"All the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Xiaohan at the front desk. She was so kind, lovely, and thoughtful, even preparing a cute little gift for my child! We ran into a hotel maintenance worker in the elevator, and as he exited, he thoughtfully turned back to press the close button for us. When we checked out, it was raining, and the staff quickly wiped the rain off our car windows. Even after we drove off, they were still waving goodbye to us in the rain."

"The cat is cute and gentle, and the store manager is also very enthusiastic. When you enter the door, you feel a fresh smell. The room type is not bad and very clean and tidy. The only small drawback is that the room type I set may not be very large. Next time I change to another room type. Look, It is worthy of praise that the pillows really like very high and thick and soft, unlike other hotel pillows crumpled (˵¯͒〰¯͒˵), especially the public billiards because of time problems, I didn’t have time to have fun haha will come again next time."

"The hotel's service was exceptional (honestly, it's rare to find such great service). The location and facilities are also very good. A special thank you to Ms. Zhao Jiang for her excellent service. Also, there was another staff member who, when cleaning our room, noticed our dirty laundry and left a note reminding us about the hotel's self-service laundry. Unfortunately, I couldn't quite make out her name on the note, it looked something like Jiang Yushun? (I've attached a photo of the note, thank you to her as well!) If I ever go to Yangzhou again, I'll definitely stay here."

"My husband jokingly said that this hotel is like the 'Pang Dong Lai' of hotels, and he's right – the service is absolutely incredible. From the welcoming staff to the front desk and even the housekeepers, everyone's attitude is super friendly and helpful. They even brought us a complimentary fruit platter!
Two years ago, when we visited Yangzhou, we stayed at the CIMC Grand Skylight Hotel, which also offered welcome fruit, but not as much as here. Plus, the facilities there weren't as new as at this hotel.
The hotel's amenities meet HUAZHU Group's consistently high standards; this hotel definitely feels a cut above the average Ji Hotel. The only minor drawback is that the room was a bit small. Otherwise, I couldn't find a single flaw. And considering we visited Yangzhou during the busy 'March is blossoming with fireworks and pockets full of money' season, getting a four-star room for around 650 RMB is incredible value for money!"

This particular Hanjin is near Slender West Lake, and most popular restaurants are within walking distance, so I highly recommend its location! I stayed in a Jing room this time; though it didn't have a balcony, it was clean and all basic amenities were fine. I must give a special shout-out to Xiao Liang and Xiao Yao from the hotel! Their service was absolutely amazing! They were so patient and proactively offered help to guests! Thumbs up to these two gentlemen! Also, the hotel's complimentary bedtime sweet soup really impressed me! It was a stewed milk dessert with tremella, peach gum, and bird's nest! It wasn't overly sweet, and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. Super good!"

"Booked two rooms with Raddison Red. The rooms were clean and spacious, the receptionists were friendly and engaging. Breakfast had plenty of choices with good quality coffee. The manager who managed the breakfast bar was friendly and warm, and spent time chatting with each table. We forgot our Mac charger and the hotel took no trouble to arrange it to be delivered to our next hotel Nanjing the following day!!! Amazing service and went above and beyond! Thank you."

"This is a prime 'alternative' to the Yingbinguan (State Guesthouse), the newly opened Hongyuan store, but it completely shares the public facilities of the Yingbinguan. The room has a refrigerator, a capsule coffee machine, and the minibar is refilled daily with free drinks. The hairdryer is also a Dyson. I asked for a room key as a souvenir when checking out with the front desk.
The hotel's location is excellent; you can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and Quyuan Morning Tea is on the first floor of the restaurant. You need a key card to go upstairs, which offers good security.
Opened in 2024, the facilities are relatively new. The Chinese-style decorated rooms are spacious, with a motion-sensing night light by the bed, a smart toilet, and a vanity mirror. The hotel provided tickets for Slender West Lake hot springs and an interesting robot coffee.
The bedding in the room is excellent; the bed was very comfortable for me, as I have serious lumbar disc issues. The soundproofing is decent; during the day, I could hear staff talking in the hallway while in bed due to facility repairs. But I slept quite soundly at night.
The hotel also offers laundry service, and there's a gym on the second floor, but the gym can only be used after 7 AM. Honestly, it's just a matter of turning on a switch; there's no need to make guests wait that long.
If positioned as a high-end hotel, the service could be improved further."

