"I went on a 2-day, 1-night trip with my spouse on the 22nd and 23rd.
The hotel condition was really good and there was nothing lacking for the two of us. In particular, Naksansa Temple, Beach Beach, and raw fish restaurants and restaurants were nearby, so it was nice to be able to move around without a car.
The deck path along Beach Beach was well-maintained, so I was able to see the enchanting sunrise while taking a walk in the morning, which was so happy.
I want to visit again next time.^^"

"Dignity Hotel is located right next to the ocean, so for sea-loving folks, this is the place for you! Naksan Temple is 20mins away, but the beautiful ocean will keep you occupied while you stroll over.
Room-wise, the room is very spacious, with a large walk in dressing room and a lounging area. It is also very quiet at night (it is the countryside after all!) and you will be guaranteed a good rest.
Amenities around the areas are sparse as it is still low-season (for instance, the nearest well-stocked convenience store is 20 mins away). So I recommend to purchasing the morning buffet at the hotel restaurant so you wouldn’t go hungry in the mornings while thinking about where to explore.
Regardless, I expect the area to be much more accessible during the high-season of summer, so plan accordingly!
All in all, if I return to Yangyang, Dignity Hotel will be my first choice in selecting a place to stay. I had a wonderful time there."

"The location is a bit tricky, but it's a new building, so it's clean and contactless check-in was convenient.
Parking is limited, so if you arrive late, you'll have to park in the public parking lot. There aren't many restaurants nearby, but a jangkalguksu restaurant is a 10-minute walk away, which is nice. There's also a convenience store on the first floor.
It's conveniently equipped with an induction stove and washing machine, just like at a resort!
During peak season, prices go up significantly if you don't book in advance."

"It was a recently built hotel, so it was clean and well-maintained as a lifestyle accommodation. I didn't need to charge my phone, so there was an automatic charger installed, and the refrigerator was large, which was nice. It was a partial ocean view, but I could still see the ocean well. However, another hotel right in front of the hotel blocked the view a lot... We never ate ramen, but there were still residues in the strainer when we poured it in the sink... That felt a little dirty.
There was nothing to order or eat around, so we had to go to Sokcho to eat or buy something. Other than that, I liked everything else."

"Nice clean hotel across from a nice beach for surfing. I was initially disappointed to find the hotel was across a very busy road from the beach, but the hotel itself is quiet and the rooftop in the morning was a great way to take in the sunset. I might not book here again because of the busy road but the hotel is nice."

"Urbanstay Naksan Beach offers an amazing location—right by the ocean with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. It’s a perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I booked the suite room expecting something a bit more luxurious, and while it was clean and well-maintained, it didn’t fully match my expectations. The self-check-in process was a bit inconvenient, especially for first-time visitors. I had also requested early check-in, but wasn't clearly informed beforehand that there would be a charge of 10,000 KRW per hour, which would have been helpful to know in advance. Still, the overall experience was good, and I’d recommend it for the location alone—just be sure to clarify details ahead of time."

"The building feels a bit old, and I can hear people talking loudly in the hallway, so I think the soundproofing isn't that great, but the bedding was clean and the room was warm, so I had a good rest.
There's a convenience store on the first floor, so it's good for buying things I need, and the ocean view from the room is nice.
It was nice that they provided sparkling wine and caprese as welcome drinks, and the barbecue set was delicious.
The ocean view from the sky lounge restaurant was also nice.
I also ordered breakfast and had it, and it was delicious.
It was nice to stay for a day and leave."

"The hotel has a great location right in front of Naksan Beach (a great beach - lots of white sand). There are restaurants and supermarkets close by and it is a quick taxi ride to the Yangyang airport and Yangyang bus depot.
Staff are efficient and helpful without being intrusive. The hotel seems to have been newly renovated and the rooms, passages and common areas are newly carpeted and newly painted. There is a small gym and laundry room available for use.
Most guests seemed to stay only one night which seemed strange, given the great location. The only thing that could be improved upon is some basic facilities in the room. There is no cupboard (although there is enough space for one), only one chair (and its fairly uncomfortable at that) and no furniture on the balcony - we really wanted to sit on the balcony and look at the sea in the evenings, but there is nothing to sit on.
At the time that we stayed there (October 2024) there was quite a bit of construction noise as there are hotels being built on either side of the Naksan (although this is not the fault of the hotel itself)."

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at the Family Studio. Service was great - we faced some delays and arrived much later than the usual check-in time, but the owners waited for us until we arrived and helped us with our luggage. The camping cars are located within walking distance of the beach, which is super convenient. They also provide charcoal and other equipment if you would like to have a bbq at night.
The only downsides are that it may be slightly difficult to find the location of the accommodation (especially if you're travelling there at night) and that the only way to contact the owners on short notice is via their Korean phone number (and communication in Korean), which might be difficult for foreigners.
Otherwise, we had a really good stay!

The room is clean and has a refrigerator and washing machine, so it is like a one-room. The water pressure is not strong, but it is not a problem when showering.

But the resort can’t order a glass of wine, only bottle.
The hotel in the middle of no where, hard to by walking to reach. And no restaurant around. Only hotel food which don’t have much options.
No sure about the facility as windy day.
The room is big with balcony but don’t have the bathtub for most of rooms.

김김It was a good hostel even though I caught it in a hurry. However, it was not individual heating, so it was not adjusted, but the floor heating was too hot, so it was a little hot when I was sleeping on the floor. The elderly would have been squeezed. ㅎ

The water in Osaek Carbonated Hot Springs is so good that the fatigue accumulated from hiking disappears and the refreshing feeling lasts a long time even after returning home.^^

I visited on a family trip and it was a really satisfying time.
1. The mountains around the hotel were so beautiful that the view was enjoyable.
2. I was able to experience catching deer bugs with my kids, swimming in the first-class valley, and playing with fish.
3. The hot spring water came out of the room and I could enjoy the hot spring bath.
4. There was a barbecue facility, so it was fun to bake it yourself.
5. The staff were very friendly and attentive so I could stay pleasantly.

Thank you for not paying extra people (children) and for the quilt.
The facilities are a bit old, so there are damaged places (beds), and the water supply and bathtub are not in good condition. The air conditioner is not full, but it will be cool if you wait a little.
It has an overwhelming advantage of covering all the downsides.
The sunrise from a high location (the hotel is a bit on the hill and assigned to the 5th floor) will be remembered for a long time.
