Spa Hotels in Guam

The hotel is located next to Gun Beach, so it was nice to be able to play in the water and use the hotel's swimming facilities. The rooms were also clean and nice.

We stayed here on a family trip. The breakfast was very plentiful and good! There were a lot of Korean people, so there was a lot of Korean food and it was delicious. The noodles changed every day and were delicious. We were also able to use the Dusit pool, so the kids had fun on the warslide all day. The staff were all kind and friendly. It was a good hotel. The sunset was beautiful.

One adult and two children stayed in a double bed with sea view. Unexpectedly, the hotel added an extra bed so we didn't have to share a bed with the older child. The room has a balcony with a leisure chair on the balcony. The hotel does not provide bottled water, but each person is given a kettle and needs to go to the designated floor to get water (I remember there are four floors with supporting rooms with water dispensers, ice machines, microwave ovens, and washing machines). The room is not cleaned every day. I met the housekeeping service twice and she took the initiative to ask when I would check out and whether I wanted to clean. However, she only gave me towels and didn't even change the trash can. Despite this, I still left a $2 tip, hoping that the housekeeping service would take the initiative to change the trash can.

My husband and I chose Tsubaki Tower for our first trip! We didn't have any particular plans and just wanted to relax and unwind, so we chose a room with access to the lounge. We took a flight that departed late at night and arrived early in the morning, but they were able to look after our carry-on suitcases before we checked in. We were tired so we asked if we could check in early, and were told that if we checked in early (6-9am), we would have to pay the full price for one night, if we checked in between 10-12pm, we would have to pay 50%, and if we checked in between 1pm-3pm, we would have to pay 30%. We gave up on checking in early to save money, but since the first shuttle bus leaves after 9am, next time we might want to change our flight or check in earlier. By the way, at around 7:30, the shops that serve breakfast open, but I couldn't stay long, so I went to see the ocean and go to ABC Store to kill time lol, just for reference, Tsubaki Tower was luxurious from the lobby, but the room was also luxurious and I was very satisfied. My name was displayed on the TV, so it felt special. The location from the balcony was amazing and the view was mesmerizing! The pool and lounge were also great! There was no makeup remover, and the face wash was a type that could be used as a hand soap. It was a bit disappointing that there was no lotion either, but I was happy that there was a bathtub and that the toilet paper was flushable! The service was good, and I thought that I could only use the lounge once a day, but it seems that I can use it as many times as I want. There was breakfast, afternoon tea, and cocktail time, and all drinks and alcohol were all-you-can-drink! Cocktail time is a buffet with all-you-can-eat snacks, so it was a good deal as I didn't have to go out to eat. However, I found out about this halfway through, so I was a little disappointed that I didn't want to use it from the first day. It would have been nice if they had told me more about it when I checked in. Even with the disappointing points, it was still a great hotel and I have memories of it! I look forward to coming back again, working hard every day and hoping for the yen to appreciate! Thank you for your hospitality!

Great value for money. Cheaper than the majority of other hotels of similar spec and location. Having the beach just a minute or 2 walk from the hotel entrance was a real plus point. The only thing lacking was the pool, which would have added a lot more value if some simple refurbs had modernized it to make it more inviting (tiles surrounding it, deck chairs etc). Overall, a great trip and I'll definitely book again next time I go to Guam.

I always stay at the Hilton when I go to Guam, it's my favorite hotel! It's next to Ypao Beach and there are lots of fish, so it's a highly recommended hotel for snorkelers. The staff are very kind, so you can stay with peace of mind. I look forward to seeing you again!

I’ve stayed here several times already. This time around was great as well as they accommodated my request for a high floor. There are some gripes with our room though. There was a nasty sticky red residue on the floor between our twin beds under the security safe tabletop overlooked by too service. Also our AC for our room was freezing and the room was hot. The TV remote was also dead. I tried calling reception via the room phone but could not reach. I had to call via my cell phone to reach them. They were able to have a tech come in and change the batteries. I also informed him at the time of the AC. He restarted the AC but to no avail after some time. They were able to relocate us to a room a few doors down. The new room was much better and up to expectations of what I’ve had the past few visits. This time however, we did not get the usual free 2 bottles of water in either room. Not sure if it is no longer included but something to think about on the next visit. Upon check out, one staff at the reception tried to charge me once more when I had already paid via Trip.com. She was also asking me why rent fee was cheaper than normal and I had to inform her about the trip.com reward discounts I had used. She was corrected by another staff and I was good to go after they refunded my security deposit. Overall, another pleasant experience but not without some gripes here and there. The pricing for the room and the service from staff and tech was very well worth it. Will definitely stay again. Hopefully a better experience next time.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and Guam Premier Outlet. Overall our stay in Wyndham was great, not to mention that most of the staff are Filipinos who are very accommodating and helpful. The room was big with a couch and dining area and is big for 2 persons. Would definitely be my hotel of choice in my next trip in Guam and would highly recommend it as well.

We stayed a night in a renovated standard room, then upgraded to a Laguna suite which is the same as 2018. We enjoyed both rooms but prefer the renovated start room. As for management and staff, they were excellent from the front desk, the Point and all the restaurant outlet staff. Manny, Alex, April, Jasmine, and Briana keep up the great service.

Close to Tumon Beach and center Although the location is very good Because the price was cheap and stayed for a long time It was very helpful!
