Longsheng Hotels with Bars

"Seriously, what a find! This guesthouse is located at the highest point in Jinkeng Dazhai that's accessible by car, which saved us a lot of uphill walking. From here, it's just a 10-minute walk to Observation Deck No. 2 and 20 minutes to Observation Deck No. 1. The rooms are equipped with all sorts of high-tech facilities, spacious and comfortable, with a faint scent of tung oil. The large balcony offers direct views of the stunning rice terraces, perfect for time-lapse photography, or simply lounging around, daydreaming and sipping tea – a truly relaxing experience. We stayed here for two comfortable nights. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it super convenient to get to the fourth floor. The owner's cooking is absolutely amazing, and even breakfast was very generous. They served complimentary homemade rice wine with every meal, and even gave us a souvenir when we left. The owner is incredibly thoughtful!"

"The environment was nice; the room was spacious and bright upon entering. However, the service really needs improvement! First, upon entering, there was no one at the front desk on the first floor; I had to go up to the third floor myself. There was also no one at the front desk on the third floor; the staff were all busy with the restaurant. Later, someone came to register me, but it was a perfunctory service; their faces were expressionless, and I didn't experience any ”warm service.” The contrast was huge. I got up at 6:30 am to come from Huangyao Ancient Town. The owner of the guesthouse in Huangyao was waiting for me at 6:30 am, worried I might sleep in, and even drove me out of town, patiently explaining Huangyao's history along the way. For that kind of guesthouse, I would genuinely give it a good review. But here, until my departure, the guesthouse was cold and indifferent; no smiles, no greetings. I went upstairs carrying two suitcases, and no one ever asked if I needed a helping hand. In short, this guesthouse lacked warmth. Objectively speaking, the facilities were okay, and the location was also acceptable."

"It rained quite a bit in May, and it was raining when we visited, but the misty Longsheng had its own unique charm. The hotel was incredibly photogenic 📷. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and all the little details were well thought out. We stayed in a family room with a smart toilet 🚽 and Hansgrohe bathroom fixtures. The water pressure and temperature were stable, and they even provided a children's step stool at the sink. The toiletries were also of great quality 👍. The hotel has a restaurant on the first floor with affordable prices and good food. I recommend dining at the hotel, as guests get a discount. Parking is convenient 🅿️; you can park right in front of the hotel, which makes it easy to unload luggage. The hotel also has an elevator 🛗, making it a comfortable and easy stay with kids, very suitable for family travel."

"The Longsheng Hot Springs Resort was a well-spent time of refreshing and relaxing. Surrounded by mountains, crisp air and the sounds of flowing creeks below was an absolutely soothing experience. The “mountain view” room was clean and spacious and the bed was quite comfortable. I really liked the rocking chair as it added a warm aesthetic to the overall decor. The breakfast buffet was good and provided a variety of options.  The all-day access allowed me ample time to immerse myself into the different climatized pools which was great and I instantly felt regenerated. The natural environment was scenic and inspiring as I took in the warmth and heat of the springs. Though it was quite overcast and a drizzly few days, being outdoors didn’t feel cold.  The staff were quite friendly and helpful and provided adequate responses to various inquiries despite the language barrier. I was glad to make this trip and have this experience.  My only recommendation would be to provide larger sized robes upon request. I found those in my room a bit small and I would’ve preferred a larger one but when I asked at the front desk, none were available. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and I’d highly recommend it!"

"Everything was amazing. We opted to upgrade our room when we got there for a higher floor. The view was really nice (when there was no fog). The man who ran the hotel also spoke good English meaning he could explain routes to us. Hotel was also located close to the gate meant convenient access to the transportation in and out of the park. Rooms were also very spacious and the hotel provided for everything that was needed. Only drawback I would say is the lack of an elevator. Meaning if you’re on the fourth floor like we were, it was a hike up and down everyday."

"Staying at Qian Gu Guesthouse during my visit to the Longji Terraced Fields was an excellent choice. Its location is superb; it's a short walk to all the major viewing platforms. The room has a scenic window, so you can see the terraced fields just by looking up. The morning mist views are especially beautiful. The guesthouse is very clean and well-maintained, making for a refreshing and comfortable stay. The owner is very genuine, and the local dishes are authentic and delicious. They even provide tips on touring routes. It’s a perfect place to stay when visiting the terraces for the views."

