"The room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 10th floor, and although the window couldn't be opened completely, it didn't block out the noise of cars outside. I also suggest the hotel add hooks to the bathroom. Furthermore, staff should be instructed not to speak loudly in the hallway outside the room in the morning.
