"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The surroundings were peaceful and serene, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The room was modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, making it very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options. A lovely bonus was the complimentary supper served in the evening, which was a thoughtful touch after a day of sightseeing. The hotel is also conveniently located near Jiuzhaigou, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. Highly recommended!"

"1. **Ambiance & Views:** Nestled amidst mountains, the hotel boasts a beautiful natural environment with stunning mountain and water views. Having booked a high-floor room in advance, the panoramic scenery was absolutely incredible.
2. **Dining:** The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties, and the taste was excellent. The hot pot chicken, yak hot pot, and nutty yak yogurt at the hotel's Mai Chinese Restaurant were all delicious.
3. **Facilities & Experience:** The room was well-equipped. Although it lacked smart devices, the soundproofing was decent (occasional noises didn't disturb my rest). There was some bird droppings on the window, but the hotel promptly arranged cleaning after I reported it.
4. **Service Quality:** The staff were enthusiastic and proactively greeted guests. They offered a late check-out service and arranged a car to take me to the bus station, demonstrating timely and thoughtful responsiveness.
5. **Transportation:** The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Jiuzhaigou, and taxis are available right outside, making transportation very convenient.

"Everything was great, except the room was a bit small. The hygiene was very satisfactory; the bedding was comfortable; the air conditioning was at a suitable temperature and quiet. I asked for an extra blanket close to 11 PM, and it was delivered very quickly by a kind auntie. The front desk staff were also very friendly and responsive via WeChat. The complimentary snacks they gave us were quite popular when we went hiking the next day. I went to breakfast a bit late, and the restaurant was almost closing, but they still warmly seated us. Before we left, they even helped us fill our thermos with hot water. Overall, everything was just wonderful."

"Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a Zen-style King Room. The overall ambiance was pleasant, with a Japanese-inspired decor. The laundry room was a convenient amenity. Soundproofing was just so-so. As the hotel is located at a high altitude, it gets quite cold in the mornings and evenings. The air conditioning only provides cooling, and while there's underfloor heating, it's off by default, requiring a special request to the front desk to turn it on, which is something to keep in mind!😅"

"My trip to Jiuzhaigou this time was made even better by staying at Atour S, which exceeded my expectations. The hotel is conveniently located near the Visitor Center, just a ten-minute walk to the scenic area entrance, making it incredibly easy to get into the park early the next morning. If you're driving, parking is a breeze with plenty of spaces right outside.
The room felt incredibly fresh and clean from the moment I walked in. It was meticulously cleaned, with no unpleasant odors. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and after a full day of hiking the boardwalks, lying down in bed quickly melted away my fatigue. The heating was excellent; with the significant temperature fluctuations in the mountains between day and night, I slept very warmly. The soundproofing was also good; I barely heard any noise from the hallway, ensuring a high quality of rest. The bathroom had a wet/dry separation, and hot water came out quickly with stable pressure.
The front desk staff were friendly and efficient with check-ins and check-outs. They even proactively offered tips for entering the scenic area. Breakfast offered a great variety, including hot congee, noodles, pastries, and fruit – a warm meal in the morning was perfect before heading into the mountains. The lobby was quiet and had a reading area, a nice spot to relax after a day of sightseeing. The self-service laundry room was a huge plus for long-term travelers.
There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it easy to grab dinner or buy essentials in the evening. Overall, whether you're traveling with family or solo, this hotel is a fantastic choice. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Jiuzhaigou."

"The environment is beautiful and there are few people. There's a dedicated shuttle service and many unique activities like Thangka painting, incense making, ******* clothing try-on, and horseback riding. There's also a little dog named Huahua in the lobby who is super well-behaved and friendly. The food is excellent and the service is superb. There's free coffee, and if you miss breakfast, they'll deliver it to your room. On our check-out day, we hadn't planned for lunch, but they still made us free noodles. It's incredibly humane and warm, providing great emotional value. Highly recommended if your budget allows. I'm actually a lazy person and never write reviews proactively, but I truly feel this place was worth every penny."

