"I arrived at the accommodation sometime around noon or early afternoon, I'm not quite sure. I met a slightly larger woman who told me to wait until 2 PM for the room to be ready. It seemed like she was busy, perhaps filling in for the housekeeper. So, I checked the Trip.com app, and it showed that check-in was available from 10 AM onwards. I asked if the system was wrong. She then took a photo with her phone and complained that the app never gets updated. She asked for my booking number. It turned out there was a key under a piece of paper on the counter. She had me sign to confirm my stay. I got a room on the second floor, next to the stairs. Good thing I followed up with her, otherwise, I would have waited for nothing. Turns out the room was already ready with the key waiting. The room itself was very spacious and quite clean. It had a sliding glass window, but it was very stiff to open. When opened, it faced an air conditioner compressor covered in bird droppings. You could see people and a temple, so I guess it's behind a temple, I'm not sure. In the bathroom, the shower water pressure was strong but didn't spray out well. The water heater was built-in, but the water wasn't very warm, and there were no adjustments. There was a hairdryer, a mini-fridge, and the TV was very clear because I adjusted it myself. Parking was good, with a covered area in front of the building for sun and rain protection, but it was quite dirty. Behind the building, there was a small swimming pool where some foreigners were reading, sunbathing. The entrance/exit gate was good, it opened automatically. Late at night, it still opened automatically, but to get in, you had to scan your key card at the keypad. Good safety. I would quite recommend it. The price is cheap, and you can walk to a convenience store.👍👍👍👍👍"

"The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it daily – such thoughtful service! The gentleman at the front desk on the first floor was very enthusiastic and humorous. Overall, a great experience. The hotel is located right on a main road, and you can catch a songthaew (shared taxi) to the beach, although it's about a 20-minute walk. I've already booked this hotel again for my two-month vacation in Pattaya this March, haha! Any chance for a small discount on the room rate next time?"

"The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is simply excellent — a 7-Eleven is literally 2–3 minutes away, and the night market is just a 10-minute walk, which is super convenient. There's also scooter rental nearby, making getting around even easier. The room was cleaned every day and was always perfectly spotless, with fresh towels provided regularly. I particularly want to highlight the staff — all employees were very welcoming, smiling, and friendly. We took an immediate liking to them, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. "It was my first stay at this hotel. I decided to book based on the photos on their page. I asked for a room with a balcony but initially got a room without a window. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't working and TV screen was fully covered in dust, the remote didn't have batteries. Not to mention there was no mini fridge nor trash bin. In toilet there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, nor a small towel for the feet. Upon my request we got a different room. This room was much better. Although it had dust behind the bed and one bed light and one outlet wasn't working and there was no TV remote, this room had a window next to the bed and in the toilet, a mini fridge, AC was working as well as the remote. A few things were still lacking like a small towel and a trash bin. The liquid soap and shampoo together with toilet paper we got upon my request because it wasn't in the room when we entered. Even though I booked for two nights I decided to stay one night. There was noise from Big C around 7-8PM from some kind of outdoor aerobic exercise. Also to mention the positive things. The girl at the reception was polite and helpful. Although I don't know why she didn't give us the second room first, she managed to make our stay pleasant. The location is close to Big C and the bus station. There is a baht bus waiting a few minutes to take you to the beach. Since we stayed for one night only, I asked for a refund for the second night which the staff approved. It seems that there's no housekeeping. The rooms are dusty and many amenities are missing. The price and location is good and I'm sure with regular maintenance this would be a good hotel to stay. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come to this place again if they don't improve the service.
