"When I came here, it was sunny and rainy. I saw the golden Chenjiapu in the sun and felt the feeling of being surrounded by the sea of clouds. "Due to changes in the itinerary, the check-in date was changed, and the housekeeper readily agreed. When we arrived in the village and couldn't find the way, the housekeeper immediately came out to greet us and help us carry our things. The guy at the front desk took the initiative to upgrade the room and gave us the room with the best view. The B&B is carefully decorated and aesthetically pleasing. The butler turned on the floor heating and air conditioning in advance, and the service is very good. The breakfast is very clean and delicious. The biggest benefit of traveling in the off-season is that you can stay away from the crowds and have a quiet vacation. Compared with Chenjiapu Village, Xikeng Village is more suitable for relaxing. "Unless you're staying within the scenic area, private cars aren't allowed in; you have to take a shuttle. Luckily, we booked this place. The young man who picked us up was waiting early at the village entrance and even saved us a parking spot, otherwise, we'd have had nowhere to park. The guesthouse is an old courtyard residence, formerly home to a scholar. The carved beams tell stories, and the Su embroidery on the walls each cost thousands of yuan. The room was clean and comfortable, and we even received a welcome gift. The only minor issue was that the shower water temperature was hard to adjust precisely. Breakfast consisted of a bun, an egg, a piece of corn, and a bowl of porridge, with refills available for the porridge. All in all, for a guesthouse in such a remote village, this one was pretty good."

Because it is a long way to go from the parking lot to the B&B, and you have to climb a hill, so the B&B is a bit more remote. There are mosquitoes in the house in the mountains, so there is nothing we can do about it. The smart toilet has relatively complete facilities. The area is not as big as written, maybe the public space outside is also included. Breakfast was delivered to the room and fruit plate snacks were provided, which was very nice. AAnonymous UserIt cooled down when I checked in, it was very cold at night, but fortunately there was a fireplace in the living room, and it was warm if it was not outdoors. The boss also sent us a fireplace to roast sweet potatoes hahaha. The room has heating and it is not cold. What is more unexpected is that the soundproofing of the old house is really good.
