"First of all this is a hotel next to big truck parking which is active even during the night time. My room on the 6th floor was repainted white color but the quality of the repainting is low. On the wall you see that someone uses white color after repainting.
Food on the rooftop is of a very high quality possible 4 star hotel. French toast is very good but Italian pizza Is average.
The area is very poor and looks dangerous as well road looks like in African poor counties but I use a tricycle to come from the port and to the airport."

We was pleasantly surprised at how close we were to this gorgeous beach.
The staff were extremely helpful and happy.
The outside of the little buildings within beautiful gardens could do with a refresh, but otherwise, it was a lovely stay.
We spent 6 nights here and could have easily spent another week.
Upon check-in we had a bit of an issue with a lost bag, and the staff, particularly a serviría guard, was so helpful, and we did manage to get the bag back, much to our surprise as it was left on the transport Tom too type vehicle from the port.
Overall we had a n amazing experience and would definitely stay here again."

"I absolutely love this hotel and wholeheartedly recommend it! We stayed in the KOI room, and the view was simply breathtaking – we enjoyed it every single day. Plus, the hotel is situated on a very beautiful stretch of the beach and even provides its own sun loungers, which is a huge bonus. The breakfasts are delicious and filling, with a menu to choose from; I think there are about 8 different options. Breakfast is served at the Sensi restaurant on the ground floor. We also had dinner there in the evenings. The lasagna is incredibly tasty, highly recommend it! The only thing is the live music goes until 11 PM, but the singer is amazing, so it’s not really an issue."

"I just wrapped up a stay at Fairways and Bluewater from Feb 4 to 6, and it was honestly such a breeze. The best part was how they handled the airport transfers. They used their own vans and a private speedboat to get us to the island, which saved us so much hassle. They even helped me get to a wedding over at Shangri-La Boracay without any drama.
The check in was super quick, and the room was really clean with a great view of the pool and the golf course. There is so much to do on-site too. We stayed busy with table tennis, billiards, basketball, and even pickleball.
We had some great meals at We Chill and Augusta. I definitely recommend the Salmon Paksiw, Fairways Fried Chicken, Moqueca Fish Stew, and the Grilled Pompano. Everything was delicious, and they even have a gelato bar and a cafe for treats. Plus, every staff member we met was so kind and helpful. If you want a place that takes care of the logistics while providing plenty of entertainment, this is it."

"We stayed here for 4D3N, the location is located almost the end of Station 3, not crowded but it has the best sunset view. Swimming pools are clean, buffet breakfast is good. Kudos to Sir Jesse of Sky Lounge, I celebrated my birthday and he spontaneously gave us complimentary drink and flashed my name in the LED screen. The only downside we experienced was the broken elevator. The bath gel smells so nice! We will definitely go back! Superb stay!
You need to walk by foot from the highway, around 10mins walk but locals knew the hotel by “BOC” and is famous for foam party.
One of the highlights of our stay is the fire dancers who performed. They are so AMAZING and ENGAGING!! We are at awe! Thank you for the service!"

"Pros: The pool is nice, staff are friendly, no deposit was required for check-in, it's not far from the beach, and the shower had good water pressure. There's a good, modern air conditioner. Breakfasts are good (two complimentary breakfasts for a triple room).
Cons: We stayed in room 318, and there was a very strong smell of mold and dampness. During our 4-day stay, the room was only cleaned once, and towels were changed only upon request. Drinking water was not provided. The room didn't have a window facing the street, only one looking into the hallway. The soundproofing was very poor; it felt like the bed was outside.
For the price, it's okay. However, I wouldn't recommend it to people with asthma or mold allergies."

RRyan MacInteresting hotel, the best way to consider the hotel is rather like a 4 star Spanish or Turkish hotel.
Interesting arrival via private boats, down a service alley after a welcome drum beach welcome.
Friendly staff but they don't remember you, you'll eventually want to never have to say your villa or room number ever again and have the number forever ingrained in your mind.
Service was a sensation of everything being disctintly OK, nothing at all poor or bad just nothing good or exceptional. The feel of a Wetherspoons crossed with a boom box discotheque.
Both rooms and villas are very cozy, if you like space or a spacious feel this isn't for you, if you want affordability and beach vibes you've found your home. Details lacking such as stained sofas and receiving another guests laundry in our laundry service.
Overall it's a good hotel, but not what you consider a true 5 star and will leave you feeling underwhelmed.

The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was delicious with lots of choices. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

Sshyshy13They were nice, respectful, and helpful while we were still checked in but once we checked out, that hospitality completely disappeared. We got stranded in Boracay and had to check out right in the middle of a typhoon. Unfortunately, the staff refused to even lend my boyfriend an umbrella for a few minutes so we could safely get to our transport. To make things worse, I wasn’t feeling well and had started to develop a fever.
Let’s be honest, Hennan is not a budget hotel. You expect a certain level of service and compassion, even after you checked out especially in extreme weather conditions.
It was disappointing and frustrating to feel like the care and courtesy we received only applied while we were still paying guests. After checkout, it felt like we didn’t matter at all.
For the price you pay, I expected better treatment at the very least, a bit of kindness and understanding during such a difficult situation. Sadly, this experience left me feeling robbed and deeply disappointed.

