There's an owner's canteen downstairs for breakfast, which is very convenient. Cons: There are other residents in the apartment building, and some are renovating. With only two elevators, waiting times can be quite long. The front desk is outside on the first floor and separate from the residential area, making it a bit hard to find. The water pressure in the bathroom was a bit low."
