"I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!"

"I booked ocean view but they served us partial ocean and parking view. I so disappointed and I requested to change another room but they said no more room available to change even though it seemed to me that so many rooms are vacancy. There was bad odor on the shower curtain and so a lot of dust. It was very senaitive sound from next room though the connected door. There was no privacy at all. In the midnight, alarm sound rang and some Chinese announcement from speakers. We were really scared and panic for a while. I didn't even have any picture to upload from the hotel. I am sorry but I won't to visit there again. Thank you!"

"The place is very beautiful and at walking distance from the airport (it took me 25 min. on foot). The room may have had partial view of the sea, but it was very enjoyable. The room is the size of an apartment and very luxurious with tub, shower, heated & multi-function toilet seats, kettle, big flat TV, air-con and don't remember what else. With the room comes the access to the gym and the swimming pool, which were nice, but not of the level of the rooms. Anyway it would be a pity to use them because Ypao beach is very near and it is simply wonderful with pristine, turquoise, calm and shallow waters thanks to the coral reef. The biggest downside of the place is the price: everything is really overpriced in Guam. Luckily I caught a good offer with huge discount, but otherwise it is crazy expensive. It lacks of affordable options and anyway with the same money in other places it would have been even better."

"The hotel is on a hillside, and it is a second-line sea view room. There are not many breakfast varieties, but it is enough to eat. The 4-person room on the second floor can see a small part of the sea. The room is spacious and bright, and the balcony and bathroom area are also large. The only problem is that there is no water barrier on the floor of the shower, which causes the shower water to spray onto the floor under the washbasin, which is not perfect. There are many parking spaces indoors and outdoors. It is recommended to rent a car for convenient travel."

"Times are hard in Guam these days. Lots of hotel rooms and almost no tourists. Holiday Resort is one of the least expensive hotels but you get what you pay for including a huge place that has seen better days. The place is not well maintained and that was frustrating. The ocean view is VERY nice but I had to ask for towels on two of the three nights we were there. The staff is VERY friendly and competent but the boiler is broken and so there is only lukewarm water in the bathroom. The thing that bothered me the most was that the list of amenities has not been updated. There is no more breakfast buffet and forget coffee in the room. The elevators did work. When I called the front desk because my walls were shaking to the unbelievably loud music coming from the next room, Security came up immediately and told them to turn it down. I wish this hotel the very best since the service was good and the workers were trying their best but I will skip this hotel the next time I'm in Guam which will be in a few more weeks."

"Hello, I returned safely after a pleasant honeymoon. ㅎㅎ
First of all, it was an honor to stay at Lotte Hotel.
However, when I checked in, dust was gathered in the corners so much that it was visible. It even stayed on the blanket, so my wife, who has a sensitive nose, had a hard time. Other than that, the view was so beautiful that I was impressed, and I was so grateful for the kindness.
The food was delicious and suited my taste, so I was really glad!!
Anyway, my honeymoon was so successful, so I would like to thank everyone.
The weather was so nice until the day I left that I hesitated to return.ㅜㅜ
If I get another chance, I would like to use it again."

"The service at the front desk is the best.
I checked in a little late, but I was upgraded to a suite and stayed in a large room.
A little disappointing was that they gave me a robe on the first day, but they stopped giving it to me on the second day.
They even took it away, which was disappointing.
Also, they forgot some towels and cups and didn't provide them,
but the service was good otherwise.
The facilities are old because they are old,
but they put in more effort to manage and provide service,
so I will stay at this hotel again on my next family trip.
The pool is nice and it's quiet."

"Excellent location to relax and enjoy the ocean view from where we stayed. Since our vacation was during the Holy Week, the ocean breeze and the waves played ambient sounds for my early morning prayers from the hotels balcony. The whole day was spent strolling around the commercial places which was a stones throw away from the hotel. Nice place to window shop and to buy some stuff for souvenirs. Though I didn’t have much time to go swimming because of the unpredictable rain, I had spent my afternoons waiting for the twilight as the sky dusked and captured the panoramic sunset images in my brain. As for the food, I haven’t tried the hotels restaurant the whole time. It was more fun to explore a good deal of restaurants and diners nearby. Stayed 4 nights at Hyatt and the place is recommendable. Ideal place for family vacation if your goal is to relax, unwind and bond with family and friends."

