"Came to Rongcheng with the kids. School's starting soon, so we took advantage of the off-peak season for a trip. The room was really spacious, big enough for us and the kids, and very clean. I only noticed when we arrived that they also have family rooms, definitely want to try one next time if we get the chance. It's super convenient with clam digging and Cherry Blossom Lake nearby. The front desk service was also excellent, they even invited us to join their Lantern Festival activities, haha!"

"Originally, I was drawn to the 270-degree sea view room, but after a closer look, the bed was too small and not suitable for a family with two children. I had to give up the beautiful view and opt for a location closer to the zoo, which was a good advantage. Our room's window faced the road, so it could get a bit noisy when there were many vehicles (if you mind, you can choose a room on the other side), but it didn't affect our overall sleep. As someone from an entirely inland area, the fishy smell by the sea was quite strong, but only outdoors, not inside the room. When checking in, we received some ham to feed the seagulls, which excited the kids. We didn't get to feed them at the hotel, but we did at the zoo, which was a unique experience and satisfied the children's curiosity. The breakfast at the restaurant was very refined, simple, and practical, unlike the ostentatious spread of some star-rated hotels. We even received a farewell gift upon checking out, which was a very thoughtful touch. It would be perfect if rooms with a pool and sea view also offered family-friendly layouts."

"五一選擇出來玩之前看了幾天酒店，朋友建議我們住榮成（距離威海有點距離） ，一直在幾家酒店內猶豫不定，（屬於對吃的不太在意，但住的非常糾結在意）懷着忐忑的心抵達了酒店，前台辦理入住是一位男士，特別好主動帶我先看了房型這是其一，其二：因為在附近吃飯點多了，打包回酒店，第二天中午抱着試試心態問了是否可以幫忙復熱，非常熱情的説可以，主動説到房間幫忙拿，熱好之後再送，我覺得能熱已經是非常好了，最後讓小孩拿下去，還貼心的用酒店的碗裝好，其三：關於曬衣服，非常熱情説可以幫忙。最讓我覺得酒店人性化一點是，在外面玩打包了一些剩菜（真的不想浪費） ，前台工作人員説可以把用餐的餐桌給我們使用，真的那一刻覺得距離威海市遠又怎麼樣？ 這服務，這情緒價值，太值得了。 房間設施還是不錯，配得上這個價格。如以後有朋友去榮成，強烈推薦。最後離店前台小姐姐很熱情幫忙推行李箱。 最後的最後祝老闆生意興隆，越來越好"
