Facilities: The whole place is smart-enabled, very responsive and convenient.
Hygiene: Extremely clean, not a single flaw to be found, both in the room and public areas.

Service: The service is what I'm most satisfied with. Every single staff member greets you proactively and offers assistance. We drove here, and the security guard on the first floor not only helped us without being asked but also gave us travel tips. He even quietly washed our car in the evening – I was truly touched. Every staff member we encountered over these two days made us feel incredibly welcome, adding a wonderful touch to our trip. They even gave us a farewell gift when we checked out. "One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at, especially for the price. Staff was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Our room was spacious, and everything inside our room were disinfected and vacuumed sealed. The gym was fully equipped with a nice yoga room. The staff even opened the gym for me when I needed to use it at 5AM outside their normal operating hours. Breakfast was superb. You can taste the quality of the food, especially the fresh brewed coffee and homemade yogurt. The only downside was limited amount of laundry machines, but the pros outweighed the con for sure."

"The hotel is fantastic. This time, I chose to take the high-speed train to Yangzhou, and I'm glad I didn't drive, as parking would probably have been inconvenient.
Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance is truly exceptional, living up to its 'You Xiong' name. It perfectly blends garden aesthetics with modern style.
Service: The butler service was superb! They even delivered takeout and breakfast right to my door, hahahahahaha, yes! It was a truly premium experience. If you often feel stressed out, you should definitely come and stay here.
The breakfast was delicious.
I booked the courtyard loft this time. It would have been even better if the TV was upstairs, so I could lie down and watch it.
One minor drawback is that the soundproofing isn't great.
Anyway, next time I'm here, I'll definitely choose this hotel again, hahahahaha."

"I chose this hotel purely for its excellent location! If you're visiting Yangzhou, I highly recommend staying at the Courtyard by Marriott Yangzhou. The location is fantastic – you can walk to Slender West Lake in about 15-20 minutes, and right across the street is MixC, which is super convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The room wasn't particularly large, and the facilities felt a bit dated and not very well-maintained. The water pressure was good, though, so showering was quite comfortable. The central air conditioning, however, was a major letdown. It was stiflingly hot, and they wouldn't turn on the AC, not even the fan! It was 19 degrees Celsius outside, but the room was a scorching 27 degrees Celsius. On the brighter side, the foot massage on B1 was pretty good, but the dim sum for breakfast on the second floor was just average."

"The front desk staff were incredibly warm and thoughtful. As soon as we arrived, they offered us hot tea, gave us a local travel guide, and presented us with welcome fruits and snacks.
The room was very spacious, split into two sections, which was perfect for traveling with kids. All the appliances were smart and voice-controlled, which was very convenient. The desk even had a gaming chair, which was super comfortable. The bathroom was also smart. The toiletries were excellent, and the towels and bath towels were soft and clean. Even the slippers were thick and not those flimsy paper ones. The hotel also offers laundry facilities, which is a huge plus.
The service attitude was fantastic. They quickly brought us extra blankets and cups when we requested them.
Next time we visit Yangzhou, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again!"

Hotel facilities: Relatively new and complete facilities, including a children's playground and gym. Rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. Some rooms have smart toilets, but the level of automation is slightly awkward; it closes automatically and makes a beeping sound, which is a bit startling. It's kind of semi-automatic.
Cleanliness: Clean and tidy.
Service quality: Warm and attentive, responsive, and able to provide personalized service. Special mention goes to Hanfu (traditional Han clothing), which can be worn for photos 😊.
Dining experience: Breakfast mainly consists of set meals from Yechun Teahouse featuring Yangzhou specialties (such as Wudingbao and Tanggansi), which have a very good reputation.
The cultural atmosphere is rich, with even a Go board game (😂 Neo-Chinese design, elegant room names).
It was a bit of a shame that there was no coffee. I booked the hotel because I saw in the reviews that they served coffee in the lobby every day, but they only had Pu'er tea and green tea, which is really inconvenient for coffee lovers 😥. Because of the lack of coffee, I checked out a day early and moved to the Yangzhou State Guest House instead 😂"

"Honestly, the service staff were all excellent and went out of their way to help with anything I needed. However, the hotel facilities were rather basic.
I was kindly given a large room, but the details didn't hold up to scrutiny. The carpet was very dirty; I was puzzled when I entered, but was told it was the carpet's natural color. :) The extra seating area was basically useless, the sofa cushions were very uncomfortable, and the bedding wasn't very good quality either—all just passable. I'm not particularly picky, and I mainly went there for the hot springs, which were quite nice and comfortable. The air conditioner in the room was extremely noisy; even with earplugs, it was still a bit noisy, and the room was still very hot even at 19 degrees Celsius.
We didn't eat breakfast, neither the person nor the dog, because we didn't like it. The à la carte menu was only one page long, with very few dishes, and the restaurant was very deserted. It was difficult to find good takeout options nearby, not even a cup of coffee. The hotel's coffee was also bad.
Overall, it felt more like a guesthouse than a standard hotel. However, the staff were indeed very responsive.
Yangzhou is a truly wonderful city, and the people of Yangzhou are also very kind and gentle. Next time I visit, I will definitely stay in the city center."
