"We had a truly wonderful stay! The hotel is quite close to the scenic area, and there's a food street right next door. The dinner recommended by the front desk lady was delicious! I especially want to commend the two lovely front desk ladies who assisted us. On the 29th, we were caught in a heavy rainstorm just as the Jiuzhaigou scenic area was closing. We couldn't find a taxi and traffic was terrible, leaving us stranded for an hour and a half. When the ladies heard about our situation, they didn't hesitate and drove their own car to pick us up – twice! They were so kind, asking if we were cold and reminding us to take a hot shower to warm up. We were incredibly touched! My brother also left his jacket in the room, and they mailed it back to us the same night. The service was genuinely excellent! The hotel breakfast was tasty too! Jiuzhaigou is stunning, rain or shine, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!"

"## Location and Transportation: I chose this hotel primarily for its proximity to the scenic area entrance. I could walk to the park in the morning, and upon arrival, I confirmed it was indeed very close. This is a definite plus. Furthermore, there's a cluster of restaurants and shops not far from the hotel, making it convenient for dining and shopping. It's also quite close to the bus pick-up point. All these are advantages. And there's a McDonald's right downstairs, which is great for fast-food lovers. ## Parking: There's a parking lot right at the entrance, making it convenient for those arriving by car. ## Room View: I booked a twin room in advance, and it was possible to combine the beds. I had discussed this beforehand, and apparently, the most economical room type couldn't be combined, only the 'sunshine room' could. The room didn't have much of a view; outside the window was an abandoned building. ## Room Facilities: The room wasn't large, but it had everything necessary. The bathroom counter was small, and there was no place to hang towels. There was a sofa bed-like structure next to the bed, which was comfortable for sitting and reading. The overhead light was bright enough. The desk was a bit narrow, and it got cluttered easily if you put too many things on it. Also, there were too few charging outlets in the room, and the light switch combination was a bit unclear. The light directly above the bed made it hard to sleep when on, and I couldn't turn it off individually. ## Bed: The bed was quite comfortable. It would be even better if there was a small墊 between the combined beds. ## Breakfast: The breakfast spread was quite generous. Seating was limited, so it's best to go early. However, on the first day, my child's noodles were missing seasoning. When I went back to add it, a girl and a man responsible for clearing dishes took away my untouched bowl of wontons! I was shocked and asked them, 'You're clearing it before I've even finished?' My bag was still on the chair, and I hadn't even had my milk yet. Didn't they see any of that? The girl and the man just stared at me blankly, showing no apology, not even a 'sorry,' and just walked away. I was furious. Not only were they inconsiderate and wasteful, but they also refused to apologize when a guest confronted them. I then spoke to a young man, but I don't know what happened afterward. This left a very bad impression. ## Laundry Room: The hotel's laundry room was excellent. Not only were the washing machine and dryer separate, but the detergent and fabric softener were pre-dispensed, so I didn't have to add them myself, which was very convenient. Also, the dryer had three settings, and the medium setting dried clothes perfectly in twenty minutes. This was a highlight. ## Service: The person who answered my initial call wasn't particularly helpful. However, during my second call to confirm the room type, a Mr. Xu offered a complimentary breakfast for my child, which was very thoughtful. My child didn't eat much, but it was a very kind gesture. Additionally, the front desk can help purchase tickets for the 'Legend of Romance' show, which is also very convenient. In summary, the hotel maintains the quality expected of a chain hotel, and the overall service is good. However, those two individuals in the restaurant could use more training. I would consider staying here again on my next trip to Jiuzhaigou."

"I absolutely loved this hotel! It’s such a beautiful and peaceful place. The location is decent — it’s not within walking distance of the park, but the hotel provides a free shuttle to the park entrance, which makes getting there very easy. The hot spring is absolutely perfect, and the breakfast was excellent. But the service was truly the highlight — amazing, amazing, amazing! The staff helped me arrange transportation back to the train station, immediately took care of an issue I had with my room, and moved me to another room right away. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!"

"Our group of three guys went on a self-drive trip to Western Sichuan, and this guesthouse was hands down the biggest surprise and highlight of the entire journey. The overall experience even surpassed that of the Tianyuan Howard Johnson I'd stayed at before, offering incredible value for money. We had only booked one room, but the owner was incredibly thoughtful and upgraded us to a larger, more spacious room free of charge. They also provide a dedicated butler service, with staff who are attentive, responsive, and quickly and properly handle any requests, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. I absolutely have to rave about the hotel breakfast. The freshly cooked rice noodles were divine, with lamb that was stewed to perfection – tender and flavorful, not dry at all. The entire breakfast spread was thoughtfully curated, with a balanced mix of meat and vegetables, and a well-planned nutritional profile. Eating it each morning instantly banished the fatigue from our high-altitude drives. The courtyard environment was immaculately maintained; the cleanliness was impeccable. There were also gentle, adorable cats in the yard that you could pet. Free coffee and ice were always available in the common areas, and relaxing in the courtyard during downtime created a wonderful ambiance. What truly touched us was an unexpected incident during our trip: we had a tire blowout while driving. Stranded on an unfamiliar road, we were at a loss. Thankfully, the kind owner stepped in to help, proactively contacting a reliable repair shop, overseeing the entire tire replacement process for us, and even arranging for our car to be safely stored. Afterwards, they thoughtfully provided transportation to and from Jiuzhaigou. This heartwarming assistance, which went above and beyond the call of duty, made us feel incredibly secure on our journey in a foreign place. Whether it was the facilities, the dining quality, the butler service, or the owner's outstanding hospitality, everything was faultless. This was the most memorable accommodation from our Western Sichuan trip, and I will definitely be highly recommending it to all my friends planning to travel the Western Sichuan loop. It will be our top choice again next time we visit!"