Kk_fr_23We stayed in Movenpick for one whole week following the recommendation from a friend who stayed there twice already when she traveled to Boracay, and on the whole, we didn’t regret this choice either. We’ll share some positive things first, then negative. It was our first time to visit the island, and we knew that the White Beach area is always crowded, full of beggars and people offering you to go sailing or try out massage at their salon literally every five steps which is quite annoying. On the contrary, Movenpick is a quiet and secluded place where you can enjoy your vacations at the fullest. The prices in the resort restaurants are almost the same as in the White Beach cafes, maybe a little higher, but the food is way more delicious (we especially loved the dishes in Brezza). We didn’t expect it to be so good after reading some negative reviews on Ctrip, so it was a nice surprise. The breakfast was also amazing, with a variety of options and outstanding service (and they do have black coffee, so don’t trust those who mention that there is no coffee at the breakfast buffet). But what impressed us most was a very warm and friendly attitude of all staff to every single guest. They always approached us with a big smile, and after several days of staying, they could even remember our cocktail preferences at daily Happy Hour! Nice little sweet treats at Chocolate hour, live music from 6pm daily, plenty of space and activities offered at the resort - we loved it a lot. However, there are some tiny things you must know before booking. Half of the swimming pool might be closed for maintenance, which is totally understandable yet isn’t what you expect when choosing this hotel (neither it is convenient nor pleasant to see). Although the rooms are comfortable and clean, you can see they haven’t been renovated for a while (AC/fridge are quite noisy, some things like shower gel dispenser might get broken easily - but they can be replaced at once if you inform the hotel). Last, if you are unlucky with neighbours (especially if there’s a family with an infant in the room one floor above yours), then you might enjoy terrible noise all the day as the rooms are not soundproof. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, and only on the 3rd night we were offered a bigger room for sleeping overnight (but the AC was loud there, not to mention some weird sounds outside in the middle of the night - could be an electricity generator or something else - that woke us up and we had to move back to our main room with the hope that our neighbours were fast asleep). In a word, it is recommended to bring some earplugs and not hesitate to inform the receptionists about any problem you have at once and ask for an immediate solution.
Generally speaking, if we ever decide to return to Boracay for vacations, it’s highly likely we will choose Movenpick for the whole stay time again.

The hotel staff are very friendly and smiling, they will help you with everything and guide you in everything, they are always willing to accommodate you.
Clean and spacious rooms. The grounds are huge. There is a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.
The beach is practically private. This information would have been important to me when choosing a hotel in the Philippines. There are almost no waves on this beach, unlike the main white beach. There are almost no people, you swim almost alone, no one will bother you. The entrance to the water is perfect. The sand is gorgeous. There are no sea urchins. It's the perfect place for snorkeling! Say hi to Nemo, the clownfish. It's the perfect place for photos.
The hotel has an excellent breakfast and restaurant, with reasonable prices. We almost always ate there. Everything is very tasty. They also held Chill and Grill events, where they serve excellent burgers!
You can get to the center by free shuttle or order a tuk-tuk for 300 pesos. It's a very long walk, so we always used these transportation services.
Thanks to the hotel, we have the most pleasant and positive impressions. We went there for our wedding anniversary, and they gave us a very pleasant and nice surprise.
If you are choosing a hotel, I guarantee you won't go wrong with this one.

Our stay at Savoy Hotel in Newcoast Boracay was excellent from start to finish, and it genuinely stood out as one of the most family-friendly hotels we’ve experienced on the island.
From the moment we arrived, the reception team made us feel welcome and taken care of—especially as a family. Check-in was smooth, warm, and efficient, and there was a clear sense that the staff understood what families need: patience, clarity, and a little extra support when traveling with kids.
The family room was a big highlight. It was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged, giving everyone enough room to relax without feeling cramped. After a full day out, it really felt like coming back to a proper space designed for rest and convenience.
Food was another strong point. The buffet offerings for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently good—varied, well-prepared, and satisfying. There was something for everyone, and the quality stayed steady across meals, which isn’t always the case in buffet setups.
The hotel facilities were also impressive and well-maintained, making it easy to enjoy our time without needing to constantly go elsewhere. Everything felt organized, clean, and guest-focused.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Special mention to Lance—always happy, highly supportive, and a huge help when it came to logistics and assistance. Whether it was coordinating details or simply making sure things ran smoothly, he was reliable and genuinely attentive. Maddie also deserves recognition for her excellent customer care in the restaurant—friendly, responsive, and consistently on top of things in a way that makes dining feel easy and pleasant.
We also appreciated how keen and supportive the security team was. Their presence added a reassuring sense of safety, and they were always helpful when we needed guidance or assistance.
Finally, the free drop-offs and pick-ups provided by the hotel were a great added benefit. It made getting around much easier and took away a lot of the typical hassle of transportation in Boracay.
In general, Savoy Hotel Newcoast Boracay delivered a comfortable, convenient, and genuinely enjoyable stay for our family. Great rooms, good food, excellent facilities, and standout service—highly recommended, especially for families looking for an stress-free and well-supported vacation.

The hotel has no lift, so better if you are with senior book the lower ground floor,
Then got briefing after check in, if want to clean the room leave the key at the counter, however our room was not clean as per the briefing.
The food was nice, mostly cooked without oil, except for the fried chicken.
The room a but old but acceptable.
Overall is ok.