After checking in, the front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, especially the lady in room 379. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the quality was online. If you have time, there is a large wall of books in the public area on the first floor. You can sit by the floor-to-ceiling window to enjoy the scenery and read books. There is also a gym and a laundry room. There is free mineral water at the elevator door on each floor. It is really thoughtful...

I saw on Ctrip before that the prices of Yangzhou Wuyi Hotel are flying high. Even far away places cost about 1,000. This price may seem expensive at first, but it is still okay after comparing all aspects. I used to stay in chain hotels and didn’t believe in folk inns, but after seeing it online, I couldn’t forget it. I thought it was a super interesting inn, so I decided to book it.
Location: Pi Shi Street, 200 meters from Guangling Youyan, 200 meters from Pi Shi Street, about 1 kilometer from Dongguan Street, and about 300 meters from Heyuan. Overall, the attractions are all around, so you can come back to rest after a while and go out again. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to Wenchang Pavilion. Looking down from the hotel, there are classical houses, which are very beautiful.
Environment: The room is quite big, with a simple wooden table and bed, Dyson air purifier, Dyson hair dryer, tea, snacks, and a small music box. There are many customized and unique little things. I am the type who eats, drinks, and lies down when I arrive at a place. I feel comfortable lying here for two days.
Others: There are not many rooms in the hotel, so it is also very quiet, and breakfast is provided. There is a large hall where you can drink coffee, tea, play the piano, and watch projections. The store also made a guide to the surrounding delicious places. When you leave, you can also prepare small specialties and a custom canvas bag. There is also a loft with sofas, flowers, and telescopes. You can enjoy the scenery in the loft and feel the style of the old city of Yangzhou. XXinliliAn absolutely wonderful stay for the whole family! 😊 Firstly, the hotel offers a peaceful retreat while being incredibly well-located right next to Slender West Lake, making it super convenient for sightseeing and dining. 😊 Secondly, they offer a thoughtful travel photography service ❤️, including two complimentary retouched photos, which was a very nice touch. The service was also excellent; they even upgraded our room, and the price was reasonable, which made us feel truly cared for! Our food deliveries were brought to our room by a robot, which was quick and very considerate. So, we were extremely satisfied with our four-night stay and are grateful to all the hotel staff '͜'. We're also thankful for the beautiful scenery and delicious food in Yangzhou. We will definitely choose Yebojunting Hotel again next time we visit!

The whole is the design of the quiet wind, the milky white wall is matched with soft lighting, the space is open and transparent, and there is no sense of depression at all. The room has its own oversized round private soup bubble pool, soaked in the warm soup, watching the warm indoor layout, instantly unloading all fatigue. TTim Captures MomentsWe stayed here for one night at the start of our Yangzhou trip to enjoy the hot springs, and overall it was a mixed but pleasant experience.
The room was large and spacious, which we appreciated, but it didn’t feel especially comfortable or cosy compared to other hotels we stayed at later in the trip. The layout felt more functional than relaxing.
One important thing to note is the private hot spring attached to the room. While it sounds great in theory, in our case it was located close to a road and not very private, with limited screening. The shower area was also visible from outside, which made it feel a bit awkward to use and reduced the sense of privacy we were expecting.
That said, the service was excellent. Staff were friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive, which made a positive difference to the stay.
The location is very nice, especially if you enjoy walking. The hotel is close to Slender West Lake, with its beautiful old bridges, pathways, and water crossings — very pleasant for a slow walk. We also enjoyed having tea by the lake, although it was a long walk from the hotel.
Breakfast offered a good variety, but most items didn’t feel very fresh. The coffee, unfortunately, was among the worst we’ve had — definitely not one for coffee lovers (said with a smile 😄).
Overall, this is a good option if your priority is hot springs, walking access to the park, and attentive service, but it may not suit travellers who value privacy, comfort, or a more refined in-room hot spring experience.

