"First off, the front desk attendant was super warm and lovely. The hotel is located in an unassuming building, but the interior is luxurious, almost like something out of Harry Potter, with a very strong European vintage vibe. The room was also very clean. There's a small staircase that leads to the rooftop where you can see panoramic views of Siena. Breakfast was also delicious, with each person getting their own table, which was very enjoyable. Overall, it's a very worthwhile hotel. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, or amenity kits. Europeans also don't use conditioner, which I found a bit hard to accept. This hotel isn't cheap, so it's a bit speechless that they'd expect guests to use a 10-in-1 shampoo/face wash/body wash product. Aside from that, everything else was perfect."
