Everyone greeted me with a smile and a proactive hello. It's clear that everyone enjoys their work, which speaks volumes about the effective management and how well the owner treats their employees, fostering such a warm team! The butler-style service was outstanding. Messages were replied to instantly, and requests were met immediately. Whether it was a small matter or something unexpected, everything was handled perfectly, with more care than even family members would provide. The room details were impeccable, clean, comfortable, and with high-quality amenities, ensuring a truly peaceful stay. The breakfast selection was rich and delicious, leaving me fully satisfied. The value for money was unbelievably high; the experience far surpassed many five-star hotels! The location is great, the service is excellent, the environment is wonderful, and the food is fantastic. There were no complaints at all, only pleasant surprises. Staying here in Yangzhou was stress-free, comfortable, and reassuring. I've already recommended it to all my friends and family planning to visit Yangzhou – you can't go wrong with this choice!"

"The resort's overall environment and landscaping are absolutely beautiful, with a very comfortable Jiangnan-style (Southern China) aesthetic. We stayed in a private hot spring villa with a well-designed layout and excellent privacy. It's pet-friendly, and although they charged a 300 RMB fee, our dog had a great time. The private hot spring requires two hours to fill in advance, and the staff taught us how to heat it, which was a good experience. However, they didn't show us how to drain it, and when we asked the next day, we were told, 'We already taught you yesterday,' which was a bit… *cringes*. Drawbacks: I've stayed in similar types of accommodations at this price point, but the service here wasn't as professional by comparison; there's room for improvement. The facilities are a bit dated (TV, air conditioning, water dispenser), the curtains were inconvenient to use, and the bathrobes seemed old. The check-in process wasn't very clear, and the public hot spring was crowded and not very clean. Overall, the good outweighs the bad. The environment and private hot spring are big plusses, making it suitable for a relaxing getaway."

"I have stayed at the Courtyard Marriot Yangzhou at least three times, and I have hosted a party there. The service and hospitality is fine. There is a nice rooftop restaurant and roof access for viewing and socializing. The roms are clean and comfortable, and spacious enough. Yangzhou is a busy tourist town, and this hotel is situated at an intersection surrounded by shopping malls. As a result, the area experiences heavy traffic and many e-scooters day and night. Another note, though less significant, is the hotel building is old. This doesn't impact comfort or services, but locals often avoid booking this hotel for VIP events, preferring more modern hotels near the convention center. "The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks. The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus. The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them. Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

And considering we visited Yangzhou during the busy 'March is blossoming with fireworks and pockets full of money' season, getting a four-star room for around 650 RMB is incredible value for money!"
