"The room was clean and tidy. I stayed on the 10th floor, and although the window couldn't be opened completely, it didn't block out the noise of cars outside. Every morning, I was woken up by the noise of garbage trucks and other vehicles. The bathroom and toilet doors had a semi-transparent glass design, which compromised privacy. I also suggest the hotel add hooks to the bathroom. Furthermore, staff should be instructed not to speak loudly in the hallway outside the room in the morning. I was woken up and had to open the door and ask for quiet before they realized their mistake, but I was already awake and couldn't get a proper rest."

"My reservation requested a specific floor and a non-smoking room, but upon check-in, they said my original room was small and at the end of the floor. They offered me a 15 yuan upgrade to a larger room and free snacks. But when I got to the room, I discovered the supposedly larger room was only about 12 square meters and reeked of cigarettes. There were only a few snacks worth one yuan each, not to mention the free snacks. How small was the original room? I'm seriously skeptical of the quality of Jinjiang hotels and will never stay with them again."