Guess it is nikko hotel franchise (they kinda got linked toghether like they are located right next to each other) so as you can expect their Japanese originated service and cleanness was on point! Breakfast was delish (not that many kinds tbh but quite satisfiable)

GGuest UserI spent two nights at Dusit Thani and two nights at Crown. Dusit Thani was 400,000 won per night, while Crown was 250,000 won per night.
The view from Dusit Thani is absolutely breathtaking, but the interior felt a bit dated. Crown's interior, however, is much more pleasant and comfortable than its view. Many hotels in Guam are showing their age, but Crown recently underwent renovations, making it exceptionally clean with great bedding.
To maximize your satisfaction during your trip, I highly recommend checking the renovation date when booking any accommodation.

My oceanfront partial view room was absolutely stunning—offering the perfect blend of beach, pool, and vibrant street views. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and watching the sunset from my balcony was truly a dream.
The location is unbeatable—right across from T Galleria with Gucci, Prada, YSL, Louis Vuitton, and more just steps away. The convenience was unmatched, with the aquarium, Hard Rock Café, and even more luxury shops directly connected to the hotel.
The resort itself has everything you need for a relaxing and luxurious stay: live entertainment in the evenings, a rejuvenating spa experience, and the Tiki Beach Bar & Grill right on the sand—it felt like paradise. AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

AAnonymous UserI visit the US every 3-4 months, and this time I chose Guam. It's where my nightmare began. I arrived at 12:00 AM, and if it weren't so late, I'd really have changed hotels. There was no water, no comb, and no earplugs! For 1680 RMB, it's not worth the price. It's noisy outside early in the morning, and the soundproofing is average. If this happened in China, I'd be bombarded with calls to 12345. I changed hotels again today, and they were just okay for 2300+ RMB. Just don't get your hopes up.

CCHULHAN1. The lobby service was terrible.
On the day of check-out, the check-out time was listed as 12:00, so I showered, packed my bags, and had some time to spare. I left the room around 11:10 to take some photos. Returning to the room around 11:30, I was shocked to find that my key card wasn't working and the door wouldn't open. I had my phone charging, my suitcase, and my passport in the room, and the key card wouldn't open the door...
I rushed to the lobby and asked the staff, and they told me that they'd locked the key card before check-out time to prevent late check-outs.
So I complained, saying that it was against the rules to lock the key card while the check-out time was listed as 12:00 and it was still normal usage time. Sweat was dripping down my body, my sunscreen was dripping, and my clothes were soaking wet. I almost swore, but I continued to complain, asking if they were being too harsh. The staff member sincerely apologized.
And after they fixed the card key, I went to my room, grabbed my luggage, and checked out. It was check-out time, so I didn't have time to shower again. ㅜㅜ
On my last day at pic, I had to spend the afternoon (shopping, etc.) and my flight (3:00 AM the next day) in sweaty clothes and a stuffy body. It was an absurd and worst travel experience.
I've lost all desire to come back.
I hope that after my review today, the pic staff will improve their problems so that no one else will be a victim.
2. It's a great place for kids to play. There are mini-games every hour, so you can have a fulfilling day. Parents have to be busy (making reservations, waiting in line for minigames, etc.) to keep kids happy~~~~
3. Breakfast: Skylight, honestly, 4-5 out of 10. Lunch: Hamburger, 4-5. Lunch: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Lunch: Hokkaido: The soup is okay, but the noodles are terrible, 5-6. Hanogi has been closed since September. Dinner: Bistro, 7-9 depending on menu selection. Dinner: Skylight, 7-9.
4. Most of the staff, except for the staff in charge of the room card locks in the lobby, were friendly. They greeted me first and were very helpful.

I've read some reviews that mention cockroaches but I turned on the light on and off multiple times during nigh time and I didn't see one. The hotel is very close to the airport which was both a plus and a minus. Less time traveling but I could hear the noise in the room every time a plane landed/took off. There is a large market, Payless, nearby and a gas station too - convenient for filling up the rental car before returning it.

RRuby Ann Sisonthe location and the room are awesome. We have the ocean view with balcony. We enjoy as family the scenery of sunset. We also love the amenities: the pool area is good for a family bonding, there is a place for toodlers and parents to enjoy.
the staff are all welcoming and friendly. The food also are superb, esp the buffet: everyday has a theme for the lunch so it really makes your appetite hype.
The room is clean and big, my toddler really enjoy walking around the room. The comfort also is huge with its bathtub.
We really enjoy our vacation and we really recommend the place.. The price really worth the accomodation.
