"The hotel is quite close to the old town street, with the sea right behind it. I saw people fishing, though I'm not sure if they caught anything. There's a swimming pool at the hotel, but the weather was a bit cool, so I didn't go in. Instead, I sat by the edge watching kids learn to swim. Staying here was very convenient. I bought some dried seafood to take home; the price was reasonable, and fresh seafood would have been too difficult to transport."

Hampton by Hilton's location is incredibly convenient – just a 5-minute walk to Beihai North High-Speed Rail Station and another 5 minutes to Ningchun City, a large shopping complex. The hotel is centrally located, and it's less than a 25-minute taxi ride to attractions like Jin Beach and Silver Beach. The lobby is beautifully decorated, the rooms are bright and spotless, and the breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The front desk staff were warm, attentive, and very thoughtful."

"We were very satisfied with our stay. The facilities were complete, the community was clean and hygienic, the rooms were residential-style, and the hotel-like service was available 24 hours a day. The private hot spring swimming pool we booked was changed for each guest and cleaned spotlessly. The hotel has an elegant environment and is located in the Silver Beach Villa District. The breakfast is delicious. On the first night, we bought seafood and the chef helped to process it. The taste was amazing. The salt and pepper mantis shrimp and spicy fried crab were a must. The fish caught in the afternoon was also very delicious after the chef cooked it. Any service needs can be responded to in a timely manner, and the service attitude is cordial and friendly. In the end, we didn't have time to book a car, and the hotel also helped us load our luggage and take pictures. It was really reliable! When I come to Beihai in the future, I will definitely recommend this homestay to every friend!"

"I highly recommend the Beihai Yayue B&B! The location is absolutely fantastic, just a 5-minute walk directly to Silver Beach. You can see the clear blue sea and sky right from your window, and there's a free shuttle service to and from the beach and pier, making getting around super easy and stress-free. The B&B's design is top-notch. The spiral staircase, wabi-sabi style coffee bar, and sea-view terrace are perfect for photos, and the cultural and creative shop along with the簪花馆 (zān huā guǎn – hairpin/flower accessory shop) are definite favorites for women. Our room was spacious and clean, with smart voice-controlled lighting and electric curtains that were incredibly convenient. The Dyson hairdryer and large bathtub added a touch of luxury. Soaking in the tub at night while listening to the sound of the waves was incredibly relaxing. The butler service was thoughtful and attentive. We received a lovely afternoon tea upon check-in, and the blueberry cake roll was absolutely delicious. There are convenience stores and seafood restaurants nearby, and it's also close to Qiaogang Style Street. For a price of 300+ RMB, you get five-star amenities. It's perfect for both family trips and girls' getaways. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai!"

"Hello! Because my room on the 9th floor was noisy due to its location facing a residential building, I moved to the 10th floor today, hoping for a comfortable stay. However, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing, hence this complaint. Upon entering the room, because the cleaning agent had an overly pungent smell, I turned on all the lights. I found not only residual hair on the pillow but also a noticeable brown stain, making it unusable. The floor also had uncleaned stains, appearing very unkempt. Furthermore, the room reeked of mop water, indicating it hadn't been properly dried after cleaning, severely impacting my experience. This level of cleanliness is seriously inconsistent with your hotel's standards. I hope the hotel will take cleanliness seriously, improve room management, and prevent similar incidents from recurring."
