"Excellent! Very satisfied, the facilities are complete. It's great value for money. Getting to Dongguan Street, Ge Garden, and He Garden isn't too far. The front desk service is superb; every time we asked for information, they were incredibly enthusiastic and gave excellent suggestions, even helping us avoid potential issues. It's still quite cold in Yangzhou in the mornings and evenings, though it warms up a bit at noon, and they'd advise us to wear more layers when going out – truly like family. They proactively addressed our needs during our stay and basically solved any problems we had immediately, enhancing our experience. It's really wonderful, five-star rating!"

"Every time I'm on a business trip, I love staying at the Wenchang Road International Convention and Exhibition Center branch. The rooms are newly renovated, and just a left turn out of the lobby brings you to Mingyue Lake Park, perfect for a refreshing and healthy walk. "The location is excellent, very close to Dongguan Street, and there are many dining options nearby. However, the hotel's location is surprisingly quiet and not noisy. The hotel is situated in an alley. Although the address is Guoging Road, it's actually right by Wenchang Road. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic, greeting us every time we entered or left the hotel, and were very proactive in helping with any issues. They even prepared a souvenir for us when we checked out. The only drawback is that the shower in the suite directly faces the living room sofa, so you have to pull a screen across yourself. If you don't mind this, then it's not an issue. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would choose this hotel again next time."

"The hotel's location in the city is very convenient for getting around, being close to Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street. The breakfast offers a rich and varied selection, and dining on the 26th floor provides a great view of the entire city. It was a nice alternative to sightseeing, especially since the scenic spots were closed. The breakfast is rich and fresh, with a wide variety of choices, perfect for starting your day with energy. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are also very well-developed. It's suitable for family trips, friends traveling together, or even solo travelers, offering great value for money. Definitely worth returning to!"

"I checked in on May 17th, and I was really touched. The kids arrived early, and the hotel arranged a room for us at 1:00, and upgraded it! Late check-out, perfect for our family trip! Special thanks to the ladies at the front desk, they are beautiful, gentle and enthusiastic! The boss must give them a pay raise and chicken legs! I will stay in your hotel next time, and I have traveled all over Yangzhou in two days. It is separated from the scenic spot by the Grand Canal, and it is convenient to take a taxi! In short, it is a word of praise! Suitable for family trips, the main hotel is high-end, less noise, and the people staying are not noisy! They are all of relatively high quality!"

"The front desk service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. They contacted us even before we arrived to confirm our room and needs. Since the family room was fully booked on our first night, they proactively arranged a room for us by the second morning, allowing for a seamless check-in. The twin beds were 1.5 meters wide, perfectly accommodating our family of four. The breakfast spread was also very rich, with live cooking stations for noodles, wontons, vermicelli, and more – all readily available and in ample portions. Highly recommend!"

"This isn't my first stay at a Hampton by Hilton hotel, but the service at this Yangzhou branch was truly unparalleled! Both the facilities and the service quality were incredibly impressive, especially the wide variety of breakfast options that always got my day off to a great start. What touched me most was that my daughter's birthday coincided with our arrival day. I had initially just tentatively asked the front desk if they could help purchase a small cake. To my surprise, they immediately consulted with their supervisor and not only prepared a beautiful cake using departmental funds, but also thoughtfully provided a complimentary fruit platter with best wishes. Even more heartwarming was when I requested a room change due to my personal sensitivity to noise (though my family didn't notice any unusual sounds), the hotel didn't hesitate to upgrade me to a suite. This genuine commitment to prioritizing customer needs was truly deeply impressive. They also demonstrated professionalism and flexibility when our itinerary changed: our original three-night stay was temporarily shortened to two nights, and the front desk staff processed the adjustment with a smile throughout. Later, upon learning we needed a place to rest after a football match, they proactively offered a complimentary three-hour day-use room. These unexpected service details made us, traveling with a child, feel incredibly warm and cared for. Yangzhou city was buzzing with excitement due to the CSL matches, but what truly touched our hearts were the genuine and warm people of Yangzhou, exemplified by the Hampton team. You truly embodied the true meaning of hospitality through your actions, and this level of service will certainly become one of our fondest travel memories! "I chose this hotel purely for its excellent location! If you're visiting Yangzhou, I highly recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Yangzhou. The location is fantastic – you can walk to Slender West Lake in about 15-20 minutes, and right across the street is MixC, which is super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room wasn't particularly large, and the facilities felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained. The water pressure was good, though, so showering was quite comfortable. The central air conditioning, however, was a major letdown. It was stiflingly hot, and they wouldn't turn on the AC, not even the fan! It was 19 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was a scorching 27 degrees Celsius. On the brighter side, the foot massage on B1 was pretty good, but the dim sum for breakfast on the second floor was just average."

The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and they even provided both soft and firm pillows, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was stable with a full set of toiletries. The TV supported screen mirroring, and the charging outlets were well-distributed. There was also a small sofa by the window, perfect for relaxing and watching the street view at night. The soundproofing was excellent; even though it faced the street, I couldn't hear any noise. Overall, it was simple, clean, and incredibly relaxing and comfortable to stay in."