"I really want to leave a review of the hotel and the area in general. We stayed here with our family and children for two nights. We were absolutely delighted with the hotel and the hosts' hospitality! They welcomed us like family! Warm, thoughtful, and attentive! The boutique hotel is modern and stylish, with a smart home system throughout. Cleanliness, excellent air conditioning, crisp white linens, towels, and robes. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Everything is new and perfect. It's a little piece of luxury, modern paradise amidst stunning mountain scenery! The food is incredibly delicious. We ate all our meals at the hotel and enjoyed every dish! The view from our room was stunning! Special thanks for taking us everywhere and patiently waiting while we explored. They gave us so many gifts! I'd dreamed of a photo shoot, and it was so nice to receive that as a gift! And the trip to the top of the mountain to watch the sunset was incredible, magical! Every moment was taken care of! All our wishes were fulfilled instantly, as if the hosts could read our minds. My worries about insects were in vain. No one bit us. We felt like we were in a fairy tale!!! I'll definitely come back to China again, and I'll definitely come back here and stay at this hotel!"

"I'd like to share my experience staying at this lodge during my trip to the terraced fields. The lodge is situated right within the scenic area, and its substantial size in these mountains far exceeded my expectations. It features traditional stilt house architecture, showcasing a distinctive ethnic charm. All guest rooms are equipped with spacious balconies, offering guests breathtaking, immersive views of the terraced fields. Standing on the balcony, a gentle morning breeze brushes past as the green waves of the terraced fields shimmer under the sun, truly like stepping into a picturesque landscape. Notably, the hotel is also equipped with an elevator, providing immense convenience for guests. This makes navigating with luggage or assisting elderly guests and children significantly easier. Overall, with its spacious balcony views, stringent hygiene standards, and convenient elevator service, this hotel ensures a comfortable and delightful stay. It's a highly recommended choice for both business travelers and leisure seekers. The owner even led us to the fields to catch fish, which was a truly memorable experience!"

"As someone who has travelled all over the world, this has been the best hotel I have ever visited. It feels more like a resort than a hotel. Every aspect was perfect, from the service, to the food, location, room, bed, shower, amenities, and beyond. It was so good I extended my stay. The location is incredible, as it is such a unique picturesque landscape that only a local village in China can provide you. I've explored different areas of this village, and I think this hotel has the best view. It's also a 20-minute hike down to the central village, which was really interesting to explore, especially during festival season. However, I feel like there is no need to explore outside because this place has the best view. The host and staff were all incredible, the warmest and most helpful people. The food was amazing..providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food is seriously rich. There was so much variety, and the ingredients were so local and fresh. It tasted like healthy but delicious home cooked meals. The coffee is just as amazing. As I am a foreigner who can't speak Chinese, the host, who speaks English well, was able to help me with every aspect during my stay. Since this area is 2 hours away from the airport, I was worried how to get here, but the host graciously helped arrange a driver, and I was able to arrive safely. The host went above and beyond to help me and to allow me to feel at home. This hotel is very kid-friendly, but it is also amazing for solo travelers and business travelers. It is good for any type of traveler. I came here alone, partly to explore the area, but also to work. Their open lounge by the window with comfy couches allowed me to work while taking in the amazing oxygen and beautiful natural smells. The shower works great, and the washroom is really nice, with the smart toilet and all. In fact, the interior design of this hotel throughout is so thoughtfully well designed. I slept so well here, the bed is perfect and I had peace and quiet during my nights. Literally every aspect of this hotel was perfect and beyond my expectations. It's incredibly high value, and better than any actual resort I've been to. It is just such a unique place overall, but the hotel made me extremely emotional because it was so good, yet so relaxing, making me feel like royalty. Booking this hotel is a serious no-brainer. Do not hesitate and please book this place. It's a once in a lifetime memory to be made."

"The location of the B&B is quite good, just a few minutes away from the observation deck! The opening date is there, after all, and the facilities are just okay. The view from the room I booked was great and spacious! I have to praise the egg fried rice for dinner, which was delicious. My daughter loved it, and the dishes were all cooked to perfection! The service was also very good! Overall, I'm satisfied."
