"The hotel is conveniently located right next to Junction City shopping mall and directly across from Holy Trinity Cathedral. It's also adjacent to Bogyoke Aung San Market, where you can find jewelry and other goods. Shwedagon Pagoda, Chinatown, and other attractions are all within walking distance, and Shwedagon Pagoda is just a 6-minute drive away, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The hotel boasts four specialty restaurants and one bar, catering to diverse tastes. Hai Tien Lo is an award-winning Cantonese restaurant offering stunning views of the Yangon River and Shwedagon Pagoda. Saan restaurant serves international cuisine all day, while Pacific Marketplace provides a lavish breakfast with a wide array of dishes including Okonomiyaki and Indian food. The Teak Bar allows guests to enjoy cocktails with panoramic views of the Yangon skyline. Unfortunately, when we visited, there was only a menu but no staff, possibly due to fewer guests in winter. The infinity pool on the third floor is a major highlight of the hotel. Despite being in the bustling city center, it offers excellent views and scenery, perfect for photos. It's open from 6:30 AM to 8:30 PM and features a poolside bar. The adjacent gym is well-equipped with new facilities, and guests can access it at night with their room key. The hotel also offers sauna and spa facilities, ideal for relaxation. This time, I stayed on the 10th floor, and the room felt a bit dated. The rooms on the 13th floor have already been renovated and are quite grand. Speaking of grand, I have to mention the lobby on the R floor – it's very stylish. Just look at the pictures! "The best value for money in a downtown hotel in the heart of Yangon city. Safe, impeccable service, easy & early check-in given, clean, comfortable beds, hot water bath tubs, a good breakfast with variety and of course the staff; welcoming & hard-working. Highly recommended! Affordable prices, great service and it's one of the 3 earth-quake proof hotels in the whole of Yangon. Select The Royal Park Yangon ~ you will be delighted with this choice of stay in a hotel in Yangon. The only problem I faced was 1 of the 6 nights I booked online was not registered with the hotel on Trip .com. That was rather strange, since I had a confirmed & paid document in black & white."

"Pros: The hotel has a European style, the staff is helpful, everything is new and clean, and the mattress, bedding, and towels are excellent. It's located in the city center. Cons: No water in the room, tiny rooms, windows don't open, and a meager à la carte breakfast in the cafe on the first floor. Because of the downsides, I'll choose a different hotel next time."

"They didn’t update their menu price which is they should definitely do it . Always no toilet paper . Never clear the dirty plate . Let them wash my dirty clothes and the smell so bad . Never dry properly. Never help me with my luggage when I check in . They just looking at me I pull my 2 luggage plus other heavy stuff on my own . Price increase everyday ."

"Reception staffs are very friendly and helpful. The property is old and worn out. Hot water in bathroom is brown colour which is similar to the water colour in nearby Inya lake."

"The hotel is an excellent hotel, some of the staff is not educated yet, special in the lobby bar - coffe bar - i ask for check Bill, after 20 min. I asked why it was more interesting to small talk in doing the Bill,  Guide your staff The words; If you have 3 excellent staff and get one bad. How many excellent do you have and how many bad? Correct answer is 4 bad Justice by yourself"

"It was only a short stay, but it was very comfortable and quite near to the airport. I particularly enjoyed the vibes - it looked straight out of a movie! The staff were all helpful, they even packed our breakfast since our flight was early. You can also immersed in the experience of trying traditional tanaka (face cream) at the lobby."

"Would stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Also room key needed to be updated. Like old style bulk key chain back in the 80's . Great breakfast buffet and enjoy it. Staff are very attentive and helpful. Overall, very pleased with stay."
