"This was my first stay at Intercity, and it exceeded my expectations. My husband and I have been checking out various hotels, from luxurious ones to cozy guesthouses, and this Yangzhou branch was by far the most comfortable and relaxing. They truly made us feel at home. Every staff member treated guests like family, which was incredibly warm. On our first day, the doorman meticulously washed our car because we had driven a long distance and there were many 'bug corpses' on the windshield. We were genuinely touched by his thoughtful gesture. Their enthusiastic service continued until we entered the elevator. Such small details were perfectly executed, which made me think that the rest of our stay would be just as good. And indeed, the breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Although the dining room was small, the dishes were exquisite and plentiful. Moreover, the service from Restaurant Supervisor Mu added another layer of excellence; honestly, there's nothing to complain about. (Also, Mao Mao from the laundry room was very patient and meticulous, and the laundry equipment was spotless, completely eliminating any concerns about hygiene). During our interactions, I learned more about Intercity's philosophy: to foster mutual respect and closeness, bridging the gap between people through the best service possible. This is truly a wonderful thing. We are very grateful for the warm service provided by every staff member at Intercity 💕. We will definitely be back 😊💕. The逸扉酒店 (Yifang Hotel) by Grand Canal Museum, Yangzhou, boasts an excellent location right next to the Grand Canal Museum, making sightseeing incredibly convenient. The hotel's overall style is modern and minimalist, with a quiet and elegant ambiance that's perfect for relaxation. The rooms are spacious, with new and complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and good quality toiletries. The staff are professional and attentive, ensuring a smooth experience from check-in to check-out – truly excellent service. The breakfast is rich and fresh, with a wide variety of choices, perfect for starting your day with energy. Parking is convenient, and the surrounding amenities are also very well-developed. It's suitable for family trips, friends traveling together, or even solo travelers, offering great value for money. Definitely worth returning to!"

"When I took my child to Yangzhou, I initially booked a family room, but it didn't specify that it had a sofa bed. We then realized it was completely unsuitable for sleeping. My first attempt to communicate with the front desk was met with a very unhelpful male staff member. However, after contacting Trip.com customer service, Manager Gao from the hotel quickly stepped in. Within 10 minutes, he helped us switch to a different room type and even prepared a gift for my child. He also promptly contacted his colleagues to update the details of the family room type, changing the description from 'single bed' to 'sofa bed'. This shows great responsibility, not only to us but also to future guests (as we usually avoid sofa beds when booking family rooms). A big thank you again to Manager Gao; he is both capable and efficient. Our trip to Yangzhou ended perfectly."

"The south-facing room had excellent ventilation and was very soundproof, so I slept soundly. Breakfast included standard dishes as well as local specialties—tasty and filling. I especially want to commend the late check-out service, which perfectly suited my travel schedule, allowing me to stay focused without rushing. The room was impeccably clean, and the facilities were in excellent condition. Excellent value for money—highly recommended!"

Both the facilities and the service quality were incredibly impressive, especially the wide variety of breakfast options that always got my day off to a great start. What touched me most was that my daughter's birthday coincided with our arrival day. I had initially just tentatively asked the front desk if they could help purchase a small cake. To my surprise, they immediately consulted with their supervisor and not only prepared a beautiful cake using departmental funds, but also thoughtfully provided a complimentary fruit platter with best wishes. Even more heartwarming was when I requested a room change due to my personal sensitivity to noise (though my family didn't notice any unusual sounds), the hotel didn't hesitate to upgrade me to a suite. This genuine commitment to prioritizing customer needs was truly deeply impressive. They also demonstrated professionalism and flexibility when our itinerary changed: our original three-night stay was temporarily shortened to two nights, and the front desk staff processed the adjustment with a smile throughout. Later, upon learning we needed a place to rest after a football match, they proactively offered a complimentary three-hour day-use room. These unexpected service details made us, traveling with a child, feel incredibly warm and cared for. Yangzhou city was buzzing with excitement due to the CSL matches, but what truly touched our hearts were the genuine and warm people of Yangzhou, exemplified by the Hampton team. You truly embodied the true meaning of hospitality through your actions, and this level of service will certainly become one of our fondest travel memories! "Great location, right where the old Yangzhou Guesthouse Shitai Hotel used to be. The rooms are excellent – each one is spacious, well-appointed, and comes with a bathtub. The parking lot is a huge plus, very generous and easy to get in and out of. Service is top-notch; the front desk staff are incredibly accommodating and patient. Breakfast is fantastic and plentiful, with many authentic Yangzhou dim sum specialties, and they even let you keep eating past closing time. Overall, everything was excellent with no downsides, perfectly matching the charming atmosphere of Yangzhou. Highly recommended."

"Excellent! Very satisfied, the facilities are complete. It's great value for money. Getting to Dongguan Street, Ge Garden, and He Garden isn't too far. The front desk service is superb; every time we asked for information, they were incredibly enthusiastic and gave excellent suggestions, even helping us avoid potential issues. It's still quite cold in Yangzhou in the mornings and evenings, though it warms up a bit at noon, and they'd advise us to wear more layers when going out – truly like family. They proactively addressed our needs during our stay and basically solved any problems we had immediately, enhancing our experience. It's really wonderful, five-star rating!"

"Upon check-in, the hotel staff informed me that the room's air conditioning had been turned on in advance, a thoughtful and attentive service. The tea at the front desk was delicious. The hotel lobby was clean and tidy, the lounge area was spacious and comfortable, and the bookshelves exuded a cultured atmosphere. The room used Atour Deep Sleep pillows, which were very comfortable! The laundry room was fully equipped, perfectly meeting my laundry needs while traveling. The breakfast was plentiful, and the staff even proactively recommended some local specialties; the nutritious breakfast was quite tasty and I really enjoyed it! Located near Slender West Lake and Daming Temple, it's convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Yangzhou!"

"I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Yangzhou Museum, and while I didn't have high expectations, I was pleasantly surprised after checking in. It's located by Mingyue Lake, and the decor is new and clean. I booked a city-view room, and I could actually enjoy the scenery outside. The service was good too; they promptly brought extra bedding, mineral water, and welcome fruits. Overall, it was a very good stay."

"The hotel's location is super convenient! It's pretty central to all the attractions. Pishi Street and Dongguan Street are just a short walk away, and there are tons of local specialty snacks and intangible cultural heritage experiences nearby. The front desk service was excellent, very responsive, and made for a great check-in experience. The room facilities are also very complete, and the small courtyard was a lovely touch. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable."
