"Fairly large room that is at a goid location. East to go to the beach, shopping mall. A few 7-11, restaurants and cafes near to the hotel. Staff is friendly. WiFi was a bit unstable on the 1st day"

"We checked in an hour and a half early, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a kettle and a coffee cup with a spoon for coffee lovers. No tea or coffee. The bathroom was comfortable, with hot water and a hairdryer. The windows overlooked the bar and pool area, and there was no music, but light sleepers should be aware that conversations can be heard late at night."

"The room was spotless, and the housekeeping staff cleaned it daily – such thoughtful service! The gentleman at the front desk on the first floor was very enthusiastic and humorous. Overall, a great experience. The hotel is located right on a main road, and you can catch a songthaew (shared taxi) to the beach, although it's about a 20-minute walk. I've already booked this hotel again for my two-month vacation in Pattaya this March, haha! Any chance for a small discount on the room rate next time?"

"Very l the service is fantastic, I arrived late due to delayed flight and missed the Check in hours. After contacting them, they were kind enough to wait for me to arrive in the middle of the night to allow me to Check in."

"The hotel left a very pleasant impression. The location is simply excellent — a 7-Eleven is literally 2–3 minutes away, and the night market is just a 10-minute walk, which is super convenient. There's also scooter rental nearby, making getting around even easier. The room was cleaned every day and was always perfectly spotless, with fresh towels provided regularly. I particularly want to highlight the staff — all employees were very welcoming, smiling, and friendly. We took an immediate liking to them, which made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. A huge thank you for such service! ❣️"

"Service was good, they clean the rooms everyday. The room itself was good enough with a okay view on the city with a balcony (6th floor) there was some stains on the curtains and on the shower floor. and on the shelfs was some dust but its was liveble. For the price i would book again."

"This hotel is located in an area filled with clubs, pubs, night parties, and nightlife. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who prefers a quiet environment. But if you want to have fun and enjoy parties, this place is perfect. Finding the hotel can be a bit tricky, so check the location carefully before you go, otherwise you might get confused on the way. The 24-hour reception staff are available if you need anything. Check-in is at 3.00 pm and check-out is at 11.00 am. Early check-in is allowed depending on availability. I personally feel check-out at 12.00 pm would be better. The room doesn't have slippers, a hair dryer, or a toothbrush. Other than that, everything was okay."

"It was my first stay at this hotel. I decided to book based on the photos on their page. I asked for a room with a balcony but initially got a room without a window. The room was full of dust, the AC wasn't working and TV screen was fully covered in dust, the remote didn't have batteries. Not to mention there was no mini fridge nor trash bin. In toilet there was no soap, shampoo, toilet paper, nor a small towel for the feet. Upon my request we got a different room. This room was much better. Although it had dust behind the bed and one bed light and one outlet wasn't working and there was no TV remote, this room had a window next to the bed and in the toilet, a mini fridge, AC was working as well as the remote. A few things were still lacking like a small towel and a trash bin. The liquid soap and shampoo together with toilet paper we got upon my request because it wasn't in the room when we entered. Even though I booked for two nights I decided to stay one night. There was noise from Big C around 7-8PM from some kind of outdoor aerobic exercise. Also to mention the positive things. The girl at the reception was polite and helpful. Although I don't know why she didn't give us the second room first, she managed to make our stay pleasant. The location is close to Big C and the bus station. There is a baht bus waiting a few minutes to take you to the beach. Since we stayed for one night only, I asked for a refund for the second night which the staff approved. It seems that there's no housekeeping. The rooms are dusty and many amenities are missing. The price and location is good and I'm sure with regular maintenance this would be a good hotel to stay. Unfortunately I'm not sure I will come to this place again if they don't improve the service.