Perfect
AAdeline YHotel staff reached out even before trip via wechat, and we were able to stay in touch the whole time. Due to an injury and altitude sickness on the way, we were delayed and needed assistance when we arrived. Everyone was so kind and they even gave us a mountain climbing stick (left by another guest) to get around. They also arranged transport and accompaniment to the local hospital.
We felt very well taken care of during the trip, and also loved all the food at the hotel - a good thing, as nothing else is available in the area because it is too far from the town. The cooking is superb - portions are huge sharing ones so the price is reasonable. Breakfast is epic.
Grounds of the hotel are fun to explore - some cultural activities and little animals in the mini zoo which featured an ostrich! Yaks roamed outside the zoo while we were there. The little pond is home to geese and ducks. The kids loved it!
We visited during the low season and our room was upgraded - this is the nicest room in the hotel. There was a Chinese version of Siri which we couldnt get to work, and also heated flooring. Would love to come back in another season to see the greenery, but this was a nice holiday.

GGbbbbbbbbqqqqqqqThe hotel is located above the Ritz-Carlton Reserve, which means it's exceptionally quiet due to its higher elevation. For those of us driving, it was very convenient to park directly at the hotel entrance. The butler contacted us in advance, sent us all the necessary information, and even sent us the menu early on check-in day so we could pre-order. This meant we could eat immediately after checking in (the yak hotpot was incredibly hearty!). The room was very clean, and toiletries were refilled regularly. The hotel grounds are quite extensive, and every day of our stay, we got to experience a different activity, each with a strong ******* flavor. The lady teaching the handicrafts was very patient, and all the staff were incredibly attentive. Staying here in Jiuzhaigou was truly excellent and convenient. In the mornings, there was a shuttle to take us to Jiuzhaigou, and getting a taxi back was also easy. Right outside the hotel entrance, there's a large hillside with free-roaming cattle and sheep. (If you're planning a trip to Jiuzhaigou like we did, I highly recommend driving from Chengdu, but make sure you have at least two drivers as it's a five-plus hour journey.)

GGuest UserExceeded my expectations! The room was clean and tidy, with a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom and all the necessary disposable amenities. The front desk service was fantastic. They even offered a complimentary pickup service from Jiuzhaigou and a ride to the scenic area in a Mercedes van. There were welcome fruits, and I could adjust the A/C temperature myself. They also provided fruits and bottled water. It was quiet, with a beautiful and elegant environment. Plus, there were ******* costumes in the lobby for photo opportunities!

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a hotel in Jiuzhaigou, you can definitely book this one. It's one of the best service hotels I've ever stayed at, and I rarely write good reviews.
Having traveled all the way from Guilin, Guangxi, I found that the hotels, scenic spots, restaurants, and drivers in Jiuzhaigou were all very honest and provided excellent service. It was definitely a 'strict father' experience compared to Guilin (meaning, Guilin was tough, but Jiuzhaigou was great).
The hotel offers high-speed rail pick-up and drop-off, and they even helped with laundry, drying it, and delivering it to my room late at night – that's truly amazing!
The breakfast noodles on the second day were also delicious, and they provide a shuttle bus to the scenic area. The front desk ladies were all polite and attentive.
Something unexpected happened just before I left, and the hotel's front desk manager and the front desk lady immediately stepped in to resolve the issue. The service was absolutely incredible.
For me, 90% of travel is about experiencing the local culture and people. With such kind gestures, I'll definitely come back again. Oh, and the front desk lady even gave me a souvenir before I left. The fact that they didn't even ask for a good review really left a positive impression on me.

