were very helpful. You can also walk to Caloura. These were all good things as we got acclimated from jet lag. Peaceful. One person in particular helped me with reservations and good details on our plans. The dinner was good and the breakfasts seem to be the usual fare, a good variety. We’d recommend staying here.

Excellent location, friendly staff, very good breakfast. Spa area: cold water, the jacuzzi did not have all the functions of massage to work, insufficient sprayers, extremely fluid floor if we used room kitchens.

No me gustó nada la atencion de los empleados de la recepcion. La primera frase en un tono soberbio fue que solo hablan portugués. La cafetería la abren a las 10h por lo que si quieres tomar un café antes de salir es complicado. La sauna y baño turco no funcionaban y las habitaciones normales, no me parece un 4 estrellas

Nice environment, clean, warm front desk service, fluent English, hotel location is very good, the most central location of the city when going out, near the seaside, it is good to stroll around

Quiet, elegant, well located although on a very narrow street and with the car it is difficult to park. Generally quite good.

I been to Ponta Delgada Azores few time, first time stayed at Neat Hotel Avenida the location was great and convenient at the centre of downtown! I checked in very late and the reception staff excellent friendly, room is clean, near by have a lot cafe’s and restaurants! I will come back to stay here again, obrigada

A decent hotel, including breakfast and dinner, is also decent, so you don't need to pay attention to traveling outside. The parking lot outside the hotel is free at night and charged during the day, but it is just right to go out during the day and come back at night. I don't know if it's Ctrip's problem or the store's problem. The hotel on the last day was temporarily replaced by this one. Disputes were dealt with calmly.

Our best stay of the 6 Azores Islands/ Our best stay of the 6 Azores isles We stayed in a junior suite for just 2 nights on the 7th and 8th of June. Very spacious with a living room and associated small kitchen, sleeping area with very spacious beds, bathroom and terrace with a view of the ocean. 2 televisions available. Made use of the outdoor pool and hot tub. Very friendly reception. Excellent buffet breakfast with a large choice, including fresh fruit. The goods were constantly replenished. The hotel is located just above the ocean. In between there is a 'walking track' along which you reach the center of Praia after about 10 steps, including the O pescador restaurant. For example, you can leave your car at the hotel and you have the opportunity to taste the Azorian wines. It was by far our best stay and breakfast of our 6 islands visited (Sao Miguel, Terceira, Graciosa, Sao Jorge, Pico and Faial). Normally we would have liked to stay one day longer, but our planning for the internal flights and boat connections did not allow this, as there are not all days flight and boat connections with all islands (after Terceira, Graciosa). If we ever come back to the Azores, it will be Terceira in the first place, with the Atlantida Mar. We stayed in a junior suite for just 2 nights on the 7th and 8th of June. The service I received was amazing, the staff members were super helpful, nice and professional. The facilities were clean and operational, I had no issues with any of the equipment or appliances. Lastly, the location, the view, the room, all beautiful like something out of a movie! I would definitely love to stay here again and is a strong recommendation to friends and family!

I liked everything a little in general

One bedroom and one living room area is 40-50 square meters, with a kitchen. Electric stove, microwave, refrigerator are all available. We went to the supermarket to buy vegetable pizza and made it ourselves. The taste is better than that of restaurants outside. The hotel provides breakfast, which is of very good quality. The room is equipped with a Bluetooth audio system and electric curtains, which are many selling points. We rented a car and drove there by ourselves, and the hotel's underground garage is free for parking. A very satisfactory stay.

The service is very good, the interior is clean and tidy, and the breakfast is also good. Especially the location is very convenient. It is only 5 minutes by taxi from the airport and less than 10 minutes on foot from the city center. If you transfer, it is recommended to stay

Excelente localização, empreendimento reúne todas as condições para ser o melhor da ilha, contudo parece estar em contenção severa de recursos. A limpeza não abona nos quartos, é notório que fazem limpezas superficiais, quarto espaço no entanto o mini bar nada tem, produtos de higiene parecem misturados com água para render, os pequenos almoços são muito fracos, poucas opções, pouco cuidado, fraca qualidade, pouca comida. A piscina é de água gelada e o jacuzzi não é convidativo… hotel 5 estrelas que não deveria ter mais que 3 pelos serviços prestados, lamentável!

The environment is very good, next to the sea, the hotel is a bit modern, but the overall experience is still good, it is suitable for vacationing with family and friends, not far from the city.
