"Seriously exceeded my expectations! The stay was incredibly comfortable. The owner was super nice, and check-in was quick and polite. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was so soft and comfy – I instantly relaxed when I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept soundly through the night. The location is super convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast had a good variety, and I left feeling full. The cleaning staff were also very considerate and responded quickly to requests. Absolutely great value for money, I felt so at ease and comfortable during my stay. This will be my top choice when I come here, I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"This hotel is located right at the entrance of Jiuzhaigou. They offer complimentary shuttle service to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area, and there are plenty of dining options nearby, with the hotel also providing pick-up and drop-off services for meals. The service is excellent! The food they recommended was also delicious. They even gave us a detailed guide for exploring Jiuzhaigou, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel environment and room types are exactly as pictured. Highly recommend for its great value, excellent service, and friendly staff."

"The overall stay exceeded our expectations. The room was cozy, comfortable, and very clean. I thought it would be small based on the online pictures, but it turned out to be quite spacious. Some online reviews mentioned it wasn't clean, but our room was spotless. The owner even provided disposable toiletries, which was a nice touch for hygiene. We stayed for 2 nights and he restocked them twice. Most importantly, the owner was incredibly nice! He offered free shuttle service between the scenic area and the hotel and spoke very kindly. He kept telling us to call him if we needed anything, and he was always there in a flash, haha! This trip was super hassle-free. The room was clean, and he even gave my brother and me some snacks to try, saying they ate them when they were kids. On the morning we had an early bus to catch before dawn, the owner was still there to take us to the station and even gave us thoughtful directions. There were also plenty of places to eat nearby. The owner didn't ask us for a good review, but I was so incredibly satisfied with this stay that I just had to give one, haha!"

"Traveling solo to Jiuzhaigou, I compared many hotels before choosing this one. Everything felt brand new, inside and out, and it was very clean. The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and helpful; when I checked in, they explained where to do laundry and have breakfast, and even escorted me to my room. The surrounding area is great, with restaurants and a convenience store downstairs. It's a short distance from the park entrance, about a 5-minute taxi ride, and in the mornings, the hotel provides a shuttle service to the entrance, which is super convenient. I've slept really well these past two nights. I'll definitely book this place again next time I'm in Jiuzhaigou, and I've already recommended it to my friends! 🥰"

"The room was exactly as pictured – beautiful and spotless, and it even had a faint, pleasant scent of wood. The hotel offers complimentary self-service laundry with washers and dryers, though we didn't use them. The owner was incredibly kind; they arranged free shuttle service to and from the scenic area and even helped us connect with private car services to the high-speed train station at a very reasonable price.
The best part was the collection of brand new, super clean ******* traditional clothing in the lobby, including skirts, blouses (Bolas), and shawls for both adults and children. These were all free to use, and they were perfect for taking stunning photos, whether at the scenic spot or right in the hotel. Speaking of outfits, there's a good makeup and styling shop just a two-minute walk from the guesthouse. The guesthouse's location is also excellent, less than ten minutes from the scenic area.
The owner's communication was prompt and very considerate. We only realized we'd left a piece of luggage at the hotel after arriving at the high-speed train station, and the owner quickly arranged for someone to bring it to us, causing no delay whatsoever. We're truly, truly grateful! 🙏"

"I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel is truly excellent. After I got off the bus, the owner proactively drove to pick me up and take me to the hotel. The next morning, after breakfast, he immediately dropped me off at the scenic spot. The room's decor, facilities, and cleanliness were also superb. During the off-season, the single room price was also very reasonable. However, there's one minor thing I wasn't happy with: I'm not sure if it's all rooms or just mine, but the plastic packaging for the disposable bath towel had a very strong odor. I had to wash my hands several times to get rid of the smell after touching it."

"The hotel is maybe around 20min walk to the scenic area. CNY10 taxi ride to the scenic area. There are many food places nearby. The most convenient is the hotel's own restaurant that serves hotpot and stir fried dishes for dinner. A plate of local vegetables cost only CNY18 and was tasty. I liked the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel room. The staff were pleasant and welcomed us with freshly brewed coffee. However, the room shower water kept switching between very hot and very cold. And there was no dry area in the shower stall. You walk out from the wet shower stall straight into the cold room. There are no hooks for your bath towel or clothes in the shower stall. The WC sprays water all directions when you sit down. The towels and beddings were very clean. There were many types of shows available on the big TV in the room."

The rooms are spacious and bright, well laid out with separate wet and dry areas, and fully equipped with amenities like central air conditioning, large-screen TVs, a mini-fridge, a small humidifier, and a smart toilet. The service quality is top-notch; staff are friendly and attentive to details. A major highlight is the eight complimentary bottles of mineral water provided in the room, which addresses guests' hydration needs perfectly and is truly commendable. The restaurant is clean and offers a great environment with a wide selection of high-quality dishes, including salads, stir-fries, pastries, fried rice, milk, soy milk, coffee, fruits, and yogurt—everything you could ask for.
Additionally, the hotel provides both ground-level and underground parking. Ground-level spots are limited and about 10 meters from the hotel, while the underground parking is about 100 meters away, making it slightly less convenient.
Overall, the hotel left a great impression. Five-star rating!

