• Great view: I stayed on the 8th floor due to the hillside location — ocean view and beautiful night scenery.
• Sunset from the pool: The sunset from the pool in the evening was breathtaking.
• Breakfast: Breakfast was enjoyable — freshly made omelets, French toast, fruit, and coffee.
• ABC store: It’s right next door, making it convenient to grab snacks or drinks.
• Customer service: The staff were very friendly, responsive, and always smiling. • Restaurant: Delmonico on the 1st floor was fantastic — both food and service were top-notch. Visited twice and will return.
• Bubble tea shop is also good: The bubble tea shop next door was also tasty.

• Serious noise issue: The Viking ride and Disco Pang Pang rides right next to the hotel were extremely loud until 10 PM, which was very uncomfortable. It reminded me of Wolmido in Incheon, and I think it is a place you should absolutely avoid for relaxation purposes.
Serious noise issue — loud music and artificial screaming sounds from Viking and Disco Pang Pang rides next door until 10 PM. Totally ruins the relaxation vibe.
• Bottled water: I stayed for 4 nights, but they said they only provided free bottled water on the first day. I was able to use the water purifier in the hallway, but it was not very hygienic.
Only two free water bottles were provided on the first day of a 4-night stay. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, but it didn’t feel appealing to use."

"The location is perfect. There’s a connected shopping mall. Many ABC marts and restaurants nearby. The beach is so beautiful. The swimming pool is good too but close a bit early at 7 pm. "The hotel location is the best, lots of restaurants around and shopping centers to go to. The hotel lobby is clean; we stayed there for 6 days, maybe they lack manpower or cleaners that's why they got to clean our room every other day and just to get the trash and change towels. We were surprised that it was only during our last day of stay that the beds were fixed or made. After 3rd day of stay no more hot water., under maintenance. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"The view was beautiful since the balcony faced the ocean. You can relax while watching the sunrise and sunset. We loved the beach and the nature trail as well. We tried to call about the Wi-Fi connection because we were attempting to access the internet through the TV, and they told us that someone would come to our room to fix it. However, no one actually came. We assumed it was because everyone was busy since it was New Year’s Eve. Also, in the bathroom, we noticed a smell similar to old drawers, perhaps coming from the shower curtain. These were only minor concerns, but overall, we had a great stay at Hotel Nikko Guam."

"All the staff were so very kind and the room condition was the best! The buffet is really... delicious. If you stay for multiple nights, make sure to have breakfast at least one day! I also had dinner and it was fun because they put on a show. ㅎㅎ For environmental protection, they clean every other day and if you don't leave the green card next to the bed on the bed, they won't change the bedding during cleaning. The ocean view was the best and the service was also very satisfactory!"

"I stayed on the 28th floor of Oceania Building B. The water park ocean view was absolutely satisfying. I was a bit worried because there were a lot of comments about the facilities being old, but it wasn't an issue at all. The only thing that bothered me a little was that the bathroom looked like it was prefabricated, which made me feel a bit dizzy. Other than that, even though there were signs of age, water purifiers were installed on every two floors, and I didn't experience much inconvenience. The staff were friendly. The walk to the parking lot was a bit far, but it was fine once I knew the shortcut. Overall, I'm satisfied. As a tip, the Taikoh Rent across the street is run by locals and was cheap and good. I had considered using a Korean rental car company but I'm glad I went with the cheaper option."

"I like this place and often book for the infinity pool but I was a bit bummed with this recent booking. The weather wasn’t great, not the hotels fault so I didn’t swim but still enjoyed laying in the pool area. I had upgraded my room this time thinking the beds would be better since they all seem outdated and the higher priced room wasn’t any different. Just had a beach view that I liked. My major is issue was upon check in and how very unnecessarily slow the process was. I’ve worked at hotels before, no one should take this long to check in their guests, especially when the entrance doesn’t turn on their AC for their guests. On top of that I had important dinner plans that were delayed bc I couldn’t get ready in a timely manner due to the outlets being broken and broken hair dryer. I had to blow dry my hair over the toilet. I was happy the manager spoke to be next day she seemed very sweet and I am hoping I am somehow compensated in the near future. I was very disappointed that I booked this stay and hope the hotel can redeem itself."

