"The VIP Building is incredibly convenient for visiting Hengdian World Studios. The Chinese restaurant was surprisingly good, and the room was very spacious. The suite had two bathrooms and even a washing machine! The front desk staff were so thoughtful; they gave my child a complimentary breakfast when they found out I had a kid with me. The room also came with face masks and cooling patches, which was a lovely touch, especially during the hot summer. It's rare to find a hotel that puts so much thought into the guest experience."

"Pros: The price is affordable, the overall facilities are well-maintained, and the room size was accurately advertised. The front desk staff were quick to resolve issues and always greeted me with a smile. The location is excellent, very close to Qin Palace, Qingming Riverside Landscape Garden, and Dream Valley. Daily amenities were replenished, and the cleaning staff were very friendly.
Cons: The unused breakfast vouchers could not be refunded (unlike the hotel next door). The breakfast selection was limited and the taste was mediocre (I felt it didn't even compare to outside breakfast stalls). On the first day of my stay, the room had a strong dusty smell, I'm not sure if it hadn't been cleaned or aired out, or if it had been vacant for too long.
Overall: I'm still quite satisfied, and it's a type of place I would consider staying at again. The attached photos were taken with a wide-angle lens."

"The Crystal Hotel has surprisingly good soundproofing – once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything from outside. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the pillows are great, no stiff neck in the morning, I slept right through till dawn. The room is spacious, bright, and has no strange odors. The air conditioning works well, and the hot water is consistent. Getting a good night's sleep here really helped me have the energy to explore Qin Palace and Ming & Qing Palaces the next day – the sleep quality definitely deserves a special mention! Front desk staffer Xiao Z also provided excellent service. Highly recommend!"

"Staying at Atour Hotel 3.6 in Hengdian was such a wise decision! It's very close to the Qin Palace, making travel convenient. The hotel environment is comfortable and stylish; although it's newly opened, the rooms were clean and odor-free. The breakfast was delicious, with a good balance of Chinese and Western dishes and a wide variety of options. A bowl of hot porridge late at night was especially comforting. The 3.6 version has new hardware, a great overall experience, attention to detail, and excellent value for money. I would definitely choose it again next time! 👍"

"The room was quite spacious, and there was even a comfortable sofa perfect for lounging and using your phone. The entrance to Qin Palace was right outside the hotel, which was incredibly convenient. After a day of exploring, it was such a great feeling to walk straight from the attraction's exit back to the hotel. The breakfast was plentiful too!"

A truly perfect experience! The supervisor, a lovely lady, was so friendly and knowledgeable, and you could tell she genuinely loves and believes in her company. With such outstanding employees, this business is bound to succeed. Wishing them all the best! This hotel is definitely worth choosing and recommending for future travels. YifangaaaThis is by far the best guesthouse I've ever stayed in! The owners are incredibly warm and thoughtful. The guesthouse itself is beautifully and uniquely decorated, with antique wooden carvings. After chatting with the owner, I learned he's a designer and designed the guesthouse himself. The breakfast, though simple-looking, was freshly handmade by the auntie every morning – so delicious and much better than those pre-made options! The room and bedding were spotless, and the location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk from nearby attractions, so we just walked everywhere. First time I've written such a long review, haha! I'll definitely be back!!

Guest UserThe location is fantastic, offering a quiet escape right in the heart of the action. It's right next to Dream Valley, and our floor-to-ceiling window offered a view of the pirate ship ride – super cool! The guesthouse's courtyard design is like a charming little garden.
The room itself is a delightful blend of retro Chinese and modern stylish design. The bathroom features a smart toilet that automatically lifts the lid when you approach and flushes and washes automatically when you leave. The seat temperature is adjustable too. We also loved that we could choose to watch TV or cast content to the screen simultaneously.
The auntie's Aomen noodles for breakfast were absolutely delicious – a true local specialty! Even my picky eater finished a big bowl, which says a lot! 😂

