"Everything is perfect. Our room got upgraded to Pool view. Breakfast is great compare to other hotel with the same price of stay. Mabilis din shuttle service to diff locs sa hotel. Pinakamatagal na yata 2 mins. 3rd visit na sa Boracay, maganda yung private beach kasi hindi crowded at hindi din sobrang init kahit tanghaling tapat compare sa main beach, same afternoon kasi lumipat na kami sa main beach. Ganda din amenities. Nagyym din kami haha"

"This is a few meters from the beach. Close to Diniwid Beach. Takes a while to go to station 2. They clean regularly and staffs are nice and accommodating. Lilian the housekeeping person is sooooo nice."

"The room was a good size, clean, and tidied daily upon request. The staff at every position were all incredibly nice, always smiling and greeting guests. From the doorman and front desk to the service staff, restaurant, and security, about four or five people would even see us off at the door when we left. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was hard to say goodbye. While it might not be the most luxurious place in the area, it's a resort that makes you feel comfortable, convenient, and well-cared for. Whether you want to sunbathe on the beach, enjoy a drink and relax, indulge in a traditional massage, go out for a diving trip, savor delicious food, party at a bar, or even have a late-night encounter (be careful!), everything is possible here. There's also a lookout post on the beach right outside, and during peak times, armed police are present, making you feel very safe."

"My husband and I were extremely happy with our stay at this accommodation in Boracay. From the very beginning, we felt genuinely welcomed, and the hospitality we received was outstanding. The location is exactly as described – very quiet and peaceful, and equipped with all the facilities presented in the listing. The room was spacious, spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a lovely fresh smell. There was no trace of any damp or musty odour; it was clearly well-ventilated and thoroughly cleaned. Everything was impeccable. Each room also has a minibar, which is very convenient if you would like to enjoy drinks or local snacks (available at an additional cost). Breakfast was very tasty, with only a few limitations. You can choose one menu and one drink per person, and not all beverages from the drinks list are included in the complimentary breakfast, but you can order extra items for an additional charge if you wish. We also had lunch at the hotel (paid separately), and the food was delicious and very fresh. The service was excellent, and the reception staff were always available and willing to help. At one point, I got sunburnt, and they kindly offered me after-sun cream free of charge to soothe my skin, which was a truly thoughtful gesture. Overall, everything was wonderful, and we would definitely recommend this place. We were genuinely disappointed that we could not find availability for more nights, as we would have loved to stay longer. The only downside was the sea directly in front of the property, as that area tends to gather a lot of seaweed, making swimming difficult. However, this is easily solved by walking a few minutes towards Station 2, where the water is much clearer and perfect for swimming."

"Considering that it's located at Station 3, getting around was not a problem since we enjoy walking while sightseeing. This was our second time booking this hotel, and we were happy to return because of the wide selection of tasty food, accommodating staff, and the spacious room arrangement. The room also seemed cleaner compared to our first stay. Overall, the service has improved since our last visit."

"Everything was great. We had a family suite with 2 rooms, 2 showers, a kitchen-living room with a table, and a veranda where you could sit. Since there were two showers in the room, we never had any issues with waiting turns))). The location is excellent, you can walk to D'Mall. Yes, it might not be beachfront, but considering that stations 2-3 were often crowded, we always ended up leaving anyway. Breakfasts were decent; you could always find something to eat. No pastries, but they had watermelon, papaya, and bananas for fruit."

"Pros: Excellent location right by S3 beach; most staff were good, and service was decent. Facilities are a bit old but fully functional. Cons: Room amenities are dated, and the door was loose. Breakfast selection was limited, and the taste was average. Housekeeping was sometimes superficial; they occasionally didn't change the sheets or replenish toothbrushes, and there were no slippers in the room. Overall, a good experience and great value for money!"

"We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay! You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party. One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!"

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff are friendly and attentive. It’s about 10–15 minutes from the center, but the hotel offers a shuttle service, and there’s also a HOHO bus that runs every 15–20 minutes, making transportation convenient. They also have their own beachfront at Newcoast, which is perfect if you want to escape the busy crowds of Boracay. Breakfast is modest but tasty. Would definitely come back."
