"The hotel was great, the location suited our purpose perfectly as it had its own beach, had a decent breakfast, was close to the main markets, the staff was friendly, and the routes were accessible. They even had shuttles going to the mall outside, a photo for the schedules has been attached. We didn't take a lot of photos because of how much there was to do and see just in the hotel itself. There were a few negatives, but the positives outweighed them enough for the negatives to be ignored. The hotel has very little elevator access and most rooms require stairs to reach with the availability of an elevator, and you have to walk a lot from place-to-place, and the shuttles usually have a long wait time. The Kusine de Augusta is tipping towards the better side, though we didn't try any other restaurants there. The pools are really fun, though most of the public bathrooms were kind of bad. The beach has a beautiful North-East facing horizon with the famous Keyhole facing the East which makes it beautiful during sunrise. The nearby market has amazing options with one of our favourite place's photo attached. The resort staff, especially the security, are extremely kind and helpful. The food and drinks on the beach only accept cash. The foam pool party was very fun and a new experience, but the lifeguard will only tick you off and not help, proven by my sister choking once and me choking, no exaggeration, 4 times. Make sure to explore all the places, as each one has it's own charm. Overall, it's a great place for a laidback and relaxing vacation."

"Located at the heart of station 2 where the fun starts. Walk to the beach as soon as you come out of the hotel but very busy. If you want a quiet and tranquil holiday this is not for you. It’s like going through a labyrinth everytime going home to your room but can get use to it. Check in was a bit of a pain since we came in a large group and felt a bit deceptive as our deluxe room (king bed) was upgraded to premier with double bed and a single which didn’t work for couples longing for a king bed. But I guess the upgrade was more for us to be closer to the beach. Would be nice if the reason was explained to us. But no big issue and would not fault the hotel for that small hiccup. The rooms are a dated but reasonably clean and the best was comfort if the bed and came in white sheets. Our room has balcony and iverlooking the pool. Got everything you need in a resort. Short walk to the shops and cafes you’ll never get hungry. Lots of fire dance in different spots of the whole stretch of station 2. Big thanks to France the hotel chauffeur who drive us to the hospital for my daughter’s emergency situation. It’s a shame that it wasn’t his duty when we checked out but hope that he got our tip in thanks to his efforts to us. Thanks to the entire staff including the nurse who assisted my daughter. Overall we were happy despite the short stay and will definitely come back to this brand of hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Overall, it was good. The only issue was that there was no hot water periodically. The cleaning was very good. The buffet was a 3+ (average). The WiFi in the room was fast. The price was generally fair."

Unfortunately, the service standards did not match the quality of the accommodation. Since this was my first time staying with in this hotel, I wanted to share specific instances that affected my experience: • Dining Protocols: During lunch, staff began breaking down the buffet without informing dining guests. As I was still eating, this felt dismissive. A simple ”last call” announcement would have been appreciated. Similarly, during breakfast, my table was fully cleared while I was away getting dessert, creating confusion. Better training on recognizing when a guest has actually finished dining is needed. • Menu Expectations: I was disappointed to find the lunch menu significantly more limited than what is currently advertised in vlogs and online marketing. Managing these expectations is crucial for guest satisfaction. • Front Desk Efficiency: The check-out process was surprisingly slow. For travelers on a tight schedule, an inefficient check-out can create significant stress regarding flight times. I suggest reviewing your staffing or systems during peak departure hours."

"Amazing location. We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach. The staff were extremely helpful and happy. The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay. We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week. Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port. Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again."

"This is unexpected booking but super worth it. They gave us excellent services from the early check in and room service. They checked if the guess are ok & some concern. The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight🫩 but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️"

"The hotel is in the heart of station 2, surrounded by tons of bars and nice restaurants. Dmall, the small shopping and restaurant street is just around the corner. Not only the location but also the view of the hotel was really good. The hotel is literally on the beach. The view from the room was amazing right towards the ocean. The room itself was well maintained, everything works well and also very clean. The bed was very comfortable.ive been picked up with airport transfer with zero hassle all organized by the hotel.we have received welcome drinks along with a little dancing welcome ceremony before check in. I’ve experienced the staff both reception and also at the restaurant extremely competent and friendly. You could genuinely feel that your convenience and comfort are priority. This is not given considering a lot of hotels run on procedures. In this hotel you can experience the personal initiative too for which I appreciate a lot. I want to thank the manager, the receptionists and the restaurant staff for their warm hospitality. Overall I had an excellent stay and I will definitely stay there again next time."

"We stayed at Hotel Belmont Boracay for four nights. The staff was genuinely top-notch! They kindly provided an early check-in after our extremely last-minute booking, which was incredibly helpful. We loved the peaceful, isolated location and having a private beach nearby was a big plus, though we wish the shuttle service schedule was more frequent. Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by room problems. Our original room on the 5th floor was extremely humid to the point where the floors and walls were visibly wet. We complained, and a technician was sent who changed the AC to a freezing 14°C… which apparently was the only way to reduce the dampness, but it made the room uncomfortably cold for sleeping. Only after the first night did they agree to move us. While the second room was much better with the humidity, the cleaning was severely lacking: · We found a lot of hair from previous guests in the bathroom. · None of the amenities were switched out (face tissues, toilet tissues, tea bags). · Most disturbingly, the shower smelled strongly of urine, which was extremely unfortunate. This showed us the hotel clearly knows about the humidity issue but didn't proactively switch us, and the room change felt rushed without proper housekeeping. The breakfast was good, not bad. Belmont is a hotel with extremely wonderful staff in a great location, but let down by critical maintenance and cleanliness failures. Double-check your room immediately upon arrival."

"Amenities were good, nice big pool, easy access to the room by the lift? Although is only one. Food and service too notch - plenty of options for the breakfast buffet (both sweet and savoury, Asian and Western food available). People were very friendly and helpful, especially Kent from the restaurant/pool bar and Micah from reception. The distance from the beach is about 10-15 minutes, trikes are available if needed. The transport service between the mainland and Boracay is very easy, convenient and price is competitive with the other providers (I chose their transport service as it is very very convenient - they have their own private port). 5 minutes distance from supermarket quite a big one up the hill. The best part is that the hotel has staff downstairs by the lift that offer a big list of activities, all the way from helicopter 🚁 island tour to snorkeling, gun shooting, islands hopping etc. - I used their service as the price is below the market by 200-300 PHP, highly recommended!"
