"The location is great, but the overall stay could be better. Firstly, in our room it says ”two full beds”, but it's not full, as 2 people can hardly sleep together on one bed. Also we didn't like the rule about the sunbeds, that people came to the beach at 6-7 am, put the towel and then left for many hours, and the sunbeds will be ”reserved” for them. At some point, there were no available sunbeds with no people on occupied ones.
Staff is helpful, they're trying to solve everything, but in the end, some rules have to be changed in order to improve the service. Also, for the cleaning, you need to request every time for it, and if you didn't request, there will be no cleaning.
Seaside restaurant and bar sofas are good, but also can be reserved with no people sitting there."

"They went beyond my expectations. I thought it was going to be like a family run inn but I was so wrong.
Upon arrival, they will offer some refreshments and hand towel which is a nice touch.
Room was really cute! Attic room but it didnt feel hot. Nice bed and pillows-had a good night’s sleep here.
The soundproofing is non-existent however. You can hear the families on the other rooms if they are on the hallways. Also, if people are smoking in the general areas, the smoke smell can get it your room which pissed me off.
Nonetheless, would come back for sure."

"We didn't regret choosing this hotel for our honeymoon. The service was excellent, and the breakfasts were magnificent with a sea view. The infinity pool was a special luxury. The beach near the hotel is well-maintained with beautiful palm trees; we could compare it with neighboring hotels while walking along the shore. There are massage services and shops close to the hotel. The room itself is spacious, and the cleaning service is good. Overall, I recommend this hotel. We took the hotel transfer to and from the airport. We were met and quickly taken by speedboat, and our luggage was carried for us."

"Junior suite given to us had only twin bed and a bathroom. There was no dining table and chair as what i imagine of suite have dining table and chair and kitchenette. I was confused whether i paid only a deluxe room cause what the lady in the reception given to us were the twin beds. Although the hotel is walkable to the wet market or D'mall its abit of a walk specially we have a senior citizen. Hotel has a good view for sunrise and near to the port where all the water activities and island hopping is happening.
Room and beddings were old. There was a smell inside the toilet.and the bathroom door can not close. This hotel room is expensive. There is no shuttle bus available ."

"We stayed here for three nights. The first room we stayed didn’t have a window (room 106). As I am claustrophobic, I asked for a different room, the front desk staff kindly accommodated my need from the second day on. It seems that they have several rooms that don’t have a window, so if you are like me, please let them know in advance.
The location is convenient as it’s close to station 2. While the majority of station 1 hotels are more secluded and quiet, this hotel was never so as it’s located at the main boat station and there are tons of tourists hanging around the property. There are lounge chairs, but those are often used by the tourists who were waiting for their boat to arrive.
The breakfast was mixture of Filipino and Chinese food. Different selection everyday but still ok.
The room was dated but we appreciated the fridge and air conditioner. The beach mats and towels were available for free and that was also nice.
The best thing about this hotel was the staff！ They tried their best to accommodate the guests’ needs. We enjoyed our stay because of them."

The service was excellent, as expected of a COAST hotel. Every staff member was smiling and ready to assist every guest. They were responsive to requests and remembered guests' names, making guests feel respected. The room had everything they needed, but the facilities were quite old, the soundproofing was poor, and there was a lot of mold in the bathroom. I strongly suggest the hotel renovate it. It's about a five-minute walk to the beach.

When I first arrived, I found the hotel wasn't as stunning as I'd imagined, mainly because the architecture felt too modern and not like a resort. However, the hotel's excellent service soon became apparent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, which made the vacation feel more like a true getaway. Breakfast was simply amazing. The pool connects directly to the beach and the ocean, and the hotel even has its own private bay. There are three restaurants at the hotel, and the food was outstanding and reasonably priced. The rooms were also quite good. The hotel offers airport transfers, but they're a bit expensive. The location is somewhat remote; while the hotel does provide shuttle service to D'Mall, the frequency is limited.

