Guam Hotels with balcony

"This time, I stayed without meals. Check-in was smooth. There were no staff members who spoke Japanese, which is something to be aware of. Although not mentioned during check-in, cleaning is only done about 3-4 times a week, not daily, so keep that in mind. The pool and private beach were great. I participated in the yoga session held every Wednesday at 7 AM. It was really good, but since we were the only participants, I highly encourage everyone to join! We pre-booked the BBQ, and it was almost full, so reservations are recommended. Overall, it was quite similar to Japanese BBQ and delicious."

"The newest hotel in Guam area as far as I’ve known! Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)"

"Everything was perfect: the room, the service, and the kindness of the staff! The room was clean, and the shower had good hot water. A hairdryer and towels were provided, so I had a comfortable and hassle-free stay. I'd love to stay here again! The location is also great, with direct access to a large shopping complex right from the front desk, so you can shop comfortably until late, even if it rains."

"The response time on WhatsApp wasn't very prompt. When I asked for a bottle opener to enjoy a Corona, they told me it wasn't available via WhatsApp. However, when I took the bottled Corona to the front desk and asked to borrow an opener, they opened it for me on the spot. I imagine others might feel the same way about the WhatsApp service. But, since a King Suite was available and I was upgraded, it wasn't a big deal. I got to drink my beer after all. And the acai bowl from the deli was delicious."

"The cleanliness of the accommodation was so-so. Room cleaning was done around 6 PM, even though I was on the 17th floor. ... There wasn't much to eat for breakfast, but the stir-fried sweet potato stems and kimchi were delicious. They were great for settling a queasy stomach. I made bibimbap with the sweet potato stems and the kimchi soup was also tasty. The seaweed soup on some days had a surprisingly deep and rich flavor. The pool is small but decent for playing, and the beach is great. It's shallow with no waves, and I lost track of time admiring the coral and fish in the water. All the staff were friendly. Is it true that there are really no tourists in Guam? It's incredibly quiet."

"The staff were very friendly. I stayed one night in the Island Wing and four nights in the Tower Wing, and the Tower Wing was definitely cleaner. While it's hard to expect the same service quality or cleanliness as a Lotte Hotel in Korea, I felt that all the staff were doing their best. I stayed in a club room, so I experienced the 7 AM breakfast, 2 PM afternoon tea, and 5 PM happy hour. I only went to afternoon tea once; after that, I didn't feel the need to go again. The selection was simple, and while juice was provided, the coffee machine was off, so I couldn't get my caffeine fix in the afternoon, which made it less worthwhile. The desserts offered at afternoon tea were the same ones served at the 5 PM happy hour, so having one or two then was enough to satisfy any dessert or bread cravings during my stay in Guam. Both breakfast and happy hour had a decent variety of menu changes daily, so it never got boring. As it was my nth visit to Guam, and I'd pretty much tried all the unique food options, it was actually more convenient to just eat at the hotel at set times. Oh, and the draft beer at happy hour was pretty good. I can understand why some people might compare Lotte with Tsubaki or Hilton because of the pool. But my routine was to have breakfast, enjoy a good swim in Tumon Beach, and then, when I felt like relaxing, head to the Lotte Hotel pool for another swim before returning to my room. So, the Lotte pool was perfectly satisfactory for me. The Tower Wing club rooms are on floors 14-16 (I was on the 16th floor), so the view was fantastic, and I could even watch Tsubaki's fountain show from my room in the evening. However, due to the angle, the sun sets behind Tsubaki and Nikko, making it unsuitable for watching the sunset from the room. For sunsets, you'd need to go to a sunset viewpoint or a coastal establishment like Tashigrill. This time, I didn't rent a car and bought a 5-day Red Shuttle pass, which I used daily. It was convenient to take the northbound route from the GPO area, which passed Nikko and Tsubaki, and dropped me off right in front of Lotte. Similarly, taking the southbound route from the same stop to GPO or to Don Quijote (via Donki car) was also convenient. Honestly, it's a bit annoying if the hotel lobby entrance and the shuttle stop are far apart, especially when it's hot. But with the stop right in front and no uphill climbs or stairs, it was incredibly convenient and I didn't feel any inconvenience without a rental car. (Though, if you plan to visit the south, Emerald Valley, or waterfalls, you definitely need a rental car!) There were many Korean staff members at Lotte Hotel, and I received plenty of towels and water throughout my stay. It was a convenient and enjoyable family trip."

"The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in with us throughout our stay, which made us feel very comfortable and at ease. The hotel itself had a calm and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. Its convenient location was a huge plus, offering easy access to lively areas for sightseeing and shopping. Having a bus stop nearby also made public transportation very accessible. Overall, considering the excellent staff, prime location, and ease of access, it was a wonderful stay, and I would definitely want to return."

"The hotel has great water facilities. I wouldn't recommend adding breakfast though; the food selection was limited and pretty mediocre. You're better off eating at a restaurant outside. The hotel does have a shop where you can buy things, and there's a microwave downstairs for heating food."

"The hotel lobby was a bit hot and stuffy because the air conditioning wasn't working, but the staff were friendly and the location was good. However, getting to Building B from the parking lot was inconvenient as it was a long walk and required switching elevators, which was a bit of a hassle when carrying luggage to the room after check-in or returning tired with bags after going out. Overall, I was satisfied."

"I chose this hotel specifically for its balcony and ocean view, and the breathtaking scenery truly met my expectations. The room wasn't huge, but it wasn't cramped either – just the right size. It was clean and well-stocked with amenities; the slippers were a particularly nice touch. I was also impressed that the towels were changed daily! Having laundry facilities available was a lifesaver. While a bit pricey, the location was excellent. K-Mart was within walking distance if you didn't mind a bit of a stroll, and my desired Cafe Gudcha was also nearby. I did a fair bit of walking, but it meant I could enjoy everything without relying on buses. I also stumbled upon Crab Daddy nearby, and the food there was surprisingly delicious – highly recommended! Despite it being the rainy season, we were fortunate with the weather and had a fantastic vacation!"
