"Hygiene, environment, and facilities were all okay, very good.
Service: 0 points. For a hotel rated four stars, they didn't even offer basic greetings. It's also unbelievable how lax the management of a four-star or higher hotel can be. Employees were everywhere playing on their phones. I saw one staff member standing at the turnstile with her head down, and I had no idea what her role was. A cleaning lady would put down her tools halfway through mopping the floor and then sit by the elevator playing on her phone.
Another major complaint is that for such a large hotel, there wasn't a single experienced lobby manager to oversee things. As the owner, you're really bold. Having all young and energetic staff is good, but key positions need to be filled.
I want to complain about the operator on the morning of the 24th. The reason is that I ate a late-night snack on the balcony the day before, and then got up to watch the sunrise at 7 am. After watching the sunrise, I was still very sleepy when I heard loud music coming from downstairs. It was rehearsal music coming from the open area downstairs, and the speakers were directly facing our direction. The sound was extremely loud. I called the front desk the first time, and they said they would send someone to talk to them. Twenty minutes later, I didn't get a reply. I called a second time, and it was the same operator, but she said to wait a moment and then handed the phone to someone else. I guess it was the supervisor. This supervisor told me that there was a rehearsal going on downstairs, and she couldn't stop the noise. Please, you're the venue, how can you not stop it? I'm just a lone person, and everyone in the building is complaining about you, so why don't you ask her to stop? Are you kidding me? She kept apologizing and even offered to provide me with earplugs. If I didn't want her to stop it, all they gave me were earplugs? The most ridiculous thing is how you came up with the solution of changing rooms? It was 8 am, I was still very sleepy, and the room was a mess. You want me to change rooms? First, after unpacking so much and changing rooms, how could I possibly be sleepy? Second, tell me that all the rooms in this entire building face that stage; what was the result of my change? Then I hung up the phone, and I received no apology from the moment I checked out. Did you think one guest wouldn't care, or did you simply not take this matter seriously? You weren't unaware of the event the next day, yet you didn't give any advance notice. This proves you lack the service awareness of a four-star resort hotel and don't understand the meaning of a resort hotel. These days, hotel facilities aren't that impressive; if the service can't keep up, it will eventually be eliminated.
I hope you continue like this in the future, stay true to your original intentions and keep working hard.
When I first checked into your hotel, I would have given it a 9 out of 10; when I left, I gave it less than 1.
All records of this trip will be uploaded online; I am telling the truth and have absolutely no malicious intent to defame you."
