"Facilities: The facilities are well-equipped. We booked a twin room and came to Yangzhou with our child. The front desk even proactively told us we could push the beds together. Cleanliness: Excellent cleanliness, one of the best for a hotel in this price range. There's also a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes, which is super important given the weather in Yangzhou. Environment: Good sound insulation, and the double curtains offer both privacy and light. There's also a small table in the room. Picture 2 shows us eating Yangzhou duck on the hotel's small table. We also ordered takeout, and they delivered it directly to our room, which we really appreciate 💕. The background of picture 3 is the bathroom. Coming out of the bathroom, there's a clothes hanging closet ➡️ mirror ➡️ clothes folding closet. Service: Full marks for service. Although we didn't book a Hanfu photoshoot or have ice cream, we had a very pleasant stay 😋. Additional notes: The location here is excellent. There are dim sum restaurants right outside, and it's very close to Caiyi Lane and Dongguan Street. Another note: Don't eat at those places in Caiyi Lane that ask if you want to eat; they're terrible. We tried two places, and they were so bad 🤧. In the end, we found a pretty good 138-yuan four-person meal deal on Douyin. Although it was a high-volume place, it tasted much better than those hawkers. Picture 4 is the meal."

"Hotel front desk staff Mia and Lily were incredibly warm and thoughtful. Check-in and check-out were very fast, and they even gave us extra bottled water due to the hot weather. The Cozy Family Room was spacious and spotless; our little one and we were very happy with it. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the West Gate of Slender West Lake, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. We truly felt at home!"

"Convenient for business trips, the room is very spacious at over 30 square meters, offering a view of Mingyue Lake. The hotel is located at Yangzhou International Exhibition Center and provides plenty of free parking, both above ground and underground. The hotel elevator goes directly to the underground garage. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also excellent! Hygiene: Clean and tidy Facilities: Comprehensive Environment: Very good Service: Very good"

"I can honestly say this hotel was the biggest surprise for me in all of Yangzhou. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one offered the most outstanding service! It's not just the 'Haidilao of hotels,' it's more like the 'Pang Dong Lai of hotels' – truly sincere, with great accommodations and pretty good food too. It's a shame I only stayed one night; because of this hotel, I definitely want to visit Yangzhou again! I didn't arrive until after 2 AM last night, but the security guard at the entrance had a smile on his face the entire time and even jogged to help. These little details really hit home. He helped with our luggage, and the front desk lady, seeing there were three of us, even gave us an extra breakfast – truly amazing! They also left some small fruits. Out of all the hotels I've stayed in, only this one left such a deep impression."

"There were some issues when I extended my stay, which wasted quite a bit of time, but they were eventually resolved. The professionalism and service attitude of the front desk staff varied quite a bit. I reported a safety issue with the elevator three times before someone actually paid attention. Luckily, there was a professional manager on duty. The lobby and restrooms seem to have been recently renovated, but the carpets on each floor are quite old and need air freshener to mask the smell. Honestly, though, the overall stay was good. The room cleaning met standards, and the housekeeping and restaurant staff were polite and respectful to all guests. Drinking water was delivered promptly. The sausages, bacon, and Yangzhou fried rice at breakfast seemed to be made with sub-par ingredients and had a noticeable additive taste. However, the plain noodle stand and douhua (tofu pudding) used genuine ingredients and were quite good. The watermelon was also fresh, so no worries about getting sick. B1 seems to be outsourced; its environment and the professionalism of its staff currently don't meet Marriott's standards. Since they do bring in guests, I hope they can work together to improve."

"Came to Yangzhou for the Dragon Boat Festival with friends, and after comparing many hotels, we finally decided on Zhenyuan Hotel because of its two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a mahjong table. On the day of check-in, the front desk lady called ahead to confirm our itinerary. Since it was raining, she even brought an umbrella to escort us to our room and helped us check in there. They provided welcome fruits, drinks, and Yangzhou University yogurt, and thoughtfully replenished them the next day after we finished them. The hotel itself is converted from a salt merchant's private residence, so the courtyard and corridors offer beautiful scenery. At check-out, they even gave each of us a hotel fridge magnet. Highly recommend!"

"The staff attitude was amazing and their attentiveness was one of the stand out features of this hotel for me. They were so warm, friendly and helpful and I couldn't have asked for more. The room I had was perfect for my stay. A large comfortable bed, working air-conditioning, decent shower and sizable room made my break very comfortable. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, with the efficiency of the cleaning team evident from the front door to the rooms! The location is very convenient: sandwiched between two large shopping areas, a stones throw from the canal, various restaurants nearby and about a fifteen minutes walk from the start of Dongguan street (which is fantastic by the way), I was never very far from the action of the city! In fact, you can walk to all the major Yangzhou attractions from the hotel or hire an e-bike if you have a Chinese telephone number. The breakfast is a buffet served in the opposite Ramada Hotel, a twenty second walk away from the front desk! It is a decent spread, not the best but by far not the worst. The inclusion of breakfast in the price of the hotel made the value for money even better. This is a very good, cost-effective hotel with excellent staff, close to everything you would want to do in Yangzhou. I'd recommend this Hidden hotel and if highly recommend the city too. Fantastic experience for budget prices."

"The design of the hotel is very distinctive. As soon as you enter the door, you can see the water view. The water wood is reflected and the rain in Yangzhou is quiet. The rooms are cleaned very clean, separated from dry and wet, the comfort of the mattress pillows is online, and the soft decoration is elegant. The hotel breakfast is very special, the handmade buns are delicious, and there are special hot dry silk, you can taste Yangzhou special morning tea without leaving the hotel. The staff is gentle and courteous, and the demand is responded in a timely manner. After visiting the Slender West Lake, return to the garden courtyard to enjoy the slow life of Yangzhou. It is very suitable for vacation. This newly opened hotel is really recommended!"

"An excellent stay experience. Facilities: The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable with two large pillows, perfect for watching TV. Environment: The environment was clean and hygienic, and the view from the window was great; you could see the Grand Canal directly. Service: The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and provided exceptionally thoughtful service. My child wasn't feeling well in the middle of the night, and we troubled customer service to help change the bedding, which we truly appreciate. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted great.
