"My stay at Jiuzhai Manor was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jiuzhaigou! I was a bit hesitant after reading some reviews, but experiencing it firsthand, I can say it definitely has the grandeur of a Tibetan-style ethnic hotel. After all, it used to be an international brand, and the top-notch service alone makes me want to rave about this place. Five stars all the way! Firstly, the location is a huge plus. The high-speed rail direct bus drops you off just 100 meters from the hotel. The hotel is only about 1.5 km from the scenic area, and they even provide a shuttle service to the park entrance. In the afternoon, we walked back, and it took us about 15 minutes. Secondly, the guest room was generally clean and tidy. The bedding was neatly made, and the attention to detail was good. The carpets and mattresses all seemed brand new, and the toiletries and slippers were perfectly fine. The room was very quiet, and I had a comfortable stay; I think I was so tired from the journey that I slept straight through till morning. While some of the decorative paintings are older, hand-painted art feels more authentic than mass-produced items. I particularly loved the Tibetan-style decor in the lobby – it exudes a sense of history amidst its upscale atmosphere. Thirdly, the hotel's breakfast buffet offered a decent variety. It's not as extravagant as some international hotels, but for the price, the selection was very satisfying. In the evening, we had a yak meat hotpot; the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent. It cost less than 100 RMB per person, which felt a lot cheaper than what we paid near the high-speed rail station on our first day. Finally, I have to commend the hotel's service. From the general manager to the staff, everyone was incredibly polite. The front desk staff proactively helped carry our luggage to the room during check-in and also offered useful tips for our visit. A special thanks to Manager Wang for upgrading my room. Room service was faster than any hotel I've ever experienced; two bottles of mineral water and a pair of slippers arrived in about three minutes. The breakfast server was also very sweet and soft-spoken. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Jiuzhai! I strongly recommend this hotel to all my friends!"

"The room was spotless, which is the most important thing. Also, the front desk's warm and thoughtful service was particularly good. I had some questions about the local area, and the lady at the front desk patiently answered all of them. It's very convenient and not far to get a taxi from the hotel to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. Since the weather is quite cool now, they offered a bottle of warm water every time we went in and out."

A special thanks to staff members #58, #62, #102, and #8 for their dedicated hospitality. Once in the room, our child instantly fell in love with the special kids' bed and was absolutely thrilled. Our child even said that out of all the places we've been and hotels we've stayed in, this was the most satisfying and enjoyable experience ever. The overall stay was incredibly comfortable!"

"This hotel is incredibly comfortable! Especially the front desk staff, they were so enthusiastic and helpful, which was really heartwarming. The hotel's breakfast was also fantastic and delicious. I particularly enjoyed the authentic Mianyang rice noodles – they tasted just like childhood! The hotel facilities are also top-notch; even if there's a lot of noise at night, you can't hear anything from the next room, so there's no worry about disturbing others. You can just relax and have a great time. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

The breakfast selection was rich and tasted great. The hotel location is very convenient. The high-speed rail station shuttle bus stops at Moon Bay Parking Lot, which is just a short walk from the hotel entrance. It's less than a 20-minute walk to the scenic area entrance. There are many restaurants nearby, making it easy to dine out. Jiuzhaigou's scenery is absolutely stunning! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit."

My experience here was top-notch, with its stunning second-floor infinity pool and comprehensive, attentive service – truly an ideal sanctuary amidst the mountains and water. Standing by the pool on the second floor, you're greeted by crystal-clear water with the snow-capped mountains clearly visible in the distance. Imagine: morning mist swirling, evening glow painting the peaks. When you swim, the natural landscape unfolds before your eyes like a masterpiece; every photo you take looks like a movie still. The pool water temperature is just right, allowing for a delightful swim even in the high-altitude environment. It’s an utterly immersive experience of 'you in the water, mountains before your eyes.' The hotel environment is exceptionally elegant, seamlessly blending ******* aesthetics with natural beauty. The courtyard is lush with greenery, and prayer flags gently flutter. The public areas are spotless, with even the smallest corners showcasing thoughtful design and quality. As for hygiene, it’s impeccable; the room was spotless, the bedding soft and skin-friendly, and the bathroom facilities were perfectly maintained, with no strange odors or stains – I felt completely at ease. The facilities exceeded expectations! Besides the scenic pool, there's also a washing machine and dryer, so after a long journey, you don't have to worry about damp clothes; wash and dry, and they're ready to wear – incredibly convenient. Additionally, there are comprehensive leisure amenities, from smart room controls to public lounge areas, where every detail balances comfort and practicality. Service throughout my stay was incredibly warm. The staff were enthusiastic and thoughtful, always ready to assist, from check-in guidance to travel advice. They even helped with planning my scenic area itinerary and offered free shuttle services, which saved a lot of hassle during my trip. Here, you can embrace the natural wonders of Jiuzhaigou while enjoying a high-quality accommodation experience. If you're looking for a great hotel in Jiuzhaigou, choosing Mushan is a decision you won't regret!"