"The hotel was excellent in every aspect. Our room boasted a stunning sea view, and the facilities were quite new, making for a very comfortable stay. As a couple, we opted for the half-board package, and the breakfast and dinner spreads were extensive, enjoyed in a beautiful restaurant setting. The hotel also has its own private beach, perfect for snorkeling; we had so much fun seeing all the fish!
The service throughout the hotel was exceptional, whether at the front desk, in the restaurant, or from housekeeping. When we wanted a slightly later check-out, the front desk kindly registered us as members, allowing us to extend our check-out time to 2 PM. We also requested extra bath towels, and they were delivered to our room with just one phone call.
At the restaurant, staff proactively asked about drinks, offering a wide selection of juices, sodas, beer, wine, and more. My husband ordered a beer, but I initially declined a cold drink. Amusingly, three different servers then came to ask me if I'd like anything to drink! Haha, such incredibly attentive service!
All in all, the Crowne Plaza Hotel is truly wonderful, and we'll definitely be back!"

The hotel hosts lots of events within the hotel to keep the guests entertained and they served Chamorro style dinner experience every other day. The portion of the food isn’t big, but considering it’s free, it was very tasty and enjoyable.
It’s on the beach front the beach is not clean, although you can kayak to the small islands in front of the resort where you can see lots of fish.
Location is far from the city center, I’m so you’d have to take the shuttle bus for 30min to get to downtown, or 15min car ride. There is a super market within walking distance so if you only want to buy food, it’s doable.
The breakfast buffet was good. Menu changed daily and had Western, Japanese, and a bit of Korean food.
I’d recommend this hotel to families with small kids, or young group of friends on a budget.

AAnonymous UserOriginally to play golf, but unfortunately the season is not always rain, you can try driving range. Affected by the three-year epidemic, there are some tropical signs on the surface of the resort facilities. It is estimated that the labor cost is too expensive and the short-term power outage can be encountered, but the facilities in the house are still good, except for the wonderful shower. The service staff is very good and often vvvip treatment. I wish you normal as soon as possible!

The room was clean and well-equipped, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a fresh and varied menu.

GGuest UserIt was convenient to have a Korean staff member at the reception. However, even without a Korean staff member, communication was easy and everyone was friendly. The facilities felt a bit dated, but they were still clean. I booked an ocean view room, but it was only partially visible from the balcony, which was a bit disappointing. Still, the view of the ocean from the pool was so beautiful that it was worth it. The connection was convenient, and since there weren't many people, I had a great time. Breakfast was good, but the dinner buffet was under construction, so I couldn't use it. The gym was great. I recommend it.

The location is good for the price, and it's quite clean. It's close to GPO (Guam Premier Outlets), and the staff are friendly.
Not recommended for: Couples. Also, if you have allergies (especially to dust/mold), I wouldn't recommend it. If you can't shower with cold water, make sure the boiler has been fixed before you go.
Facilities: The physical structure is the same as the photos, but the pictures seem heavily retouched to look 'prettier' or 'brighter.' For Koreans born in the 90s, if you remember 'retreats,' it's exactly like the resorts we used to go to for elementary school retreats (late 90s - early 2000s).
Cleanliness: Despite the aging facilities, the cleaning was good. Although it's old, the bathroom had no stains and there was no dust in the corners of the room; it was well-cleaned. There was no drain smell.
Air/Smell: There's a moldy smell. The air is humid, and the bedding felt damp. I tried to ventilate, but there were pigeons on the balcony, so I couldn't open the window. If you have rhinitis, prepare for a runny nose and coughing fits.
Major Downside!!!!! The boiler had been broken since 12/15 and was under repair, but I received no notice until check-in on 12/21! I went out and came back in, only to find no hot water and had to shower with cold water, which was incredibly chilling! The free cancellation period was until 12/17. If they had informed me about the hot water issue earlier, I would have canceled. I only found out about the broken hot water after showering at 11 PM on the first night after a starlight tour, so I couldn't even get a refund for the first night.
Pros: Still, the staff were kind and responsive, and they refunded me for the remaining nights of my stay.
Guam is warm, but the room is so humid that you can't turn off the air conditioning. If you come back from the beach or swimming and there's no hot water, it's really, really cold. If you're planning to book in December, I recommend checking if the boiler has been fixed first.
