"I recently stayed in an Executive Suite Ocean View room at D Varee Jomtien Hotel. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful sea view. The hotel provides a wide range of amenities which made the stay comfortable and convenient. The room itself was a bit dated and there was a slight moldy smell when I first entered. Another downside was the prolonged waiting time for the elevators, especially during busy periods. On the positive side, the breakfast was excellent. There was a wide selection of food, catering to different tastes and everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I enjoyed my stay thanks to the spacious room, great amenities and excellent breakfast. With some refurbishment and improvements to the elevator service, the experience would be even better."

There are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making its location very convenient. The room size is moderate, but the facilities are a bit dated. The air conditioning was noticeably noisy, and the mattress was quite firm, which affected my sleep quality. The bathroom has a reasonable wet and dry separation design, but some corners had mold stains, indicating that cleaning details need improvement. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in, but the front desk response was slow at night. The breakfast selection was limited, mainly consisting of simple Western dishes, and the taste was average. The rooftop pool offers an open view, but it's quite small and can get a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, as a budget hotel, the value for money is decent, suitable for short stays or travelers on a limited budget. If you're looking for a more comfortable experience, I'd suggest considering a higher-end hotel."

For a total price of TWD 6,858, averaging just over a thousand ********* dollars per room per night, the overall quality of the stay far exceeded our expectations. It's a highly recommended hotel with excellent value for money! ✨ Accommodation Highlights: Spacious and comfortable beds: We stayed in a 'Deluxe King Room.' The room was bright and spacious, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable – not too soft, not too firm – ensuring we got a full night's rest after a day of exploring. Clean and well-maintained environment: The hotel's overall hygiene was excellent. The rooms were spotless, and the bathroom facilities were new with strong water pressure, making for a very pleasant stay. High value for money: To find such a high-quality hotel at such an affordable price in a popular resort destination like Pattaya is truly exceptional value. Plus, we earned extra Trip Coins by booking on the platform, which was a nice bonus! ⚠️ Things to note: Transportation: The hotel is quietly located away from the hustle and bustle. "I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. For a short stay, it's generally a decent hotel. I'm not sure if it's the same in all rooms, but my room didn't have a balcony, so there was nowhere to dry clothes. The clothes dryer in the bathroom didn't dry anything at all. Otherwise, the room was clean and looked recently renovated. It had everything needed: a kettle, hairdryer, robe, and slippers. The only downside was the reusable shampoo, gel, and soap, which was unpleasant as you don't know who used them before you. Another thing that bothered me was that the hotel asks guests not to leave valuables in the room. Is that a hint about dishonest housekeepers?! Breakfast is from 6 to 10 am. It's good, and you won't go hungry. However, if you arrive closer to 10 am, you might not find a table and will have to wait. At 6 am, though, it's empty. The pool is good, but part of it was cordoned off with construction netting, and it was noisy due to ongoing construction work. The hotel faces a lively street with cafes and bars. There's a 7/11 and a currency exchange nearby."

"Traveling with family, the hotel is very close to Jomtien Beach. You can practically walk from the pool, cross the road, and be right on the sand. Jomtien Beach and the beaches near Walking Street are pretty similar – there's no real concept of 'clean' or 'unclean' there; the sand is quite coarse, and the sea is comparable to the non-private beaches in Hainan. So, if you're going to Pattaya to enjoy the sea, you really need to go to Koh Larn, otherwise, it's not much different from a trip to Hainan. My parents even struggled with the local food, which felt like an unnecessary hassle, haha. The hotel's swimming pool is quite small and connects to the breakfast area. The breakfast, however, was plentiful and had a lovely ambiance, where you could enjoy the sea and sunshine while eating."

"We booked this hotel for a two-night stay, arriving late around 22:00. While we originally booked a small twin room with no balcony, we decided to upgrade to a Junior Suite with a balcony upon arrival. 🛏️ The Room & Comfort The Good: The room is exceptionally large and completely pest-free (no bugs, roaches, or bad smells). The bed is excellent, featuring a large, comfortable mattress with fresh white bedding and a warm blanket. Sockets are conveniently located in every corner. The Bad: Our second-floor balcony sat directly above a designated smoking area. In the shower, it was hard to make the water just warm, it was always either too cold or too hot. 📺 Appliances & Tech WiFi: Did not work upon arrival, though staff resolved the issue by the second day. Television: Very old, non-smart TV with no Netflix, YouTube, or international channels. The screen flickered constantly, making it look like a bad 90s video filter. Air Conditioning: Old and noisy, but it successfully cooled the room down very quickly. Kitchenette: Includes a microwave and a stove, but no pots or frying pans are provided. You must bring your own cookware if you plan to use the stove. 🍳 Dining & Breakfast Served buffet-style and tasted amazing. Features plenty of eggs, chicken, pork, fresh/cooked vegetables, fresh fruit, and baked goods. But there were no seafood or fish available. 🌳 Hotel Grounds & Location Ambiance: Very cozy, traditional Asian-style property decorated with beautiful elephant statues, koi carp ponds, and fragrant blossoming trees. Unbeatable location. A 7-Eleven is less than a 1-minute walk away. Jomtien Beach and the main bus terminal are both a short 5-minute walk. Local songthaew run directly past the hotel. 🔄 Verdict We would happily stay here again for a short-term visit, but the outdated electronics and shower issues might make a long stay frustrating"

"I was very satisfied with the location and service. Everything was outstanding. I'd like to thank all the staff; they provided me with an amazing holiday. The location is already a perfect 10. With doors opening to both roads, you can exit from the Beach Road side and reach Central Festival or Walking Street in 5 minutes via baht bus. If you exit from the Second Road side, Terminal 21 is just a 3-minute walk away."