AjscWe have originally booked a west premier king with the view of the hallway/ next hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, we have asked the conceirge for a room with a pool view. Luckily they have the Room 445 available and topped up 5,190/night on the current booking to get our room upgrade. They let us checked in early, but the room once we entered still got sand inside the bedsheets. 🥹 This is our 2nd time in this hotel, we just missed the cleanliness during their soft opening, welcome drinks and the band once you arrived on the hotel, but as we informed the staff during check out, they have given us the *goodbye* drink. 😅
We have availed the Landtransfer also, everything is okay aside for the we go and wait for 20mins for the speedboat to come in the public terminal. We catch a red eye flight and this is really tiring considering we have a baby with us.
Still enjoyed the stay, hoping to get the same treatment during our first stay with Mandarin.

I would like to commend and thank Belmont Boracay Hotel for being warm and accommodating with us during our stay. It was a memorable time for the family especially to our daughter who celebrated her birthday there. They made my daughter's birthday extra special with their complimentary cake and greetings set up in our room. It was a good surprise for her. Darina Muradyant’s a good hotel but a little bit tired. We had big room with 2 comfortable beds. The view was so-so- on the roof, but one day we saw monkeys there - it was fun ! The territory of the hotel is very beautiful- a lot of plants, trees and flowers. The staff is very polite, friendly and helps with any questions. The breakfast is quite good - eggs, pancakes, vegetables, fruits, fresh juice, coffee- in common we had all what we need. We like swimming pool - it’s big and beautiful. The beach of Movenpick is good too, but it was bad weather, so unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy it as well. And of course we liked chocolate hour - it was so tasty !

True to its name, the resort feels like a massive botanical garden. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, filled with lush greenery, towering trees, and vibrant tropical flowers that instantly make you feel relaxed. Walking through the pathways to your room feels like exploring a hidden paradise.
Amenities & Pools
One of the biggest highlights is the pool selection. They have multiple expansive swimming pools, complete with fun water slides and shallow splash areas that are absolutely perfect for families. The main pool area is surrounded by trees, offering plenty of natural shade when the midday sun gets a bit too intense.
Rooms & Service
The rooms are spacious, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. The air conditioning works wonderfully, and the beds are incredibly comfortable after a long day of swimming and island hopping. What truly sets this resort apart, though, is the hospitality. From the front desk to the pool attendants, the staff goes above and beyond with their warm hospitality and ready smiles.
The Verdict
Whether you are traveling as a couple looking for a serene getaway or a family wanting great amenities for the kids, Paradise Garden delivers. Excellent location, beautiful green surroundings, fantastic pools, and top-tier service. We will definitely be back!

Blake & MavieWe had a wonderful 2 week stay at Savoy Hotel. The staff were warm and attentive, the room's were spotless and comfortable, and the location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Breakfast/Dinner was delicious and service exceeded our expectations — a special thanks to the front desk for their helpful responses to any issues that we had during our stay and a huge thanks to Mae, Lance, Helen, Rose, Checky, Marielle and Maddie for making our stay comfortable and going the extra mile with our daughter/granddaughter Zaylee, We’ll happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone that's contemplating staying here.

The hotel is in a great location. It is right on the beach. Restaurants, bars and stores were all right outside hotel. As you walk out of hotel, you will be bombarded with people selling you things: hair braiding, excursions, seafood, tattoos, bracelets, massages… etc but that’s everywhere on the beach. Hotel staff were great! They surprised my son with a birthday song and a treat on his birthday. We didn’t even let them know it was his birthday, so they must have noticed on his passport. They took photos and videos of this nice surprise. Upon checkout, hotel also gave us personalize bracelets as thank you gifts. Swimming pool was nice and not too busy. Breakfast was not bad. Lots of options. Great breakfast view.
Cons
Our room was really far. We booked for 4 but only had 2 towels in the room. Had to request for more towels as well as hand towels and floor towels as the room don’t have any. Water pressure was terrible. At some point, there was no water coming out of the faucet at all. We couldn’t shower or wash our hands. Staff were super accommodating and changed our room the next day. 2nd room was closer and much newer looking. Water pressure was good but now wifi was not working.

Guest UserWe had a nice stay at Lola’s Lodge. It’s affordable, convenient, and very accessible (close to popular spots and restaurants, making it easy to explore Boracay). The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place felt safe and comfortable for budget travelers. Definitely good value for money.
Just a few minor concerns: there was a slight smell on the bedsheets and in the room, and one time we could smell smoke from outside coming into the room.
Overall, a good budget-friendly and convenient place to stay.