GGuest UserA truly satisfying stay, highly recommended! The hotel isn't very large, but it's a charming Tibetan-style courtyard, tucked away from the main street, making it incredibly quiet. The room was spacious, equipped with both underfloor heating and air conditioning, and was spotlessly clean and tidy. They even thoughtfully provided a foot-soaking tub. The owner was wonderful, so enthusiastic about picking us up, dropping us off, recommending restaurants, booking show tickets, and arranging transportation. We even spent an evening chatting over tea in the tea room, which was so cozy. I absolutely adored the two hotel cats; petting them was incredibly relaxing. This was definitely a wise choice for our two-day trip to Jiuzhaigou!

GGuest UserI chose this hotel for my trip to Jiuzhaigou. Don't let the small entrance fool you; inside, it's incredibly clean, tidy, and cozy. Many of the amenities are voice-controlled, which is a nice touch. My sister, who is usually very picky, checked it out and decided to stay here.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the Jiuzhaigou scenic area entrance, and the location is also great. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and you can even take a stroll after dinner. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and the price is really attractive.
The front desk staff were lovely and kind, and their service was very warm and welcoming – I really liked them!

GGuest UserThis was by far the most comfortable hotel we stayed at during our Gannan trip. We arrived in Jiuzhaigou at 11 PM after driving from Zhagana with our children. The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful; she offered me a cup of hot water and, seeing that we each had a child, even provided us with extra breakfast vouchers. The breakfast, packed for us to take back to our rooms, was clean, hygienic, and beautifully presented. The owner was truly exceptional, even helping us book tickets for the Jiuzhai Qianguqing show and ensuring we got excellent seats. Should I ever visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel. Wishing the owner continued success!

RRubyT.nzsgFlowers Hotel was awesome. The room was spacious and beautiful and we enjoyed using the tub. The bed was especially comfortable - we had the best night's sleep. It was difficult getting out in the morning 😂. The location was also quiet. The owner of the hotel was a standout - she was incredibly helpful with information and even helped us to book bus tickets out of the place, paying with her own money first (and we paid her back of course!). She was very sweet and looked after us really well. The hotel is a 15-min leisurely walk from the park entrance and has lots of restaurants and shops around. If I ever came back to Jiuzhaigou I will 100% be back in this hotel.

What's more, the front desk even prepared many complimentary essentials that guests might need, like dry shampoo (which was a lifesaver on the first night when I was worried about altitude sickness and couldn't wash my hair). GGuest UserStayed here during the Chinese New Year, which is the off-season for Jiuzhaigou, but the rooms were still quite popular. The room itself was very unique. The location is excellent, less than a 10-minute walk to the National Grand Hotel parking lot and about 15 minutes to the scenic area's main entrance, which is super convenient. Breakfast was good, and they even provided complimentary welcome fruit. We booked a twin room for our family of three, and the front desk staff thoughtfully gave us an extra breakfast, which we really appreciated.

JJinnawatThe first glimpse I stepped in at this hotel impressed me, the location is very close to Jiuzhaigou entrance, and there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, absolutely convenient. Also, the room when i saw at first was relatively clean.
However, things started to get worse, the bathroom, if looked closer, there were no towels provided for feet nor hands, which means after you finished taking a shower, the floor is gonna get wet all over the places, the amenities were so-so, the flush and the shower were loose, they needed to be fixed properly. Moreover, they hanged the hair dryer bag without any hair dryer in it, what for?
The room was okay, not fantastic but not terrible.
In the morning, i have to get up so early because of the cars and buses pushing horns to each other, i don’t understand why many people here doing this. To me this is rude and harms others while they are sleeping.
The internet here is amazing at the first night, very quick and effective, but on the second day it was a dead lack.
Overalls, a budget hotel that surrounded by many convenience stores and restaurants, close to Jiuzhaigou, but also comes with noise-pollution. The interiors were not as good as in the pictures, will find another hotel instead.

BBarbellzThis hotel is in a very convenient location, only about 1 kilometre from the Jiuzhaigou National Park entrance. It is also in the town centre, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores, which makes travelling and finding meals very easy. I visited with a group of ten friends, booking five rooms in total. The positive points are the clean rooms, fresh bed linens, and well-maintained bathrooms. There were no unpleasant odours, and the staff was willing to provide extra towels upon request.
However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The towels provided are disposable and very thin, making it difficult to dry off properly. We had to ask for additional towels to be comfortable. Another issue is that the room doors do not block noise very well. Sounds from the hallway, such as footsteps or conversations, can be heard clearly inside the rooms, which occasionally made it a bit hard to rest fully.
Despite these minor inconveniences, the overall experience was positive. The hotel’s cleanliness, convenient location, and accessibility make it a great choice for travellers who plan to explore Jiuzhaigou. If the hotel improves the quality of the towels and invests in better sound insulation for the rooms, staying here would be even more enjoyable.