ZZuiyuyaobaiBecause I had made an appointment with the Grand Canal Museum, I booked a superior king-size room with a private hot spring on the 24th. I was very satisfied with the front desk service from the beginning of the check-in. The service awareness was very good, and a disposable hot spring bag was given. The room was OK, with smart guest control and no odor. It snowed heavily in Yangzhou in the morning when I arrived, and it was said that hail fell... In such a cold day, the air conditioning and heating effect are very good, but the private hot spring is on the balcony. It was a bit cold when the breeze blew when entering and exiting the water. Of course, I didn't feel cold at all when I was soaking. I was sweating all over.... The hot spring pool is a bathtub type, very clean, and the water discharge speed is OK, unlike some private hot spring pools I visited before, some of which are dirty inside. I hope to install a curtain or something to block the wind, otherwise children will easily catch a cold. The breakfast is also good, and the dishes are relatively rich in my opinion. It was very far from town and we could not get a Didi to come there so we had to take a bus to go to splendid west lake. I booked a room that said it came with free flow mini bar, fishing, biking and entry into the wetlands. There was no minibar and when I asked, they brought us two bags of chips and sodas. This is not what I call free flow or a bar. I complained to trip and they eventually sent us a bottle of wine. I never received any info about the fishing or biking, even though I asked. There is no entry fee to the wetlands so I’m not sure why they put this as a perk. Also, the bar out front was closed and the lobby bar only had fruit beer. There was a sign with 20 drinks listed but everything was out. The restaurant was amazing and the most positive experience. Great food and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was awesome. The restaurant had beverages but they do not open until 6 PM. I would not stay here again based on my experience.

GGuest UserOur family had a wonderful trip to Yangzhou in March, and the Crowne Plaza Yangzhou was perfectly located in the bustling Guangling District, making it super convenient to get around. The hotel management seemed professional, and our stay was pleasant. Parking was easy, and although some of the facilities showed their age, it was clear that cleanliness and service were top-notch. The swimming pool, sauna, and gym were all great. The only minor drawback was that the complimentary tickets for the Zhuyu Zoo were limited to two per room, regardless of the number of guests. This meant some of our family couldn't go for free, which felt inefficient and probably hurt the hotel's intended marketing impact.

The price-performance ratio is very high. I checked and found that this is also a chain brand. The room is relatively large and the view is very good. Some details show that they are more particular and trained, such as the shower is facing the wall, and my room is also equipped with a bathtub.
Yizheng is not a big place. If you come here to play and have your own car, it will be very convenient to live here. 
There is a shopping mall opposite, and there is a pedestrian street with guaranteed dining. There is also a Tuhu car maintenance next to it, and car washing is not expensive here.
The service is in place, the front desk is very considerate, careful and polite. 
Various tableware and appliances are provided, and instructions for use are also provided. I think he does a good job of cleaning. The bedding is very comfortable, the quilt is large, and the bed is moderately soft and hard.
My family is very satisfied. Keep up the good work. I hope to maintain the price-performance ratio and not increase the price in the future. Hahahaha

JJoseph Gray BaileyThe location is good next to the Donghu Wetland Park (walking distance) although it's hard getting around if you don't have a car. The place is big, and you get a balcony with your room. It's also quiet. Unfortunately, the day I was leaving, my Didi/taxi driver I got ended up wasting my time for 30min (he kept driving further away from me--I don't know why) and then canceled on me and made me miss my train (I'm sure the hotel staff remember me exploding on the phone with him in the lobby). The hotel was good enough to arrange a ride for me (although I still didn't make the train on time). Luckily, I was able to get another train as I had to be at work at 7am the next morning. Anyway--it's a fine hotel for the money, but I wish transportation from there was a bit more reliable/frequent.