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly Recommended Stay in Hengdian!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Hengdian.
The location is excellent—just about a 10-minute walk to Qin Palace and Dream Valley. There are convenience stores nearby, plenty of restaurants, Hanfu rental studios, and Youyi Photo Studio, making it very convenient for travelers and photoshoot enthusiasts.
What impressed me the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. They even upgraded us to a family room, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The amenities were complete, and the housekeeping team did a fantastic job every day. The room was cleaned daily, water and toiletries were replenished, and towels were replaced regularly.
The best part? The manager went above and beyond by helping me purchase Zhang Linghe’s Molison eyeglasses! ❤️😍 As a fan, I was so happy. I also received lots of Zhang Linghe freebies, which was such a thoughtful surprise.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service, convenience, and hospitality. In fact, we enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to extend it!
If you’re planning to stay in Hengdian, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel upgraded our room, which was much bigger than I expected. It had everything: a wardrobe, a desk, a chaise lounge, and a fridge. The breakfast spread was also excellent, so we didn't have to worry about finding food. They gave us fruit and snacks upon check-in, and mouthwash and hand cream when we checked out. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back. Oh, and the hotel is right next to the Grand Circus, which is super convenient!

Five stars, highly recommended! My overall experience at the Hengdian International Building was impeccable. The hotel is located in the heart of Hengdian, making it a short drive to major attractions like Qin Palace and Dream Valley. The surrounding commercial area is lively, offering great convenience for getting around and dining. The guest rooms are spacious and clean, with excellent hygiene and outstanding soundproofing. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry-wet separation. They even provided welcome fruit – thoughtful details everywhere! The breakfast buffet offers a rich variety, including both Chinese and Western dishes, plus local snacks. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive. They also have a free parking lot and a gym, all well-equipped. As an official hotel of the film and TV city, it's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The value for money is outstanding. This will be my top choice when visiting Hengdian, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Malay Malaysian guest here😍 I stayed here for two nights as I was visiting Hengdian. overall I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel. Cleanliness was very satisfying, the room n toilet were well maintained. The bathroom came with basic amenities like slippers, toothbrush, towels, and a floor mat. The shower, sink, and both hot and cold water worked perfectly.
The room was also well equipped with a kettle, cups, and some sachets (possibly coffee or tea). The TV and air conditioning were both functioning well, which made the stay comfortable.
One of the best things about this hotel is definitely the location. It’s situated along Wansheng Street, which is very lively and happening at night. You can easily walk around as everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants, and even a pharmacy right in front of the hotel. For Muslim travelers like us, this location is especially convenient as there is a halal restaurant (qingzhen) just across the hotel, making it very easy to find halal food.
The receptionist was also very helpful and friendly. Even though there was a language barrier, they still tried their best to communicate and assist us.
Another great facility is the laundry room near the lobby. It’s very convenient, with 2 washing machines, a dryer, a steam iron n even detergent provided.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, facilities, and especially its strategic location✨✨✨✨✨

✅Service: The front desk staff are practically mind-readers! I was just about to look for a charging cable, and they already handed one over. When I checked out, they even gave me two bottles of water for the road – so thoughtful.
✅Breakfast: Breakfast is served until 10 AM, which is a dream for late risers! I had two bowls of wontons. My only 'suggestion': Can the egg chef please stop asking me 'sunny side up or over easy' every time? Just give me a soft-boiled egg, please! 😄
✅Hanfu Experience: Free! Free! Free! The styles are quite new and don't have that cheap 'ten-yuan photo studio' feel. I spent half an hour taking photos in the hotel garden, saving myself 60 yuan on hanfu rental at the scenic spot. Small suggestion: It would be even more perfect if they could provide a few simple hair clips or fan props. With just the clothes, my hands didn't know where to go...
✅Location: It's about a 5-minute walk to the scenic area's main entrance – literally 'out the hotel door, and around the corner'. If you get tired, you can come back to relax and then head out again. It's a blessing for those traveling with seniors or children.
Overall, it's a super high-value, one-stop accommodation for lazy travelers. I'll definitely stay here again next time. Hopefully, they'll have a few more XL-sized Hanfu outfits then! 😂

I recently stayed at this hotel with my two friends and had a pleasant experience overall. The owner, a lovely lady, was incredibly friendly and made sure I felt welcome throughout my stay. The location is super convenient, with plenty of restaurants, fruit markets, and mini supermarkets nearby, making it easy to explore and grab anything you need.
The hotel is about 16 km away from the main attractions, roughly an hour's drive, so it’s a bit out of the way, but that also means it's quieter. The room itself was not the cleanest, but for the price, it was worth it. The essentials were covered with hot water, air conditioning, and all the basic amenities you’d expect, including free toiletries.
One of the best parts is that the hotel accepts foreigners without any issues, which made my stay stress-free. If you're looking for budget-friendly accommodation with all the basic comforts and a very kind host, this place is a solid choice.
