"Centrally located in Tromsø, just a short walk to the pedestrian street, and there's a large supermarket right behind the hotel. The room wasn't huge but perfectly adequate."

"🩷 This hotel is brand new, opened in 2025, so its facilities are quite modern, with a very contemporary, clean, and simple design overall. 🩷 I think it's easily more than a 3-star hotel, and currently the most expensive in all of Tromsø. 🩷 The hotel has 12 floors. Generally, rooms on the 8th floor and above are considered 'superior' with good views. Be aware that lower floors and some orientations directly face the bridge. The best views are from rooms in the X15 series. 🩷 The hotel has convenient parking. 🩷 Breakfast is quite extensive, with salmon and avocado. The price is indeed quite high, especially considering the rooms are less than 20 square meters. Overall, it's good. We paid over 4000 (presumably NOK) without breakfast, which is definitely expensive. It really comes down to whether you're willing to pay for the view and location, as it is conveniently situated."

"Make sure to book this hotel in advance! I booked it for 1500 (presumably NOK) in November, and by February, the price had jumped to 2300. The room is indeed small, but considering its location and the cost of living in Northern Europe, I think it's excellent value for money – much better than Paris. The hotel is right in the city center, very close to McDonald's, and there's a large supermarket nearby. The #40 bus stop, just 200 meters away, takes you directly to the airport (30 NOK, you can tap and pay on board). Most importantly, absolutely add the breakfast – it might just be the best quality meal you'll have in Tromsø."

"I have upgraded to deluxe house from the hotel email due to adding two friends of mine are joining. I have paid so much extra to top up from the hotel. When I checked in, the receptionist said I have to pay extra NOK 200 because I did not inform them that I have 2 extra friends are joining. Firstly, I did call to the hotel to check how much I need to top up due to two friends are joining. Second, the deluxe house is meant to have 4 -5 people to stay in, we have 4 people in total. Third, I booked this hotel on my first night and last night in my Tromso trip. I’m looking forward to stay river view and garden view. But unfortunately the service that I received is extremely disappointed and bad!!"

"The atmosphere was lively and very festive. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive and the stay felt very luxurious. The room was also clean and spacious, although the positioning of the hanging lamps was a bit awkward and I sometimes found my shoulder hitting one when getting into and out of bed. The shower was also very large and decent water pressure and temperature control. The breakfast was amazing! Many options and very delicious! The view from the room was spectacular and the staff accommodated my request for a higher room. The only downsides were the laundry service is incredibly expensive, which was shocking as the hotel I had started in prior to this one did it for free. Also, room cleaning did not come to room one day and I had to make two requests to the front desk to get a fresh towel. It took quite a long time, but eventually did get me a new towel in the evening. The staff apologized profusely for the inconvenience. Overall, the stay was amazing. とてもにぎやかで、お祭りのような雰囲気でした。スタッフの対応は非常に丁寧で行き届いており、滞在全体がとてもラグジュアリーに感じられました。客室も清潔で広々としていましたが、吊り下げ式の照明の位置が少し微妙で、ベッドに出入りする際に肩が当たってしまうことが何度かありました。 シャワーもとても広く、水圧や温度調整もしっかりしていて快適でした。 朝食は素晴らしかったです。種類が豊富で、どれもとても美味しかったです。 客室からの眺めも圧巻で、高層階の部屋を希望したところ、その要望にも快く対応していただけました。 唯一のマイナス点は、ランドリーサービスが非常に高額だったことです。直前に宿泊していたホテルでは無料だったため、正直かなり驚きました。また、ある日は客室清掃が入らず、新しいタオルをもらうためにフロントに2回お願いする必要がありました。少し時間はかかりましたが、最終的には夕方に新しいタオルを届けてもらえました。その際、スタッフの方からは大変丁寧にお詫びがありました。 総合的には、とても素晴らしい滞在でした。"

"Hygienic level is normal The hotel location is pretty good There will be a bus to the airport within a 4-minute walk It takes 6 minutes to walk to the world's northernmost McDonald's. (28/10/2024) Service is also very good Front desk staff smiling Free Waffle making materials were provided on the day we stayed. It's a pity that we were almost out of batter when we got back. The facilities are also normal The only thing that can be improved is the smell of the hotel room There will be a (moist?) smell"

"The hotel is near the airport, an easy 20-minute walk if the weather's good. On a snowy day, we opted for the bus to the airport, which was super convenient. The hotel was quite busy overall, and breakfast started at 6:30 AM, the earliest I've seen in Norway! The breakfast selection was actually quite varied, though the layout was a bit cramped. You do need to return your own tray. The coffee machine was very easy to use. There's also a stunning observation deck right next to the breakfast area."

"After visiting the Lofoten Islands, Tromsø felt more like an optional stop than a must-see. Location: The hotel's location is good, close to the pier. Room: The hotel corridors and rooms looked quite dated, not at all like a five-star hotel. The view outside the window was nice, especially the outdoor scenery from the large windows in the hallway was beautiful. Service: Luggage storage after check-out at this hotel is self-service. They don't provide a storage receipt. The room was piled high with luggage, and the door was left open, so it really depended on how trusting the guests were. Taking the cable car in Tromsø to see the city view from the mountain was great, but everything else was just average. As for the Northern Lights, you can see them in both Tromsø and the Lofoten Islands during winter."

"Our best stay for the trip. The room is very big, clean and fully equipped. Good location, walking distance to the ferry terminal and 15 mins by bus to the airport. The bus stop is just the next street of the apartment. Shopping, groceries, eateries are all nearby. Lucky to see the northern light on the first night outside our apartment. Strongly recommend all to stay when you are in Tromso."

"Overall, it was very good, but the safe in our room wasn't working. Also, the room's view was great; you could easily check the weather and decide whether to go up the mountain to chase the aurora. Another thing I'd like to recommend is that they let us check in early at noon, which saved us a long wait."
