Hotels in Anshun Ancient City Historical and Cultural District/Gufu Street, Anshun

The hotel is well equipped, with a self-service laundry room, where clothes can be washed on the day, which is very convenient. The mountain view room we booked has a very good view, but the only drawback is that it is close to the railway and there is noise at night. The hotel also thoughtfully provided earplugs, and we slept at night with the windows closed, so the noise was not too bad.

The hotel location is great . Just minutues away from the Bus station to take us to Anshun waterfall site, where we spend a great day. However, I had feedback to the hotel that the hotel should at least have a power socket adaptor for International travellers . My laptop which had a UK power cord cannot be plugged into any socket to charge my laptop ! It is not a hotel for the local , but an international hotel .

The room is wonderful .However, the breakfast buffet is quite disappointing and the staff station at the buffet reception is not so friendly, could be a bad day for her.On the whole, is still good experience.The pool and the gym are well equipped.The staffs are very helpful, especially the house keeper, they are very effective with the tasks.We are most surprise, when the room was done with the make up after we had our breakfast.Regrettably, such a grand suit, the shampoo and the shower gel come in a small bottles which make it appear to be devalued.

The hotel is located in the neighborhood, with small restaurants, various snacks and supermarkets concentrated. It is about five kilometers away from the highway intersection. Convenient for traveling. The hotel has complete facilities and the rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The bedding was impeccable. The shower and bathroom are separate. There is no smell of smoke. Free parking is available. Breakfast is healthy, nutritious and hygienic.

This stay experience far exceeded expectations! The city view room booked in advance at 8 o'clock in the morning has not been cleaned. Xiaojing at the front desk helped to upgrade the room type for free. The smile was kind, patient and meticulous throughout the whole process, and the fatigue of waiting was instantly relieved. The upgraded room has a wider view, the sanitary details are impeccable, the bedding is white and odorless, the bathroom is dry and tidy, and even the table is spotless. Xiaojing's service transcends the standard process, with a sincere prejudgment when checking in, I keenly captured the fatigue of my boat and car, and handled it quickly in a soft voice; this feeling of ”remembered and cared” is the most precious gift on the journey. The Berman Hotel proves with its unique hospitality that an excellent hotel is itself a stunning landscape.

On the positive side, Xiao Miao, our butler, was very enthusiastic and provided great service! Thumbs up for that! While the service was warm, the hotel facilities really aren't worth it. I'm not sure if it's a hot spring hotel, but the blankets felt damp. The air conditioning vent was directly facing the bed, and even on the lowest setting, it was still very cold. There are too few elevators, so we always had to wait! The breakfast was the worst – limited variety, small space, and the restaurant's capacity was clearly insufficient; we almost had to eat our bowls outside. I saw tongs for serving food fall on the floor twice, and no one picked them up; they were just put back to be reused. While people were still eating breakfast, the cleaning staff was already sweeping around them. The food safety rating on the wall was C. I don't really understand, I've stayed in many hotels, and this one, apart from the enthusiastic service, really wasn't worth it in other aspects. Maybe it's because I was just passing through and didn't use the hot springs.

The stay experience was great! The front desk was warm and welcoming, and the details were moving. The room was clean and comfortable, the bedding was soft like a cloud, and the sound insulation was superb. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the small noodles for breakfast downstairs are super authentic! Highly recommended, come back next time! The ceiling in the same price! The room is spacious and bright, the facilities are new to the like of just opening, even the smart toilet and projection are equipped. The location is super convenient, the bus station is downstairs, and the surrounding food is too much to eat. Student party, hit workers close their eyes! Business trip party gospel! The desk and chairs in the room are super comfortable, the high-speed WiFi is stable and not stuck, the laundry room is open 24 hours, ironing machine and laundry detergent are all available. Downstairs is the business district, you can relax and stroll around at the end of the meeting, and the efficiency is full!

The location is excellent, close to the business district, with everything from restaurants and entertainment to entertainment. It's also incredibly convenient for travel. The rooms are simple and comfortable, and the service was attentive. I felt the hospitality and kindness of Anshun. The location is excellent, centrally located, within walking distance of many destinations, and taxis and scooters are easily accessible. The staff were warm and welcoming, and their professionalism was evident. Highly recommended for business trips!

Facilities: There's a robot in the lobby on the first floor, and food delivery can come right up to your room, which is super convenient. Near the front desk, there's hot water and coffee available for takeout, which is a really thoughtful touch. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, the bedding was very comfortable, and there was both a soft pillow and a buckwheat pillow. Environment: The environment is great. The front desk staff upgraded our room type when we checked in. It faced the residential area, so it was very quiet, and we slept wonderfully at night. The hotel is also very close to the ancient town; just a few minutes' walk out the door, and you can find lots of local specialty snacks. Service: Huge thanks to the front desk staff for the room upgrade during check-in. Another staff member even offered us complimentary breakfast when we returned to the hotel at night, and while I didn't manage to wake up early enough to eat it 😩, I'm still incredibly grateful. Overall, the experience was excellent, highly recommended! If I get the chance to visit Anshun again, I'll definitely choose this hotel.

The king of cost performance! It is a real surprise to live in such a good hotel at this price. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding and towels were brand new, the facilities were complete and well maintained, the air conditioning was fast and the hot water was sufficient. The location is excellent, the surrounding food is gathered, and the popular attractions are within walking distance. Although the breakfast is not luxurious, it is varied and balanced. It is just a day's trip to eat and drink. The service is warm and thoughtful, responsive, completely exceeding expectations, and has been recommended to friends!
