"Hotel room doesn't have its own bathroom. Location wise it is very near the center of kalibo. Staffs are friendly. Room was clean enough. A bit of letdown was the absence of a private bathroom had to use a common one outside down the hallway."

"It is a good choice if you want a decent place to stay while staying on a budget in Boracay. The shower was equipped with a heater which is nice and the room is well-ventilated and air conditioned. The location is accessible however the path is rocky and a bit smelly since it is near the d'mall palengke. Nonetheless, it's a good place to stay and suitable for families and barkadas."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this cozy guesthouse. Everything was clean, the courtyard was charming, and housekeeping was available upon request. The breakfasts were delicious. Peter, the owner, is incredibly hospitable; he told us everything we needed to know and even provided discounts for some restaurants, spas, and bike rentals. We booked airport transfers both ways, which was super convenient! There's also a lovely green yard where you can sit, cook, and listen to the birds. Peter has wonderful staff who are always ready to help, always smiling, and attentive to every request. A local cat named Matilda even visited us, and we gave her milk. You can also buy beer, water, and other drinks at reasonable prices – cold and cheap! We have nothing but positive emotions from our stay. The guesthouse is located near Station 3, which I consider the best station. The sea is gorgeous and beautiful, there aren't many people, and the food in the restaurants is tasty. Overall, I loved this place so much that I really want to come back for a longer stay. A huge thank you to Peter and his team! "Stayed here again in Boracay and it didn’t disappoint. The hotel’s in a great spot — right between Station 1 and 2, and just a minute walk to the beach. Super convenient. Service was amazing, especially Mitch! She helped us with early check-in, and even let us leave our bags before check-in and after checkout so we could enjoy the beach without worrying. Really appreciated her hospitality. It’s my second time staying here and we’ll probably be back again. The place is clean, quiet, and the staff are great. Only downside is there’s no elevator, so be ready for stairs. But honestly, it’s worth it. Thanks again Mitch and team!"

"Thank you La Bella Casa de Boracay. The staffs are friendly and helpful. As a solo traveler I love the location of the hotel. It’s 2 minutes from the beach. There’s also a church near it. I also felt safe during my trip. The location is quiet. It’s near Grotto, Coco Mama, and a few minutes walk to Sunny Side Cafe. They even upgraded my budget room for FREE into the one with own bathroom. I highly recommend it if you want a nice and affordable place to stay in Station 1 Boracay.☺️😍"
