"The staff are very friendly and approachable. I would like to highlight 3 exceptional staff who I unfortunately did not get their names. Firstly, the staff at the reception counter patiently helped resolve my mobile data issues in a jiffy. Secondly, kudos to the friendly housekeeping staff at the 43rd level for his daily diligent service in keeping our rooms clean and tidy. And thirdly, to a Filipino staff at the breakfast buffet, who came looking for me when I alerted him that the chilli sauce was running low at one of the buffet stations. There is a wide spread to choose from their international buffet and the food is amazingly yummilious. This hotel is easily accessible, with a great overview of Bangkok and a host of amenities within walking distance surrounding it."

"This hotel offers great value for money. At less than 200 RMB without breakfast, it's perfect for an overnight layover at Don Mueang Airport (breakfast is 295 THB, not a huge variety but enough to fill you up). The lobby is cozy and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and clean (I couldn't find slippers, so I'm not sure if they're provided). There's hot water for showering (in addition to the existing shower facilities, they've installed extra hot water showers). The front desk service is excellent (other staff members are great too). There's always a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, day and night, who will remind you about your deposit refund (Thai hotels typically require a 1000 THB deposit) and help you call a taxi. Everything is well-organized and fantastic. The hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport every hour on the hour (I didn't use the free airport pick-up service due to potential language barriers). If you miss the shuttle, you'll need to take a taxi (the front desk staff will help you call one). A ride-hailing taxi to the airport costs 146 THB and takes 6 minutes. The hotel is located in an alley opposite Don Mueang Airport, separated by a very busy main road. To walk there, you need to use an elevated pedestrian bridge (turn left at the arrival hall exit, follow the signs to the second floor, there are stairs and an elevator). Those who claim it's only a 10-minute walk in the reviews are mistaken. I'm 180cm tall and it took me a full 20 minutes to walk. I wouldn't recommend walking with luggage; it will exhaust you to no end!"

"I booked this hotel based on its location, as I needed to get to Suvarnabhumi Airport. It's super convenient – just turn right out of the hotel, then right again, and go straight to reach the Airport Rail Link. If you turn left and walk a few steps, you'll find the King Power Duty Free shop, though there wasn't much to buy. A bit further down is CentralWorld, and from the roadside here, you can catch bus 1-80E directly to the Grand Palace, which is the last stop, for just 8 baht. Overall, it was a great stay, and I'd definitely book again."

"This hotel is perfectly located for a Valentine's Day trip, probably the best in Chinatown. You step right out onto the main street with all the major restaurants. They have an internal parking lot, but be very careful when driving in; it's an old building, so it's a bit small and easy to scrape your car. The hotel is well-equipped, the bed is decent, and the facilities have been nicely renovated. For someone who works out of town and occasionally visits Bangkok, it's a very good choice."

"The hotel environment and location are excellent, and it feels very safe. Everyone should remember that the hotel offers shuttle services to several shopping malls; you can inquire at the front desk."

"The hotel's location is pretty good, right next to a snack street, making it very convenient for getting around by taxi. The bed was large, but the pillows were extremely soft, which I wasn't used to sleeping on. The toilet drainage was a bit slow, but it didn't overflow. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. Otherwise, everything else was fine. We received welcome drinks upon check-in, and the fried chicken wings at the first-floor restaurant were delicious! There are also activities for children on the second floor. Housekeeping cleaned daily and provided two bottles of mineral water, along with coffee and tea."

"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite, but unfortunately, everything else was a bad experience. On the first day, I was assigned room 706. The bed was extremely soft and felt like the springs had collapsed. When I informed the staff, I was told there were no other rooms available. On the second day, a different staff member kindly helped to change my room to 307. However, it was located right next to the staircase, and there was a strong sewage smell as soon as I opened the door. It was very unpleasant. On the fourth day, after housekeeping cleaned the room, they left the window open and didn’t close it. As a result, I was bitten by mosquitoes during the night, and even worse, I experienced what seemed like bed bug bites. My whole body became very itchy with multiple bites. Although the hotel is conveniently located near the BTS, the overall condition is old and outdated, and cleanliness is not up to standard. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing stay. I would not recommend it."

"Good stay! The hotel is non-smoking, although when I first entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes. Check in time is 1400, the hotel staff will keep your luggage until check in time. It would be much better The front deck staff are more friendly and flexible about check in time. I arrived the hotel on around 9 am due to my early flight. I understand that check in time was 1400, but when I come back around for 13:50 they won’t let me check in at first. I have to request to allow me to do paper work first and check in at 1400. Other than that the stay was good, room was spacious and clean."

"When checking in, the hotel staff told us they'd upgraded us to a suite on the 10th floor for free. However, the front desk did mention the room wouldn't have a scenic window. My main requirement for a room is quietness, and since it was just an overnight stay, I accepted it. In the morning, I noticed renovations next door, but we were already up early so it didn't bother us. So, if you're told you're upgraded, it's still worth asking about the room's specifics. Perhaps because the Ctrip price was quite low, they might be testing if Ctrip customers are willing to switch to this type of room. We paid less than 600 including breakfast, so I think it was decent value for money. The pool is lovely, and the view from the Paradise Lost bar on the top floor is pretty good; the hotel also provides a 20% discount coupon. Breakfast was quite substantial, meeting normal 4-star hotel standards. The front desk staff who checked us in were very welcoming, and the restaurant staff and bellhops were all very polite. However, the staff member who handled our check-out was unfriendly and had a stern face."

"The location is excellent, just one stop away from the Siam shopping district, about a ten-minute walk. It's very convenient for first-time visitors to Bangkok. The lobby is grand, and the breakfast is also quite good, with excellent service. Although the room feels a bit dated and there's no hairdryer, I booked a premium room and the duvet was fully covered, unlike what some other reviews mentioned about blankets being exposed. I even brought disposable bedding but didn't need it. The room is also quite spacious, but the air conditioning is a bit noisy."