"The environment and hygiene were impeccable, truly excellent. The service was also very thoughtful. What impressed me the most was the auntie in the laundry room. As soon as my clothes were washed, she immediately dried them for me. When I came to pick them up a bit late, she quickly helped me find them. The breakfast was delicious, and the decor had a strong local character. The only flaw was that during our two-night stay, the power went out twice, but it only lasted a few seconds each time. It might have been due to a regional issue, as the surrounding area also experienced power outages."

"This feels like the newest and cleanest hotel in the area. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was very clean and even had a mini-fridge. There's also a voice-controlled system, and the TV allows screen casting. The toilet even has a thoughtful design with a night light. It's really great! Highly recommended. After a whole day of travel – plane, high-speed train, then bus – I was exhausted by the time I reached the hotel. It was fantastic to just quickly wash up and then cast some variety shows onto the TV. The hotel's location is a bit far from the scenic area entrance; you'll need to take a taxi to get there as it's not walkable. We paid 15 yuan for a one-way trip. Also, there aren't many dining options nearby, not as many as around Zangwang Square. But since we arrived at night and were heading to the scenic area first thing in the morning, these points were perfectly fine and totally acceptable."

"This guesthouse is an absolute gem! I spent ages looking for a place to stay with my parents in Jiuzhaigou, and I'm so glad I chose this one. It completely exceeded my expectations! The service was outstanding, and the value for money was incredible. The rooms were even better than pictured, and the environment was fantastic. Plus, it's super convenient, right across from 'The Romance of the Song Dynasty,' with tons of dining, entertainment, and shopping nearby. It's also pet-friendly!! If you have a pet, don't even think twice, just book it! (The husky, Hanhan, was so well-behaved, mooching food, drinks, and AC in my room – so adorable I almost wanted to take him home!) I'm definitely coming back in the autumn!!! I've already recommended it to all my friends; seriously, just go for it! (My mom specifically told me to leave a review because it was so, so good!!!)"

"This time I came to Jiuzhaigou and blindly chose to walk for thousands of miles. I didn't expect the surprise to be full. The room was not the same net red wind. The chandelier shaped by the gourd on the bedside was very charming, and the most favorite was the window! Outside the window is the lush forest, which is really like a painting. Sitting in a leather chair by the window (the housekeeper said it was horse skin), making a pot of tea in a daze, looking at the greenery outside the window, I feel that the whole person has been cured. The ecological environment around the homestay is also very good. It happened that the little housekeeper took us to pick wild apples when he was free. They seemed to be called Huahong, and they were a blockbuster in autumn. A pot placed on the stone wall is inserted with green plants. This inadvertent beauty is really comfortable. "This guesthouse is nestled in the mountains, offering fantastic views! The front desk ladies were incredibly warm and welcoming. On our first day, they even presented us with a Hada (a traditional ******* scarf), which was a lovely and ceremonial touch! They helped us with our luggage, and any questions or requests we had were promptly addressed and resolved. The guesthouse owner was also very friendly. I was traveling with my mother, and it happened to be her birthday, so the owner thoughtfully prepared longevity noodles for her! We're very grateful! The rooms at the guesthouse are spacious, with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide breathtaking mountain views. The amenities are comprehensive, and the pillows are memory foam, which is definitely a plus for anyone with neck issues or trouble sleeping! The guesthouse's dog, Maido, is absolutely adorable and well-behaved, happily wagging her tail for everyone – a real sweet and silly dog! "

"Real experience: The experience was great, definitely a hotel I'd visit again. 1. Outdoor rooftop hot spring: Enjoying a private hot spring at 9 PM, 2000 meters above sea level – just thinking about it is romantic! 2. Fully smart room: Very convenient. The smart speaker controls the curtains and lights, and there's a smart toilet. The room is very new. 3. The front desk lady was very helpful; I left some wet clothes behind, and she even helped me dry them. Small suggestions: A guesthouse with a dryer would be a plus! If the room could provide 1-2 laundry bags, it would be more convenient as carrying small items downstairs can be a bit awkward. The front desk lady did find me a plastic bag, though. Overall, highly recommended! The pillows and mattress were also very comfortable to sleep on. 😘"