"1️⃣ No mini-bar items in the room, feel free to consume anything – a big plus! Also, a small detail: there was an incense stick in a box, I wonder if it was ******* incense? 2️⃣ The facilities are very new, the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the whole room is smartly automated, which is great. The amenities are also comprehensive; the towels, slippers, and tissues all feel high-quality, avoiding that cheap feel. There's a coffee machine, speaker, screen mirroring on the TV, a heated toilet, and an automatic sensing toilet lid with disposable toilet seat covers – another big plus! (Forgot if there was an exhaust fan). 3️⃣ The heating in the room was excellent, very warm, just like being in the north, haha. 4️⃣ The service attitude was great, everyone in the area was very enthusiastic! They were also very accommodating with requests! Both at the front desk and in the restaurant.🥳 5️⃣ Tried horseback riding (next to the hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐) and making ******* incense (at the hotel ⭐⭐⭐). 🐴 The scenery was pretty good for horseback riding, suitable for a leisurely stroll around the area if you arrive on the first day and don't want to go into the scenic spots. The price was a bit steep, but the local Tibetans were very nice; at one point, on a high slope, they even helped take photos, which turned out great. The ******* incense making cost 198 and took about ten minutes. It was quite a novel experience, but the steps were fewer than I expected, and it ended abruptly, leaving me wanting more, haha. However, the overall experience was still good. But for that price, I'd rather go horseback riding (I wonder if ******* incense itself is inherently expensive). 6️⃣ The overall environment of the guesthouse is quite nice. Taking photos on the balcony offers great views, overlooking some quiet villages. The Ritz-Carlton Reserve is also on a nearby hillside, which I saw during horseback riding. It's a shame we didn't see the 'golden mountain in the sun' as it rained these two days. Also, I heard there's a bonfire party in summer or at some other time! 7️⃣ Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, I devoured the braised pork and 'mouth-watering chicken'. I also quite liked the yak hotpot for dinner, though the only minor drawback was the lack of chili oil, only chopped chili. It would have tasted even better with spicy chili oil.😭 8️⃣ There's a shuttle service to the scenic area (business van); I didn't pay attention to the schedule, but it was probably every ten to twenty minutes? However, it's a bit disappointing that there's no shuttle back to the hotel. I suggest setting one or two return times to the hotel, as having one or not makes a big difference in experience. Overall, the most satisfying aspects were the [room amenities] and [service]. If these are important to you, go for it! It's a great choice for a过渡 stop before entering the scenic area. (Just writing whatever comes to mind on the high-speed train, a bit disorganized.🤔)"

"The highlight of our stay was definitely the comfortable bed—the linen was incredibly soft. However, we did experience a few issues. The biggest concern was the heater/air-conditioner in the room, which didn’t seem to work properly. The room felt very boiling, and even after setting it to “cool,” it didn’t get any better and made weird noises, which made it uncomfortable through the night. We were also given a twin bed setup, considering we are couple purposes in our booking. It would have been nice if this had been confirmed with us in advance through the app. Additionally, the listing on Trip.com advertised hot spring amenities available all year round. However, upon arrival, we were informed that access depends on specific room types or that the public area was closed due to the cold season. This felt a bit misleading. On a positive note, breakfast and tea/coffee were provided in the lobby, which we appreciated."
