We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Turpan. The hotel was modern, clean, and very comfortable after long days of traveling around Xinjiang. The rooms were spacious, well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to assist despite language barriers. The location was convenient for exploring the city and nearby attractions. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, making our mornings even better. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Turpan

It is said that it is a government reception, the environment is very good, and it is about 20 minutes' walk from Grape Valley. It's just that the service makes people feel that it doesn't match the environment: the triple room we booked should be the kind with a sofa, but when checking in, the two beautiful girls at the front desk were chatting and asked me if it was a triple room. I clearly said it was, but when I got to the room, I found that it was a double room. How can three people sleep? I called and said that they made a mistake and changed us to a room on the same floor. OK, but when I went in, I found that there was no sofa. It was basically a triple room changed from a double room. There was only one bedside table, shared by two beds, and there was only one charging socket on it. The other bed had no bedside table and no charger to use! ! I raised questions at the time and asked us to wait. After waiting for about 20 minutes, there was no news. We were so tired from driving and wanted to lie down, and we still had a trip! So I called and said that I would not change it. Then I didn't want to get water from the car, so I thought about asking the waiter to send 3 bottles of water. The front desk said it was okay. After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing! The hotel facilities are also a bit old. They said it was their newest building. I hope they can improve their service and live up to their good reputation and good environment!

Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future

When I checked out the next day, I asked us to wait for half an hour because there was a little yellow stain of coffee on the small square towel. The waiter soaked it in 84 disinfectant for dozens of minutes. If it can be washed clean, we don't have to pay for it. Otherwise, we have to compensate the hotel for 40 yuan. I felt speechless immediately. Which hotel's small square towel is not used to wipe the table and tea stains? Do guests have to wait for the waiter to see if the blood stains can be washed clean before leaving when they crush mosquitoes to death while sleeping, otherwise they have to compensate for the bedding. After staying in hotels for so many years, I have encountered such a weird practice. Do you think that guests don't care when they check in, so they want to earn tips for some reasons? It's unreasonable and incomprehensible. I personally feel that I am already a civilized customer, that is, I didn't damage the items in the room, and I didn't take away any extra things, but I feel insulted by being made difficult for this reason. Although the manager dealt with it later and refused to pay compensation, I personally think this is a matter of principle. Your hotel has serious management problems. Please ask the hotel management to pay attention to this. There are many hotels nowadays. Are you sure you can bully tourists who have come from afar like this?

The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!

The room is spacious with windows and ethnic characteristics, but Xiaoqiang is a bit uncomfortable in the toilet. This is not the worst. The most important thing is that there is a banquet hall sound downstairs. The sound is very loud. The dance is non-stop. I responded to the service desk and said that it was over at 12 o'clock in the evening. It was not over until 12 o'clock. It was almost 1 o'clock at 12:30 and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.