CCailianxiaoqiI spent a long time choosing this hotel, and I'm glad I did! The location is fantastic. It has its own large courtyard for parking, which is incredibly convenient if you're driving. If you're arriving by bus, the Guoda Parking Lot is right next door, making bus access super easy too. Just a few dozen meters behind the hotel is Bianbian Street, offering a huge variety of dining and shopping options.
The hotel's decor is quite nice, and there was no strange odor in the room. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom features a smart toilet, and the overall hygiene was excellent. They provided four bottles of mineral water daily, which was more than enough. Overall, I'm very satisfied! Oh, and they even gave us a small gift upon check-in – a few bottles of drinks.
Breakfast was delicious, clean, and tidy. Even with many diners, the staff were quick to clear dishes and refill food, which was a huge plus.

CCaseyailvxingThe hotel itself is quite large, with decent facilities and environment. It features a transparent glass dome, offering an unobstructed view of the sky. Inside the lobby, there are various plants and a restaurant with a folk style, which is quite unique!
It's a 2-hour drive from Huanglong High-Speed Rail Station, so getting around isn't very convenient. The hotel butler arranged a private car for us, costing 300 for a round trip. We had a pleasant stay for the first three days, but on the last day, we were taken to a shopping center! I didn't expect that paying for a service would include a mandatory shopping stop! And the shopping center didn't look very legitimate, to be honest, which was quite disappointing! I'd rather have taken a taxi myself. Also, they kept pushing tickets for the 'Impression Ancient Love' show; the commercialization was a bit much.
The hotel's service itself was very good. We encountered a minor issue that was promptly resolved, and we were even moved to another room! The information provided by the front desk wasn't very clear; for instance, we had to call separately to ask about restaurant opening times.
There aren't many entertainment facilities in the hotel, and nothing for kids. At lunchtime, only one Chinese restaurant is open. In the afternoon, the hot springs and hot pot BBQ are available. During the off-season, only four hot spring pools are open. There's a performance with the hot pot, and the performers were great; we had a fun time dancing the Guozhuang together. A double meal costs around 400 RMB. It's not easy to go out from the hotel, so dining is slightly more expensive than outside. The breakfast was excellent! Lots of variety and very tasty!
Getting to Jiuzhaigou is quite convenient, about 30 minutes. I highly recommend driving here yourself! Just be careful on the winding mountain roads!

GGuest UserFacilities: There were some disappointments. The swimming pool and spa/foot massage facilities were closed. Some faucets were spraying water. The trash can in the bathroom, although secure, was inconvenient to use. The bathtub was very comfortable with good water flow; however, bath liners needed to be purchased from the self-service counter at the front desk.
Cleanliness: Acceptable. Especially the public areas, like the yoga room, were quite clean with no dust, even though they weren't frequently used. However, the carpets in the rooms could use more frequent vacuuming.
Environment: The hotel occupies an entire hilltop, and higher floors offer genuine mountain views from the balcony. Unfortunately, during my stay, there was no sudden clear weather after rain, so I didn't see a rainbow. Other public areas were also very good.
Service: A service chat group was created upon check-in, and requests were promptly addressed. Although the breakfast selection was limited, the quality of each item was excellent, especially the bread and butter tea. The prices for regular meals were also reasonable, and the staff even showed us how to order via their WeChat mini-program to save money compared to other platforms.
Arrival and departure were the biggest hurdles; driving yourself would test your skills and nerves. The hotel's front desk offers car services that are cheaper than booking through other platforms.

GGuest UserFor my May Day holiday, I chose Jiuzhai, and for my stay in Jiuzhai, I picked the Delta. The hotel's quality is undeniable, and all facilities and services were great. They even organized quite a few activities to create a family-friendly atmosphere. I asked the front desk, and they said it's a step up from the Courtyard, mainly because of the larger room sizes, with even the basic rooms having bathtubs, and the decor is also more upscale. Overall, I highly recommend it.
One thing I personally think needs improvement is the management of the gym. I saw some children in there, which is quite dangerous and should be prohibited. Many adults these days lack common sense, with low EQ and IQ. If a child were to get hurt there, the parents would definitely blame the hotel.
