"The room was clean and spacious enough, and there was a pantry on the 4th, 5th, and 6th floors where you could get your own drinking water. I'd read reviews saying some equipment was broken and thought maybe people just didn't know how to use it, but it really was faulty. Out of hot, cold, and sparkling water, only the hot water dispenser worked. Even after a staff member came to check, they confirmed there was an issue. I tried the ones on the 3rd and 4th floors too, same problem, so it's clearly a lack of maintenance.
Breakfast was €25 per person, but it was absolutely nothing special. The selection was extremely limited, just a few types of bread, and they weren't refilled when they ran out. I noticed European guests were guided to their tables and proactively offered coffee and tea. For the three tables of Asian guests, myself included, we all had to find our own seats and there were no drinks placed on our tables. We had to go to the counter to order our own. I hope I'm mistaken about this.
Finally, the worst experience was when the fire alarm malfunctioned and went off at 5 AM, sending all the guests on the entire floor rushing out to wait by the entrance."
